Tenant for over 6 years! Great Place to live! The amenities are great. The grounds are well kept- repaving, power washing,landscaping etc. I had not had much contact with the office until the Connor Group took ownership. Alex and her staff have been wonderful and I truly appreciate the great customer service. All maintenance issues are addressed quickly by Peter. He has been so helpful and professional. This community is safe, culturally diverse and very welcoming to tenants of all ages as well as handicap accessible. Tenants are notified well in advance of the activities that take place. I highly recommend this location. Very close to the beach and shopping centers.

Alex and Tiana were phenomenal in assisting me with my apartment search. They are kind and attentive and made the process in applying for an apartment super smooth. The pricing for the area, amenities and customer service is completely fair. The prices of the apartments change everyday so I jumped on a good deal when one was available. So glad I chose the Boulevard! I am in good hands here

After weeks of searching Southwest Florida for a rental home, I came upon The Boulevard. I met Tiana who showed me around. She was excellent at listening to my desires in an apartment and found the one for me. Any follow up questions or concerns I’ve had were promptly addressed to my satisfaction. I’ve found my second home. And my pup, Maggie, loves it as well!

I don’t know where to start I can’t put into words how thankful I am to be able to live at The Boulevard. Tiana and Alex are so wonderful and really go out of their way to deliver the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to live to check this place out first and foremost. The level of service, compassion and going beyond for our family has truly made our family so proud to call this place home.

Things are improving here. Shout out to Phil from the maintenance team and Alex from the leasing office! Phil was professional, courteous and most importantly, was able to fix the issues we were having. Alex is always pleasant and goes out of her way to accommodate her tenants when she can.

This location is so perfect! Close to the beach, stores and great places to eat. The property is beautiful. The gym and pool are well kept. My apartment is spacious and Alex provided me with a great move in experience. She is quick to respond and attentive to her residents. So happy I chose this place!

My girlfriend and I just moved here from Massachusetts a couple of days ago. Can’t say enough good things about The Boulevard! Alex has been so helpful, helping us with anything we needed from out of state, we truly felt at home the minute we walked in! The grounds are pristine, amazing gym, pool, valet trash pickup, a car wash, this place has it all! Can’t beat the 10 min drive to the beach and it’s in such a central location. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Alex has been such a pleasure to work with. She has been the most positive leasing agent I’ve dealt with in all of the apartments I’ve been to and dealt with for tours and etc. Me and my roommates just signed our lease thanks to her. The girls in the office are definitely the face of the place and make you feel welcomed. I can’t wait to live here!
