😠 Using Westmont Manor for rehab and dialysis. Very unorganized, lots of agency staff, food is horrible, shortage of basic supplies, takes over 2 hours to answer a call light on the overnight shift, refusal to move patient in bed (especially overnight shifts), patient has been there 3 weeks and not on... People often mention staff, care, Westmont, Manor, facility, great,

Using Westmont Manor for rehab and dialysis. Very unorganized, lots of agency staff, food is horrible, shortage of basic supplies, takes over 2 hours to answer a call light on the overnight shift, refusal to move patient in bed (especially overnight shifts), patient has been there 3 weeks and not once has received a shower or in bed bath. Some staff is very nice and considerate, most need some basic courtesy skills. Director of Therapy is great, but daily therapists could provide a bit more effort in doing their jobs.

Awful! Patient/resident rooms are absolutely disgusting . We had a call to get someone in to clean the room. It took the cleaning lady almost an hour just to do my mom's bathroom period it was disgusting there was poop on the floor on the toilet just a disaster and if this was done on a regular basis no one would have had to spend an hour cleaning a residence bathroom. I could go on and on I wish I could give a zero

My mother has been here since June 16, 2021, and they have taken good care of her. Thanks to Jennifer, Diane, Ebony, Tiffany in social services, Mark, Beth, and many others for making us feel welcome, and helping my mom recover from her health issues. Thanks for all your help and support.

My dad was here for the last few months of his life. He was neglected completely. He had cancer and dementia and needed extra care. No one paid any attention to his eating, or water intake. Communication was terrible, and many of his personal items disappeared. They let him deteriorate to almost nothing, while taking us we couldn't enter the building because of COVID protocols. It was a nightmare and no one there cared at all. It is a terrible place, I will never forgive the way they treated him.

People were always considerate and kind. The workers were always there to answer my questions, assist with tasks, and move my room. They helped provide my shots and my medicine in a reasonable amount of time. Even though I normally take my meds earlier, they provided them in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this facility to any of my friends.

A good friend of mine has been at Westmont Manor for several months. As friends, a couple of us have tried advocating on her behalf since she is not able to. I have tried to work with the director, Moshe. He doesn't return calls or emails. Today, Durrell (customer service) called me instead. He yelled at me and wouldn't let me finish talking. As a customer service person he should let the person with the complaint speak. He wouldn't listen to me, interrupted me and then accused me of interrupting him. The reason for my most recent complaint: their staff keeps loosing/taking my friends clothing. I recently bought new clothing that has already been taken by the staff. I don't know what is going on there. Other recent complaints: staff is often rude, food is barely edible, short staffed, not well cleaned, and the list goes on and on. Staff have been abusive and neglectful in many ways. Out of respect for my friend, I do not want to give details. The management doesn't address issues. The facility is awful. I did see a positive review of Mark David - PT. He really is wonderful. There are a few other good PTs as well. Putting up with the negatives isn't worth it though in my opinion.

From, my first visit up to today, the staff has been welcoming, enthusiastic, and eager to help in any way. Our loved one was moved from a larger privet facility; they cannot hold a candle to the attention she is receiving at Westmont Manor Health. The facility looks dated, but don’t judge a book by its cover on this one.

My mom went from an assisted living and not showing any signs of dementia until she fell one day and went into the ER. From there she went into a physical therapy facility. So many moves,so quickly, brought out her dementia and we had 2 weeks to find her a memory care place. Westmont Manor was the only one that had availability. We were a little nervous at first because it’s a little run down compared to what else is out there. However, once we got in we were beyond impressed by the people who work there. I go every day to visit my mom, never the same time, but always find her happy and taken care of. They bathe her regularly, got her to eat again when she started to refuse, got her to get out of bed and eat in the dining room. If I need anything they are always willing to get it and never sighed at or treated me like I was bothering them! I have gotten to know Cesar, Sam, D, Emily, Christiana and many more who are amazing at what they do! Staff and care are the best I’ve seen! Sadly, the drive is too far for me and we have to move her closer. Please don’t judge a book by its cover!

Came in for a job interview. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I noticed the place was clean and easily accessible by residents, staff and family, but was still a secure and safe place.

My mother was recently admitted to Westmont Manor. She was unable to do anything by herself when she first arrived. The care she received was outstanding. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. All the nurses, aides and therapists helped my mom recover and to be able to walk again by herself. Because of all you, my mom had a great recovery. I would highly recommend Westmont Manor to anyone looking for great therapy and great care.

Just got done with a visit with mom and i over heard the housekeeping manager talking to another resident. I can’t believe that she could talk to a patient like he doesn’t matter

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This is the most incompetent facility with the most incompetent employees. These CNAs have ZERO compassion for their patients. I've witnessed unanswered screams for help, have been ignored when asking a question, and they have no respect for family members visiting their loved ones. They make you feel like you're inconviencing them when you ask a question or need assistance. I have heard a CNA say that she was being bothered to see a patient on her lunch break and was upset. I wouldn't put these people in charge of my loved one's care ever again. I would like the administrator or whoever is in charge to please reply to how I can speak to you directly. This business should be shut down.

I just moved here on a semi permanent residency, I came from another rehab facility, when I first heard I had to come here on a long/permit bases I was devastated being Iam only 53. I have been here a week and Iam floored at what a great place this is.I only had the other place to go on. THOUGH no place is perfect I do not minde calling this place home.

This was the first visit since Covid as an ombudsman. It was nice to meet all the new staff members and hear about the predicted improvements.

My cousin is here. She has come a long way. She's more social and attentive. The staff is always nice. If we ask for something they don't hesitate. Whether it's a bath, lotion nothings to small. They take there time with all the patients. Thanks for caring.

Christian RN is awesome and CNAs very nice. Label your loved ones clothing or they will not know where to return it when is it clean.
