Everything was made very well! The salad was fresh and everything was served super quickly. Definitely recommended for anybody supercharging and needing somewhere to hangout for an hour or so. You can also get your hair cut or your eyes checked next door. Lol

1.- What’s the difference between Cup and Bowl? I see the same quantity on a different recipient. If you guys charge more for a ”big one”, why you serve the same quantity?. That’s a scam. 2.- This is the best proof that you guys don’t take the vegetables washing very seriously. 3.- I recommend a better training to your personnel. The girl in the front couldn't hear me, because she had his headphones on, and she never took them off. Also, I asked her something about the menu and she was completely lost, she had to call for help.

it took me a while to write a review. I do go to work like most people in morning to work and always have only few minutes to gram my breakfast. Since this is considered healthier option by most or not this is what to expect. 90 percent of the time my order is not ready on time, many times order was not the way I order every day, I mean same place every morning! Not to mention my order was stolen dozen of times as well. After many complains still were issues. I had food poisoned few weeks ago really bad I can not normally work my whole week. Who knows someone may have done on purpose. Sandwich was not tasting good as always, and they are not the same when they came out at first either. Stop eating at Panera Bread and found way better alternative. Sadly this company can not handle their demand of orders, neither hire enough people and properly train them. Some of their workers don't even speak English. Portion size can be one day half the size comparing to another day and how you list calories when you cant even make equal in size. one time someone grabbed my sandwich and they took other persons sandwich added ingredients was missing compared to mine wrapped back and said here we go its same sandwich. Also hair or two in food no problem either this is become standard. What is this place? How is even possible?

Brianna and the crew made everything just right! The 4 different soups are the best & the mac & cheese and sandwiches-- very filling!The customer service is top notch! I will return with another enormous order! We loved the cookies, brownie and cinnamon bun--delicious!! Thanks Panera TEAM!

Their sandwiches and their salads are pretty good. Just some normal Panera. Pretty quick service with not many people around.

I suggest that you go to a different Panera. Coffee has gotten weaker at this location, including 'dark roast', and it is difficult to pour a "hot" cup of coffee. I am at this location 4 times a week and I know. 50% of the time the coffee is lukewarm. They tell me to use the microwave oven that is underneath the coffee pots. Coffee at this Panera is just not flavorful, at all. I don't like fast food much but I will tell you that even the Wendy's located a few miles from this Panera has better coffee than this place... YES, coffee is weaker and often bitter at this location compared to others. I talked with the manager and she said that their equipment is all calibrated for the best experience but you can not prove it by me. I truly believe that their crew does not wash the equipment as often as they should. Also, they need training on calibrating their coffee equipment. Their staff does not watch when coffee runs out at this restaurant. They usually have a new fresh cauldron that is on reserve in the kitchen but wait till it is totally empty and often long lines at the counter before they change it. In fairness, their staff is very nice and helpful. On the plus side, the staff is very good here except for their attentiveness to empty pots of coffee on the floor. I don't like writing bad reviews but Panera corporate customer service line only apologizes. I tried once and you don't hear anything back from them. Management looks at these reviews more than anything.

Terrible at lunch time. I suggest you order early and schedule pick up. Any time I order in the morning everything is perfect. The last time that I ordered in the afternoon they forgot my chips, even though they were checked off on the receipt. This time they put half an avacado in my salad, it wasn't even ripe. How is this the solution? Why isn't the kitchen manager or store manager making the decision to say they're out of avacado rather than serve that which is inedible? It was so hard that I had to throw it away. I understand being busy at lunch but don't compromise standards to get the work done. also, the lettuce was browning. 2 stars for this visit. Waiting for a food around 38min. Stuff is not trained well enough. They talk a lot between inside moving slowly. Visit this location if you have a day off. If I didn't have paid, I would be gone 30 minutes. ago.

No cilantro was in my Asian chicken salad. Not a good idea to order salad to go, tasted like stale McDonalds salad. Ordering is annoying since there was no full menu displayed up top. And I hate ordering on the kiosks....

I assume the drive thru is meant to make things faster but this is the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been to in my life. I’m a regular here and going through the drive thru is literal HELL. one way in, one way out and the service is SO SLOW. it’s awful.

My biggest shout out to the manager and the girl on the drive-through. You’re amazing and you made my day. I asked them for a drink that wasn’t on the menu and they made it for me. Thank you ladies for such a great service.🤍

Absolute disaster. Ordered the food at 12:10 from the self servicing kiosk, was not ready till 12:45 after constantly asking at the window. There were at least 10 people waiting for their food. No explanation offered. @Panera if you cant run a business don’t take people’s orders and $$$. It takes seconds for your charge to show up on my credit card acct. last time here

This Panera specifically is very nice and elegant. The food was great. It was just a bit to pack I understand but I do not like waiting. Other than that I have no complaints. It’s a reliable restaurant. It does what it is to do.

Awesome night team here. Marisa at the register is great. Very welcoming. 3 guys in the back were very friendly and helpful. Great personalities. Shout out to the 3 Stooges Keven, Tony, and Andrew. Keep up the work.

