Registration was quick and painless, done on a tablet. The attendant explained the process thoroughly and didn't try to sell forcibly. Facility was amazing, clean, stylish and well run. They prepare the dressing rooms for you with socks, gloves, robe and clogs. The experience was felt way more comfortable than the Chicago Polar Vortex because it feels like a soft mist. It was super nice that the owner coached you through he 3 minute session by giving great tips like how to place your arms, do butt kicks etc.. It had a nice family owned vibe, I'm sure the services sell themselves so there's no need to pressure anyone.

Went to GoPolar for my first sensory deprivation tank (float tank) experience. It was great. Location was easy to find, and very clean inside. The woman running it gave me great tips and made me feel safe and calm. It was a unique experience that helped me sink deeper into the present moment and has helped me with anxiety since my float. Will definitely be going back again! Highly recommend.

Great overall, staff are friendly, place is nice a clean all the time. i try to go every week to full body Cryotherapy or Sensory Depravation tank, it will definitely help you relax and feel GREAT. they have both services in the same place which is really convenient and price is fair. i would definitely recommend it you wont regret it.

Absolutely love this place and the services they have. I've been going to the infrared sauna but also tried wholebody cryotherapy and I'm in love. The people that work there are always friendly and ready to help out with any questions you may have.

After being encouraged by many to try floating to ease my stress I finally gave it a shot. It was quite an amazing experience. Joanna was super knowledgeable and guided me through the entire process. She made me feel extremely comfortable and safe. Great customer service. The spa itself was super clean and supplies were fully stocked. I would recommend floating to all stressed moms. ;-) I left feeling less stressed and super relaxed. I have never been able to sleep better at night also. I also tried a cyrofacial and must say it’s truly works. I noticed a change right away and felt less swollen in my face and my pores were drastically reduced. I also loved how my wrinkles and lines were almost completely gone. This is a miracle service and would also recommend to all. Overall I had a great first experience and cannot wait to do it again.

Went here for my first Float Spa experience. Enjoyed it very much though 90 min was a bit too long for me. I’d recommend 60 min for first timers. The lady I talked with was very kind, respectful and helpful. A very clean facility as well

GoPolar is unlike any other! The spa is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and completely stocked with amenities to freshen up after one of their many services offered. The staff is super knowledgable and friendly; Olivia answered all of my questions and walked me through my first float therapy experience! I highly recommend GoPolar to anyone interested in cryotherapy and float therapy for relaxation, muscle recovery and overall wellness!! A great addition to Downtown Westmont.

First time floating, it was a wonderful and calming experience. Clean and welcoming, the owner walked us through the process. The float tank rooms have private showers for before and after. Also tried the normatech leg compression...LOVED it! Will definitely be back to try cryotherapy and get another float session in!! Highly recommend
