I had been a routine patient for the last decade wi no major health issues. Last year I received 2 doses of the moderna vax and experienced a litany of medical crises. I saw Dr. Kern and her trainee and was completely gaslit, dismissed and made to seem crazy. I begged for help, cried for hrs in office. Mult visits wi no help, one of the board drs told me to read a book to heal!!. Eventually Dr. Kern told me she could no longer see me..unethical. I trusted this office for the last 10 years for my care. Its ashame how the govt's influence will make drs neglect their oath to do no harm and abandon their patients. I now have mult dx frm various specialists and a new pcp that have been proven through testing. This injury is life altering. And a place like this doesn't care.

If I could i would give it 0 stars. The staff gives 0 fs to say the least. Had me come in for a Holter monitor. After I returned it I waited over a month and no one reached out . I have chronic health issues where my heart is very much so affected. When I reached out to them I got the run around. One employee critizied me of “not being me” because my “voice appeared old” THATS DISCRIMINATORY AND HE IS LUCKY IM NOT SUEING STILL DEBATING. He also made a disgusting complaint that my heart monitor took up too much of his “printer paper and that’s why he’s refusing to send my doctor the documents” so glad to know that YOUR 2.99 PACKET OF PRINTER PAPER MATTERS MORE THAN SOMEONES LIFE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I WANT TO KNOW WHO THAT KIDS HIRE UP IS AND BE WARNED THSE PEOPLE DONT CARE DONT GO HERE JUST DONT

I have been in customer service for many years and I completely understand what people go through but being kind is just basic humanity. If I didn't go with my mother to her recent appointment, I would asked my mom to be more understanding to front desk agents but these people are terrible. Cherry on top, racist remarks doesn't help your case either.

Asked explicitly 10+ times if my insurance covered seeing a doctor other than my PCP. I was assured it was no problem. 1 month later I get a bill for not seeing my PCP. Terrible service.

Had two babies with them at Hinsdale. The trainee doctors will try to sometimes push an induction at 39 weeks, so be prepared for that. Always do your research with things and trust your body. Went there for my daughters 2 months checkup with Dr. Syed Rehman. I have a dcfs safety plan on us cause my daughter broke her elbow from the fall off the couch so they’re with my wonderful mother in-law. And with that, I have to be with my mother in-law for the doctors appointment as of right now. With that being said, they put dcfs in the notes for the doctors. So With the 2 months checkup of course they wanna do her shots and I declined - I want to wait until they’re older. He asks me why and what if we can do some this week and some next week. I still said no. A few minutes later, he wants to talk to my mother in-law alone - I’m like okay. He goes to tell her how because she has custody (which she doesn’t. It’s a safety plan!) that she can bring my baby next week to get her shots (GOING BEHIND MY BACK & GOING WITHOUT ME) how ridiculous honestly. Yes my mother in-law did tell me. We’re super close. Dr. Kate Gunnell is amazing there though. I really liked her.

I’ve been a patient at this office for about 10 years and plan to continue there. I love my current doctor he is patient and knowledgeable. The office staff is busy but I’ve never been treated rudely or rushed and they are always friendly. The nurses are friendly and sweet too. They are a residency office so your main doctor will change every few years which I don’t mind, I feel I’m getting a fresh new perspective this way. I’ve never felt I was being misinformed by any of the doctors. They always have emergency openings so I’ve been able to get in right away when needed. The building is old but it’s a historical site and very interesting. I definitely would recommend this office.

Staff is always incredibly pleasant. The appointment times are very accommodating and nurses and resident drs are just wonderful! My teenager usually passes out w shots and the nurse talked to her through the process and it was the best experience!!

I love this office! I’ve been going here all my life and now my son goes here. Only one complaint which is they had my test results given out to the wrong person for my son and I. I found out because they contacted me telling me my own results. We know each other which is how she was able to get ahold of me. This created distrust with them in my patient confidential information. I hope this will never happen again I was extremely disappointed because that’s a huge problem. They handled it professional and ensured me this will never happen again. Other then that I love this place never had a problem. Dr. Kim is the best! She’s so nice and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable during my whole pregnancy and was always so great during visits I hope she never leaves.

For more than 20 years I have been going to this clinic, my 3 children were born at Hinsdale hospital, the receptionists and the illnesses are very friendly. I have never felt that I have been discriminated against in any way. 5 stars for the staff.
