I had a bit of an emergency where I needed a coat right away. I was out of town and the coat I brought with me self destructed lol. The price was fine but the customer service was lacking.

This store is very clean and well organized. It’s makes it super easy to shop. You can find what you want, need, and some extra. I appreciate the team here. They do great work!

I went to do an exchange with a receipt for one of my items and the other item I did not have the receipt, but the tag was on it. April stated, "I am not willing to do the exchange, but if you want to come tomorrow. When Simone is here that's fine. I said, ma'am you always see me shopping at the location, so why you are not willing to exchange it? She said, because it's policy and I said that's a false statement, because all of the Citi trends follow the same policy and then she said, "Well, I'm just not willing to do it for you. Even though, I see you faithfully shopping here. She faithfully be on her phone talking on the floor or sitting down, because she is out of breath.

The worst customer service ever. Never willing to help the customer always looking to make everything an issue for the customer. The manager literally sat an watch on as the cashier after spending $300 gave me a hard time because I change my mind on one of the items. An sided with the cashier he was very rude an inconsiderate.

I love Citi Trends. Luggage $34, joggers $20 and cute. 😍😍😍. Good place to clothes shop for a decent price.
