Long
story
short:
Look
elsewhere
for
patience
and
insurance
expertise.
I
called
ahead
to
ensure
that
my
insurance
was
accepted.
Upon
arriving,
I
was
told
my
insurance
may
not
be
accepted.
While
trying
to
figure
that
out
I
was
rushed,
made
to
feel
like
I
was
holding
the
doctor
up,
and
ultimately
told
that
it
would
be
faster
to
just
do
the
appointment
than
to
figure
out
the
insurance
situation.
After
being
blitzed
through
half
of
a
dermatology
appointment
racked
with
guilt
despite
having
done
nothing
wrong
I
left
with
half
my
concerns
answered
about
half
as
well
as
I'd
have
liked.
Would
you
believe
it,
later
on
I
still
got
a
bill
for
the
full
copay
because
they
did
take
my
insurance.
I
called
and
talked
to
them,
they
said
they'd
take
care
of
it.
I
got
another
bill,
I
called
the
billing
people
and
they
lodged
my
complaint.
The
good
doctor
said
if
I'd
had
issues
I
should
have
raised
them
sooner
and
to
kick
rocks.
Could
I
have
been
more
assertive
in
this
journey,
probably.
However,
if
you're
looking
for
a
patient
and
accommodating
experience,
look
elsewhere.
