My
first
experience
at
this
office
was
terrible.
The
doctor
was
nice
enough
however
what
unfolded
after
my
visit
failed
to
exhibit
any
critical
thinking
or
patient
service
ability.
I
arrived
for
my
appointment,
the
visit
which
was
to
include
lab
work
went
fine.
I
asked
twice
during
the
visit
if
I
needed
to
give
urine.
I
was
told
no.
Later
on
in
the
evening
the
doctor
called
me
and
said
she
needed
to
order
more
labs,
they
needed
urine
and
asked
if
I
could
come
back
the
next
day.
I
live
30
minutes
away
from
this
office
so
I
did
not
relish
the
idea
of
returning
for
what
should
have
been
done
already.
I
asked
the
doctor
if
I
needed
to
make
an
appointment
and
she
said
no,
can
you
just
come
in
between
9a-3pm.
I
arrived
at
the
office
at
9:07a.
When
I
got
to
the
receptionist,
I
explained
to
her
my
conversation
with
the
doctor.
She
told
me
the
earliest
available
appointment
was
for
11am.
I
explained
I
was
told,
after
specifically
asking,
that
I
did
not
need
an
appointment
and
why
can't
I
just
give
the
sample
and
be
on
my
way
and
that
I
live
30
min
away.
She
explained
they
need
another
blood
draw
and
there
are
other
patients.
I
asked
if
they
could
squeeze
me
in
for
a
simple
blood
draw
and
urine
sample.
She
offered
me
an
appointment
for
the
next
day,
I
said
again,
I
live
half
an
hour
away,
why
would
I
want
to
come
back
for
a
3rd
time?
She
asked
the
Lab
Tech,
I
also
spoke
to
the
manager,
all
of
whom
were
unwilling
to
be
accommodating.
The
manager
told
me
this
was
not
a
walk-in
clinic.
I
told
her
I
didn't
say
it
was,
nor
did
I
assume
it
was,
I
asked
specifically
if
I
needed
an
appointment.
She
replied,
"you
didn't
ask
the
staff."
How
did
that
response
make
sense?
I
asked
the
doctor
who
called
me
-
when
would
I
have
asked
the
staff.
I
understand
there
were
other
patients
but
not
one
would
have
been
inconvenienced
by
the
additional
5
minutes
to
take
my
samples
as
much
as
I
was
inconvenienced
by
taking
4
hours
out
of
my
day.
I
already
explained
that
I've
already
lost
an
hour
of
my
time
having
to
return.
It
makes
no
sense.
5
minutes
of
time
would
have
changed
the
whole
experience.
No
one
involved
showed
any
sense
or
empathy
and
to
add
insult
with
the
barely
5
minutes
it
took
to
take
my
samples.
