This
place
is
great
as
long
as
you
understand
what
you're
getting
This
is
a
straight-out-of-the-50's
timeshare
that
looks
like
it
hasn't
been
updated
since
it
was
built.
If
you're
OK
with
that
(which
I
am),
then
it's
a
great
place
to
stay.
If
you
are
looking
for
updated
bathrooms
and
marble
countertops,
this
is
not
your
place!
It
sits
on
a
beautiful
stretch
of
beach
and
has
a
really
nice
pool
and
hot
tub
overlooking
the
ocean.
There
are
a
couple
of
restaurants
and
shops
nearby,
but
it's
by
no
means
in
the
"center
of
the
action,"
which
again
is
fine
with
me.
That
means
no
crowds!
If
you
like
to
walk
on
the
beach,
this
place
is
perfect.
One
day
I
walked
all
the
way
to
John's
Pass
on
the
beach.
All
of
the
staff
that
I
encountered
were
friendly
and
seemed
to
work
hard.
The
main
reasons
that
I
can't
give
this
place
5
stars
are
as
follows:
there
were
some
minor
housekeeping
issues
with
the
room.
Someone
else's
hairbrush
and
makeup
wipes
were
in
the
bathroom
drawer,
and
there
were
what
appeared
to
be
lipstick
stains
on
the
sheets.
The
next
section
is
specific
to
the
studio
units.
You
really
need
to
understand
what
you're
getting
if
you
book
a
studio.
You
are
getting
one
of
the
bedrooms
of
a
larger
2BR
unit.
It
is
a
lock-off
with
a
shared
main
door.
You
can
hear
everything
that
happens
in
the
other
unit.
This
wasn't
an
issue
for
me,
but
may
be
for
many
people.
Let's
just
say
this
is
not
the
honeymoon
suite!
Also,
the
unit
is
really
small.
There
is
no
real
bed,
just
a
pull
down
Murphy
bed,
which
is
fine
for
a
tiny
person,
but
if
you
weigh
more
than
100
pounds,
I'd
guess
it
might
be
uncomfortable.
Lastly,
the
fridge
in
the
kitchenette
desperately
needs
to
be
replaced.
It
is
a
single-door
type
deal
so
either
you
have
to
crank
it
up
to
6
if
you
want
to
make
ice
(but
then
everything
in
the
fridge
freezes)
or
you
have
no
way
to
make
ice.
There
are
no
icemakers
anywhere
on
property
(which
I
find
crazy)
so
you
may
have
to
do
what
I
did
and
go
down
to
Dunkin
Donuts
if
want
a
cup
if
ice.
This
problem
could
easily
be
solved
with
a
new
$89
dorm
fridge
in
the
studio
units.
Again,
this
is
only
an
issue
with
the
studios.
The
studio
that
I
stayed
in
was
also
very
dark,
and
none
of
the
studios
have
balconies.
However,
you
can
walk
up
to
the
landing
area
in
the
stairwells
to
watch
sunrise.
Nice
view
from
the
5th
floor.
I'd
definitely
stay
here
again,
but
if
I
had
a
choice,
I'd
pick
something
other
than
a
studio.
Overall,
great
walkable
beach,
nice
pool
and
hot
tub,
safe
area!
