I
was
told
the
day
before
procedure
that
they're
was
no
latex
anymore
on
hospital
grounds.
When
I
arrived,
the
front
entrance
of
the
hospital
was
covered
in
thousands
of
latex
balloons
which
caused
anaphylaxis
and
ultimately
left
me
in
the
hospital
5
days
for
a
procedure
I
should
have
been
in
and
out
within
3
hours.
Due
to
the
wind
that
morning,
latex
particles
were
all
throughout
the
air.
I
even
tried
entering
through
the
ER.
However,
latex
ended
up
being
on
employees
clothes
and
transfered
to
me
during
my
procedure
as
the
employees
had
been
outside
interacting
with
the
"celebration".
My
room
was
not
cleaned
for
the
first
3
days
I
was
there.
No
matter
how
many
times
I
asked.
I
also
repeatedly
asked
for
some
wipes
to
clean
myself
and
help
washing
my
hair.
I
was
admitted
Friday
morning
and
nothing
was
cleaned
until
Monday.
Both
my
husband
and
I
got
sick
with
norovirus
while
being
in
the
hospital.
I
also
had
fluid
stuck
in
my
throat
making
it
difficult
to
breathe
and
requiring
more
intensive
treatment.
My
husband
even
had
to
go
to
MP's
ER
the
day
I
got
out
because
he
was
so
sick.
While
I
was
in
the
hospital,
I
had
difficulty
breathing
many
times
requiring
treatment.
One
afternoon
on
Monday
or
Tuesday,
I
pages
the
nurse
because
I
couldn't
breathe,
was
gasping
for
air,
and
almost
passed
out!
It
took
45mi
to
an
hour
for
anyone
to
get
in
there
and
my
mom
had
to
go
hunt
down
help.
I
felt
like
I
was
dieing.
This
ended
up
happening
twice.
It's
hospital
policy
that
no
LPN
flush
or
inject
anything
into
ports.
On
my
final
day,
there
was
no
RN
on
the
floor
that
could
deaccess
and
give
meds
into
my
port.
The
LPN
did
it,
admitting
it
was
against
hospital
policy
because
no
one
else
on
the
FLOOR
knew
how.
So
many
other
issues
like
continuing
to
keep
biofilm
and
adhesives
on
me
after
me
repeatedly
having
allergic
reactions
to
them
occurred.
I
was
told
by
nurses
that
it
was
hospital
policy
to
have
them
in
subjecting
me
to
more
breathing
issues.
At
no
point
did
I
feel
safe
at
Largo
Med.
I
left
on
Wednesday
without
being
fully
recovered
because
I
was
getting
sicker
and
was
afraid
the
terrible
care
given
to
me
would
kill
me.
My
husband
ended
up
missing
4
days
of
work
and
you
cost
us
thousands
in
medical
bills
and
missed
income.
Oh
and
the
bedside
commode
I
was
given
was
extremely
rusty.
Disgusting.
I
will
never
go
here
again.
