suggest
that
you
go
to
a
different
Panera.
Coffee
has
gotten
weaker
at
this
location,
including
'dark
roast',
and
it
is
difficult
to
pour
a
"hot"
cup
of
coffee.
I
am
at
this
location
4
times
a
week
and
I
know.
50%
of
the
time
the
coffee
is
lukewarm.
They
tell
me
to
use
the
microwave
oven
that
is
underneath
the
coffee
pots.
Coffee
at
this
Panera
is
just
not
flavorful,
at
all.
I
don't
like
fast
food
much
but
I
will
tell
you
that
even
the
Wendy's
located
a
few
miles
from
this
Panera
has
better
coffee
than
this
place...
YES,
coffee
is
weaker
and
often
bitter
at
this
location
compared
to
others.
I
talked
with
the
manager
and
she
said
that
their
equipment
is
all
calibrated
for
the
best
experience
but
you
can
not
prove
it
by
me.
I
truly
believe
that
their
crew
does
not
wash
the
equipment
as
often
as
they
should.
Also,
they
need
training
on
calibrating
their
coffee
equipment.
Their
staff
does
not
watch
when
coffee
runs
out
at
this
restaurant.
They
usually
have
a
new
fresh
cauldron
that
is
on
reserve
in
the
kitchen
but
wait
till
it
is
totally
empty
and
often
long
lines
at
the
counter
before
they
change
it.
In
fairness,
their
staff
is
very
nice
and
helpful.
On
the
plus
side,
the
staff
is
very
good
here
except
for
their
attentiveness
to
empty
pots
of
coffee
on
the
floor.
I
don't
like
writing
bad
reviews
but
Panera
corporate
customer
service
line
only
apologizes.
I
tried
once
and
you
don't
hear
anything
back
from
them.
Management
looks
at
these
reviews
more
than
anything.
