We love Stephanie and Dr. Kitley!! My 4yr old is more reserved and takes time to warm up to someone. Stephanie is AMAZING and so patient with him. She made my son laugh and we had no tears! They truly know how to make little ones feel comfortable. Front staff is always friendly and you don’t ever wait long to be seen. Thank you for making my son’s dentist experience an enjoyable one.

Most fun you’ll ever have at the dentist- part check up, part magic show. Dr Kitley is so kind and patient with my daughter. She went from being extremely terrified to looking forward to her next visit. Techs and customer service reps are also great. If your children like dinosaurs they will be excited to see the large T-Rex in the hall. My mom tried to make an appointment for herself but sadly kids only…

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing Dr Kitley and team are in taking care of kids. My daughter has been going to him since she was 2 and absolutely loves going to the dentist. They made it so kid friendly from start to finish. Flash forward to my son needing a tongue tie released and my pediatrician recommended Dr Kitley. The procedure was so fast and almost painless and honestly 1 hour later, my son is so much happier!! I swear my child cried more for shots!

I am so happy I was able to find this pediatric dentist. My child was always nervous to go to the dentist until we found kids rock pediatric dentistry. They are so patient and kind. I now bring my toddler as well and they do so great with both of them! Highly recommend this place.

My daughter had a tongue and lip tie released. When I called I was told I had to pay out of pocket, they would submit the claim to insurance then I would get reimbursed the FULL AMOUNT. (I clarified this over the phone and in person before the procedure) I called my insurance company after the procedure was done to find out they’re out of network and I would get $475 out of the $950 I paid. When I asked the Receptionist today she said they are out of network for all insurance companies. BUT THE WEBSITE SAYS ALL PPO DENTAL except Medicaid and HMO. I also wasn’t told this when asked what insurance I had over the phone or in person. The staff is so unbelievably rude! The receptionist can’t get out of the chair to bother answering any question you may have at the front desk. Don’t bother calling with questions either. She’s so so rude and doesn’t have the time to help you. The same hygienist that we’ve seen twice now has no compassion. When my husband and I were talking about who would stay in the room she walked in and said “guys it’s a minute procedure” sarcastically. Any parent knows you don’t want to see your child in pain and it might be a minute producer but you both want to be there for your child. (I personally never spoke to a parent like that when at work. No matter how small the procedure was. Or how minor I felt the stitches or X-ray may have been) We were hopeful this dentist would be the one we would bring our daughters too. But after these two experiences I wouldn’t trust them. It’s a shame. The Doc listened to us and knew the worries we had as he has done this a number of times and is a parent. His staff however is terrible.

Dr Kitley is literally the best! He is so good with my children. My child had bleeding gums secondary to a medical diagnosis by our pediatrician and I called the office about teeth brushing and bleeding and he personally called me back to give recommendations on how to handle oral care during the illness. He goes above and beyond for his patients. And my children have never been anything but comfortable in the office

We just saw Dr. Kitley for my 1 month old’s tongue and lip tie release. What a great experience! Dr. Kitley has an excellent bedside manner and is extremely thorough!! He knew all the concerns and questions I was going to have before I said a word! He made my husband and I feel very comfortable and confident about the procedure. Office was very nice and the staff was helpful! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Kitley treated my newborn's tongue tie and lip tie. He took the time to go over the evaluation with me, he explained the results and explained what the treatment would look like. He was also kind and patient during the procedure. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Kitley is awesome. So glad that we came to know of his practice. He takes time to explain everything, makes sure we know what comes next and follows up. He works with great care and you can tell he loves his job. We appreciated his honesty and helping us navigate new territory for our child. Thank you so much.

Had a great experience today with a consultation for by our daughters lip tie. Super informative and proper care taken. We are 45 minutes out, but after today we will make the drive for future appointments!
