Colin helped me out so much and the service was fantastic. I had a stone that was my future wife grandmother's and wanted to incorporate it into an engagement ring. He sat down with me and gave me a few questions on the style that I would like and worked to create a custom piece of jewelry. The ring came out absolutely perfect and I was so thrilled we went there again for our wedding bands. I had two wedding sets soldered and they looked better than the day they were purchased. Cottage Hill Diamonds did an outsta ding job. So if you need jewelry repairs, this is the place to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Seriously overpriced. Brought in my wedding rings to be resized and was quoted $655 to increase my basic (no stones to add or ornate bands) 14k gold rings by 3/4 size and $175 to have my husband’s ring polished. Shocked by the price, I decided to check another jeweler with an excellent reputation and was charged $140 for the wedding rings and $25 for the polish. My husband bought my wedding rings at Cottage Hill 20 years ago. At that time it was definitely a humble, high quality place with very genuine owners. Our experience was so fantastic initially, I traveled over 40 minutes with the intention of supporting this local business when I needed the resizing. Even though it’s still owned by family, the customer service is not anywhere close to what it was and I cannot say with prices this high that I can agree with their advertising as a “humble shop for traditional jewelry”. Huge disappointment.

Drew was phenomenal! I am not local and he worked with my aunt in person and me virtually to make a wedding band that worked well with my engagement ring. I received the ring and it not only matched, but I was able to have such a quick turn around time when another jewelry store wasted my time with false promises.

My fiancé and I had a very pleasant experience here. Julie helped us out and she was so kind and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of our questions, and to explain the many aspects of diamond buying. We didn’t feel rushed, and Julie was nice enough to order us different types of diamonds to see in store. Ultimately, my fiancé is from Canada and he went with a jeweler that was local to him. If he lived here, it’s likely he would’ve bought an engagement ring from Cottage Hill.

I believe I recently left a review, not sure I honestly been leaving reviews when and where appropriate. Last year I began my relationship with CHD. What comes to mind are the words “ Service and Relationship. You will want to start a relationship with the people here. The atmosphere is warm and the conversations flow smoothly on the personal and professional platforms. 5 stars means there is no room for improvement but there always is room. Nevertheless the less 5 ***** is my honest observation.

There aren't many places left that are family owned and care this much about their customers. I never felt like I was being up-sold as they let the quality of their pieces speak for themselves, and Drew was happy to help me stick within my budget. I got a loose lab grown diamond and the engagement ring here - you're not going to find anywhere else with loose lab grown diamonds combined with this level of service. We also bought our wedding bands here as well and Drew was patient as we sorted through many choices. Come here for any jewelry/repair needs, you won't be disappointed.

This is a local jewelry shop. They do everything from change the battery in your wristwatch to educate you on the subtleties of fine diamond rings.There is a high comfort level when you shop there. The people who greet you know their merchandise. They are not clerks who were selling computers last month.
