Unfortunately this is the worst Mexican food experience for me. The food is very bland. There were no flavors at all. And for vegetarian rice bowl there is no veggie other than stale lettuce, avocado and tomato. No veggie protein options either. Highly disappointed with the food and its quality. Ambience of the oakbrook food court mall is amazing - I wish there was Chipotle instead!

The Worst. Finally went after coworkers said not too. I get back to see the rice is mixed with the beans and beans on the side of bag. Rice definitely never touched the left side. I work in the mall so I call and the manager Alejandra said well that’s not how we pack it and once it leaves the premise there’s nothing we can do. Said she can remake it with the food brought back and couldn’t give a refund. Baby I got a 30 min lunch what makes you think ima walk back for you to mess up again? She said well I’m the owner and that’s the best I’m willing to do. BYE! Definitely wasn’t the way it was transported even tho they “see it a lot”

I would give them zero star for their horrible quality. There was a broken sharp piece of bone in my bowl and when I kindly informed the cashier girl, she rudely responded “that is not a big deal and it’s normal” I told her that the broken bone cut my gum and That I wanna talk to a manager and she just said there is nothing they can’t do. I don’t know if they go through any sort of food quality control, but their garbage quality food is definitely dangerous. Waste of money and time leave alone their unprofessional and rude staff.

Quick service, good price . Jamaica(hibiscus) drink and horchata was good Taco salad good. Their tortilla chips are AMAZING.

Decent restaurant in Oak Brook center mall. It's in their food court area with some other shops. Has a decent variety of Mexican food and drinks. Food is not that spicy, I would prefer more spicy food. Service is a little slow when there are a lot of people to serve on the weekends.

Everything was good here. Where do I begin....start @carne asada. Its a must try. Great flavor. Nice portions. Try all the sauces....the green was my favorite. Fast and professional service.

I had the carnitas meat salad bowl and I added a horticata drink. My daughter had the steak tacos and a horticata drink. We both enjoyed our food and the drink. The salsa sauces were yummy as well. Overall, for a Mexican food restaurant in a mall I'd recommend it.

I love tacos! I have eaten from hundreds of places, and most places are good. But, Cilantro has probably the closest thing to a perfect taco I have ever tasted. I do not mind having to drive a bit just to come here for tacos, they are that good and well worth it. The meats are very tender and juicy as they use the best meats possible. You will not be disappointed.

The food is really good. We got our quick fix tacos and the meat was perfect. No fat, not too greecy. My daughters loved the food as well, and they are picky about their meat. Well worth it and hit the spot!

Food was pretty good. The tortilla they used for my burrito was too large for the amount they filled it though. I ended up scraping it out and taking the filling home to make multiple tacos with lol. Wait time was pretty long but overall it was a good experience.

Maybe stop asking customers to tip your fast food carry out employees. I'm tired of being prompted for a tip to subsidize underpaid workers. If I'm tipping for a $15 taco dinner there's better places I can visit. I will not be coming back here and I'm hoping enough stand up to this nonsense. Our tipping customs have already made us the laughing stock of the world!

Clean cooking area, If you get a chance grab yourself some tacos the way you want we ordered 7 tacos asked for the tortilla a little more crispy and they delivered! It takes a bit of time but its well worth the little wait! Our fav salsa was the guac salsa with a kick, beware gauc sals 🔥🌶🥑🥑🥑

We had the taco and tamale in quesadilla dinner. The food was warm, the rice was very tasty. The front of the restaurant is very nice and clean and there is a cute Cantina where you could sit and have a drink. The only downside was it was a little bit pricey at $14 per plate.

Cilantro Taco is awesome! Food is great as well as the service. Highly recommend this place!

Visited here today for lunch. The $3.60 tacos are absolutely TINY! Ate it in basically 3 bites. Not enough to feed a small child. Just a warning, you won’t get much sadly.

Great stop for quick taco break. I had a steak taco, a chicken taco, and the horchata. All delicious, highly recommend the guac salsa! Only downside is that it is in the mall food court, but I'm ok with that.
