I have gone to 8 sessions so far and I am very impressed with both of the trainers I have had treatment with. They are very knowledgeable about my type of injury and they care about my progress and how I am feeling during the session and how I am feeling when I go home. I tore my quad muscle from my kneecap and they are working very hard to get me back to normal as soon as possible.

I've only had 6 sessions but so far everyone has been amazing! Very friendly and attentive and that's great for me because I struggle with some social anxiety, but it has not been an issue at my Hickory Hills location, as soon as you enter everybody greets you with a smile and they get to work immediately. They walked me through my entire therapy plan and target injured areas in every sessions. It has helped tremendously with my nerve damage I suffered from an accident. Thank you guys and I look forward to the rest of my treatment.

The ENTIRE staff at the ATI Physical located in Hickory Hills, is professional and truly know what they are doing. They helped alleviate not only what the doctor prescribed, they were able to assist in relieving additional issues, quickly and easily and long lasting. Lindsay, Megan, Joey and the entire staff worked very well together. Not only being professional, everyone is courteous, personable, and always in an upbeat mood. Few places are able to nail all of these down by an entire staff. I truly will recommend anyone I hear of is looking for physical therapy to go to to this location. I had physical therapy at ATI in Hickory Hills after surgery in June. It helped so much! Recently, I needed physical therapy again. I knew exactly where to go, back to ATI on 95th & Roberts Road. I have a different lead therapist this time, Megan. I am confident in her knowledge & ability to help me get strong. The people at the Hickory Hills location are very nice & very supportive, while making sure you move forward in your healing process.

Three months of PT at ATI after knee replacement. The staff helped me through the most difficult and painful experience. Joey used some tough love when needed and always lots of encouragement. Very knowledgeable staff on what is needed and what you are going through. I always felt like I was in competent and caring hands! Didn't feel like the staff was invested in my improvement. Mostly young staff, they tell you what to do, and then either play on their phones or talk to other staff, they don't make sure you are doing the exercises correctly, or even watching what you are doing.

Everyone Is very nice, they listen to the people and make sure that we all get/got what they needed. They do everything possible for all patients to make a speedy recovery.

This place is awesome. The staff is extremely friendly knowledgeable and direct to the point. It seems like they really care after surgery. I might have to come back here not looking forward to the surgery but looking for their care.

I walked out of this facility because the therapist did not pay attention to my needs. THAT WAS YEARS AGO. I decided to try it again in my recovery for recent knee surgery. Krissy, Joey, Megan and Kendra have turned the facility around! I now had 4 people involved with me that never turned away. During my treatment time I had mixed up an appointment time. I came an hour early. I was allowed to have my therapy with the staff making the adjustments needed and never making me feel uncomfortable. At another time I had an urgent situation and had to leave immediately. A car was called for my home transportation and the incident was handled with discretion. When you walk in you are greeted. It makes you feel like a person that matters. Kendra is always there to help you get on the equipment. She watches and anticipates your needs. Krissy is excellent at explaining the therapies and what they are doing to your recovery. She is willing to adjust to your needs. Megan was always interested in trying new things, I was never bored and she listened to my feedback Joey was such an encouragement. He would point out my progress as he noticed my limp going away. THE STAFF HAS TURNED THIS FACILITY AROUND. I have been to other therapy companies however THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE by far. Kudos to these wonderful therapists.

All staff members are very friendly and know what they are doing. All staff members are easy to work with. I have seen improvements just after 2 weeks.

This PT Office is a GREAT place to receive treatment. Everyone is experienced and knowledgeable in their field. They work very well together creating a positive atmosphere of caring and concern for wellness. This is a great staff, Megan, Kendra, Chrissy and Joey

The therapists at this location are really good. I went their with lower back issues & they helped get my mobility back along with core strengthening. They are very knowledgable & upbeat about their work. They all work well together
