STAY AWAY! What a nightmare! I’ll start by that. I went into this salon like I have been for YEARS prior and got a color and cut. I paid over $200.00 for this to be done. The color lasted 1 WHOLE WEEK and then it looked like I didn’t get my hair done at all. It washed completely out with 1 wash!( I only wash my hair once a week). I have tried to contact the salon, speaking directly to Danielle(store manager), Rose(assistant manager) Oscar and another women who works there. They repeatedly tell me they have sent this concern to the district manager who has yet to return my call after a MONTH of calling every single day to get this resolved and get a refund. Don’t waste your time or money coming here! They obviously don’t care about their customers or the work they do! When a women goes into a salon and pays that kind of money and spends that much time on herself, she shouldn’t be going through THIS! Please take this advice and find someone who’s reputable, HONEST and actually RESPECTS their clients. (Pictures for reference. Taken 1 week apart).

Took my 4 year old for the first hair cut and the lady with pink hair (Hayley?) did amazing! We will be going back for sure!

My daughter had an amazing experience. She wanted a change for her 14th birthday. She has always had long hair, and she decided she wanted a drastic change. Her stylist took the time to work with her and talk through her vision. She was so excited with the way her hair turned out!

Nicole is an amazing stylist! I have tough coarse curly hair and my curls look so happy and healthy after every cut. She really knows curl type and patterns and that makes a big difference for hair like mine!

I saw a young girl named Angel who had been doing this for about a year she said. She was very attentive,very thorough asked really great questions and even had me show her what I thought 2 inches was to me! At first when I saw how much hair was actually going down. I was a little freaked out and I told her maybe too much was cut, but once it dried it looked amazing. I think the thing is that I haven't had a good haircut in so many years forgot what it was like. I will definitely return to see Angel again.❤️

Katie from Seminole City branch did my hair this morning and she was absolutely amazing!!! My hair is exactly what I wanted and more. As someone has always had long hair, it was a big deal for me to finally have the bob cut that I’ve always wanted. Katie is a gem. Everyone else there was nice. Services, customer service, place was well-mainted and the products are 10/10

So classy now with resident homeless people hanging their underwear in the trees…. Not to mention the coming inside to interrupt the hairdressers while they are cutting hair……