I stopped eating here 2 years ago because they could not seem to figure out how to make their curbside pick-up work. Today, I decided to give them another chance... big mistake! They still do not have a workable system. I arrived to find that they did not have 2 of the 4 items that I'd ordered and paid for and I had to cancel the order. I wasted the time it took to order, the time spent driving there and the time spent driving home. I won't be wasting time on tem again.

We waited 15 minutes for our order only to find out the system never sent the order to the cooks. The manager could really care less and offered nothing for the inconvenience of having to end up waiting 25 minutes to get our order. All she could do was keep reiterating that the computer didn’t send it as if we were concerned with the reason.

Ordered their grilled cheese sandwich for delivery. Worse grilled cheese I ever had and I've had many. Called and talked to a manager. She told me they aren't even grilled even though that's how Panera advertises it. Tasted like they put cheese between 2 pieces of bread and microwaved it. Just awful. Took 2 bites and threw it out. More bad advertising from Panera I guess.

Convenient neighborhood location. Food is always good. I like their clean eating motto, but it is a problem for people with a dairy allergy. They don't have margarine and the only dairy alternative for coffee is Almond milk, which doesn't work for nut allergies. Not many bread or dessert choices at 5 pm the other evening. I know you don't want a lot of leftover product at the end of the night, but doesn't bode well for the dinner hour.

This place seemed a bit cramped to me. The tables seemed too close together or it does not have enough area and thus the feeling that it was cramped and the seating was awkward. Perhaps because there is not much area to the place, I found it difficult to find a trash area to place the used plates/utensils after I was done that was near the entrance/exit door like at other Panera Bread places. One would have had to walk in the opposite direction deeper inside to find the trash area so I just left the plate on the table where I sat and left. Also, I had a bit difficulty finding the honey and mustard packets ---other Panera Breads have an area where the honey (near the coffee section) and where the condiments are located. I had to ask the food preparer for small cups of the honey and mustard. I asked for honey and maybe the person got confused as next I asked for mustard and was only handed the mustard. I had to repeat that I first wanted the honey as I would not take the mustard unless I got honey which was I had asked for first. Another problem I had with this place was parking in a good spot to go inside to dine in. It just seemed this Panera Bread is in a poor location and had to risk walking from the parking lot through an area where cars turn in and out to park or exit running the risk of getting hit -- seemed like a potentially dangerous area to have this restaurant and it seemed cramped inside --seating close together, not space out all because it does not have enough space and an over all poor layout compared to other Panera Breads. I think it should be moved to another location, close it down and start over.

I ordered pick two poppyseed salad and green goddess sandwich. Got strawberry salad and some other salad with green goddess dressing. So didn’t take order correctly and have food I won’t eat. Take 2 for me is salad and sandwich. Also 15 min in line ridiculous and still waited to give order. I even asked for extra green goddess for the sandwich. Won’t be back. If you cannot train properly then don’t open

I went to check out this new Panera location my friend said that opened and noticed the music was so loud that I couldn’t even talk with my friend who was sitting in front of me. We felt like we had to talk loud just to hear each other. I then ask an employee nicely to lower down the volume of the music and she gave me an attitude saying we can’t do anything about it. So she told her manage but still no response or resolution. Panera Bread is great but there are other options and better locations who are kinder towards others.

I entered to a haze of smoke in the front room. I doubt this is usual, but it's unpleasant and shouldn't happen with good ventilation. Nice new design at this Panera but no shade or umbrellas for the patio. Multiple booth outlets have blank cover plates and are unfortunately obscured by the bench, making it a pain to plug in. Kind staff, from what I experienced, and proactive in helping guests. Cleanliness in the dining room can be improved but that reigns true for most Panera locations.

For a place that just opened it was very dirty on the outside and a lot of tables needed to be cleaned and the floors were sticky

I ordered a pick two and my mac & cheese was half filled when I got home and opened the bag. This is the second time this has happened at this location and is no accident on them trying to save as much product as possible. I’m going to stick with the Elmhurst location.

I ordered a Bacon, Egg & Cheese on Brioche and a Madagascar vanilla almond from the cold brew and i was served the sandwich doesn't looks nothing like the picture from the menu no salt or pepper and the cheese was dirty it has a lot black dust also they serve me a hot vanilla latte i was on a rush so i didn't compliant i have not time for that.

Do not order delivery from here. I have ordered twice, both times they forgot to put in the chips. Ok its just a bag of chips but its the point of it. First the items are a lot more expensive because its a delivery, then you pay for delivery fee and tip. So get the order right!! Unless they are doing this on purpose. They figure oh its just being delivered the customer is not going to bother. I called the restaurant and spoke to Robert (supposedly the manager) and he did not sound one bit apologetic and he was just like I will send you an email for a free chip. I said no, just refund me the chip and he was like no. He said he would send an email for free chip and pastry. Never sent it. I know this might sound a petty for a bag of chips but its the point that you pay way more for this service and twice they have done this. Do NOT order delivery with them.
