Ice cream shouldnt look gross in the gallon buckets, but much of theirs was melted and hadn't been maintained with a flat scoop. The manger should make sure the freezer is 3° and if there was a problem that melted the ice cream. Cut it from the edges and toss it! The waffle cones were huge, but that fake chocolate on the edges is enough to get you sick. It is very waxy and ruins the experience. The very berry sherbet tasted if only sour apple. The mint chocolate ship was faintly green and the chocolate chips had the consistency of shredded coconut. I'm not sure this is because the ice cream was effected by a power outage or what. Some of the kids had the snickers which they loved. We tried to avoid the melted buckets so it was slim pickens at that time. Hope they do better. I realize it is a corporate joint and they dont have the some of standards I'd like, but they def have to maintain tmfreshness of cones and stop using that disgusting fake chocolate dip!

This had to be one of the worst experiences at Dunkin' donuts being charged more than other Dunkin' donuts which is not that bad but at least you could make sure my cup is full and that the actual ice cream and ice inside my drink was blended properly because there's just a huge chunks sitting inside of this and I asked for caramel that I don't see any in there

The manager Jonathan really values his customers. If ever there's any issue Jonathan always makes it right and I appreciate that in a manager. And the way he makes a frozen caramel coffee is amazing!!

Idk about their staff. Not very friendly if you try to be. Coffee is always different and is ordered the same way and still get different results. Apple fritter isn't an apple fritter, it's a donut filled with Apple inside. Looks nothing like an actual fritter. Very disappointed. Those people cutting corners. I go to other locations and they actually serve the real one... Which is really weird. Why would they not all serve the same fritter...

Place order they never gave me back my card and employee completed several purchases at stores. Had fraud with employees, completing police report and charges for investigation. Filing claim with better business bureau. Be aware!

This is more funny than anything. Ordered a nitro cold brew with the foam. And got a cup of foam with a little cold brew (not nitro either). I would stay away from ordering this at this location. This was AFTER they added more cold brew. One sip in.

Best Dunkin! Rubi and her team are the best! They have great attitude and attention! I rather drive to come to this Dunkin rather than the one closer to me, because service is so much better!

I went through the drive thru and received bad customer service the cashier was really rude and didn’t know how to work the app I was trying to use my offer and she said it was only for online purchases when the offer didn’t say that forcing me to use a reward of mine. The food quality was really bad seemed stale and the hash browns were burnt. When I asked for a remake the cashier took back the wrap and it looked like they only replaced the Turkey sausage b/c the wrap was open and the cheese and wrap were crunchy. I was on my way to work so just left since I was already waiting awhile in the drive thru. I was highly dissatisfied and would like a full refund for my order. I’ve reached out and haven’t gotten a response from anyone. I didn’t receive an apology and my problem was never resolved.

The manager and staff go all out to please their customers! The crew and the morning when I go there are friendly and efficient

I have been going to this one for a few months now and the staff is not friendly at all. I only go here for convenience, but I will never go here again. I get the same thing every day and pre-order thru the app. I accidentally ordered a medium ice coffee instead of a large. They made my large ice coffee. However, when I got to the window, they seen it was a medium on the order. So they dumped it into a medium cup and threw out the rest. I was pissed because instead of giving me the large they already made they would rather just waste it. Also I had coffee with hair in it another time from this lazy girl with messy hair. I will never go to this terribly ran dunkin again.

Ordered a Large Toasted Almond cream & sugar & they gave me a Large 4 Hazelnut shots original coffee. No one ever answers their phone.

Dine in area is about one-half the size it was before they remodeled. Service and quality were not affected.
