I
visited
this
office
a
year
ago,
and
I
am
posting
now
due
to
some
new
things
that
have
come
to
light.
During
my
appointment,
the
staff
were
very
thoughtful
and
considerate,
and
helpful
when
I
was
picking
out
my
items.
The
main
issue
came
when
it
was
time
for
the
bill.
They
charged
me
over
$100
for
a
contact
fitting
exam,
after
I
told
them
the
contacts
that
I
wanted
to
continue
using.
I
have
never
had
an
optometrist
office
charge
me
for
this
before,
in
addition
to
not
notifying
me
of
the
charge
beforehand.
I
also
bought
glasses
here,
which
I
took
to
another
optometry
office
after
noticing
one
lens
was
a
little
blurry,
and
found
that
it
was
the
wrong
prescription
in
the
lens.
This
year,
the
office
started
texting
and
calling
me
saying
that
I
had
set
up
an
appointment
and
follow
up
appointment
and
would
charge
the
credit
card
they
had
saved
on
file
if
I
didn’t
cancel/show
up
to
the
appointment
I
never
scheduled.
I
don’t
think
it’s
very
ethical
for
a
doctors
office
to
schedule
an
appointment
without
consulting
the
patient,
and
then
threaten
to
charge
the
patient,
with
card
information
that
they
saved,
for
not
showing
up.
I’m
glad
that
other
people
have
had
better
experiences
here
than
I
have,
but
I
would
not
recommend
going
here
as
I
have
received
much
cheaper
and
higher
quality
optometry
services
elsewhere.
