Boot
Camp
is
the
best
workout
in
the
Western
suburbs,
hand
down.
It’s
a
highly
effective
workout,
efficient,
affordable
and
a
whole
lot
of
fun!
It’s
personal
training
in
a
small
group
setting.
The
workout
changes
every
day
so
over
the
course
of
a
week,
even
if
you
don’t
go
every
day,
you
work
your
entire
body.
Some
days
are
strength
training,
some
are
cardio,
some
are
both!
I
typically
burn
300-400
calories
-
and
the
workouts
are
only
45
minutes
long
-
including
warm
up
and
cool
down.
You
can’t
get
more
efficient
than
that.
The
trainer,
Grant,
will
help
you
modify
any
exercise
to
your
fitness
level.
The
equipment
is
state
of
the
art
and
very
clean.
They
offer
FREE
CHILDCARE,
which
is
a
massive
benefit.
My
kids
beg
to
come
with
me
to
Burn
because
the
play
room
is
so
much
fun,
full
of
(very
clean!)
toys,
arts
&
crafts
and
very
warm
and
loving
childcare
workers.
I’ve
been
bringing
my
youngest
since
she
was
a
baby
and
I’ve
always
felt
comfortable
with
the
care
provided.
A
bonus
is
that
you
can
peek
in
on
the
kids
through
a
window
throughout
your
workout,
which
is
great
for
peace
of
mind.
I
had
no
expectations
when
I
joined
Burn
2
years
ago.
To
say
it’s
changed
my
life
is
an
understatement.
I’ve
dropped
pounds,
inches,
and
lowered
my
percentage
of
body
fat.
I
have
more
energy
than
ever,
a
better
attitude
and
I’ve
made
some
pretty
fantastic
friends
along
the
way.
