I booked a room yesterday around 3pm. I came to hotel and found out that you need a lock box code. I called the office about 15 times to the code. The voicemail says the best thing to do is text, so I texted 4 times. I sat at the pool for four hours and while telling someone else about the bad experience a girl found an owner she could message to get the code. Finally around 7pm I got into my room. Then the property manager calls restricted to yell at me and tell me I should of left a voicemail to get a code. I wasn’t aware that paying for a room I had to do a manhunt just to be able to get in the room! Horrible customer service and the manager is AWFUL.

We have a time share here and come every year for two weeks. It's in North Redington Beach. They have a hot tub and a pool here. They have units that can be rented by the week. We love the beautiful beach and walk it daily. There's many restaurants in the area to choose from.

Best kept secret in North Reddington Beach! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. No matter where you are on the premises, your front door is no more than 100 yards from the water. The beach is rarely crowded, so is has a private beach feel to it. There are plenty of places close-by to eat and shop.

I tried to add a picture but unless I let Google take videos I can't. This is a beautiful spot on Reddington Beach. Stayed at a friend's time share there. The pool is salt water and perfect. Has a hot tub and a beautiful sandy beach just steps from the rolling waves, magical few days spent there.

Absolutely beautiful at the Islander! It's location is central to shopping and the beaches in Redington are far less crowded than others in Pinellas.

Really nice place at a very family oriented right on the beach setting. So peaceful - not a ton to do around the area so bring your books and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. I'd recommend getting chair / umbrella service or bringing a 10' x 10' tent to keep sunburn to a minimum. Gorgeous sunsets.

This is our timeshare. We come here one week a year at the same time. The property is is nicely maintained. Pool is in the middle between two buildings in a nice courtyard . They have a jacuzzi big enough for 8. Grills are available on the side by a shuffleboard court. Gulf of Mexico is steps away. There is usually a great sunset to view from the patio deck either sitting by tables under a palm fron umbrella or leaning up against the patio railing or hanging out by the shore.
