The manager is quite rude, she does not have the customer service to be operating a register or to be in the front of that store period. I relayed this to my coworker who said they had the same rude experience with the manager another time recently. The other staff however is so so sweet hence the 3 stars, they are always so kind and the blonde girl with the ponytail saved my experience today or it would have been 1 star.

The batista Stephanie 4-29-23 made my entire day. So was so kind to my 3 yr old and I'll forever remember her. She deserves a medal or star or raise or all three. Amazing service

We enjoyed our stop here. The staff was nice and the shop was clean. We ate inside and enjoyed the music they had playing. Thanks for a great little breakfast, as always.

I will admit, I don't go here by choice. My other half likes it occasionally but I feel like the prices are beyond insane for what you get, and then to be solicited for a tip in the drive through? PASS

I love this location everyone is so nice and respectful. However I went to this location 3/13/23 around 6:50pm I bought a drink and I wanted to use my star for the first time and the cashier yelled at me for trying to make two transactions, one to use my star and one to pay through the app. She was an older heavy set lady I wouldn’t put her name here on public. If she hated her job she shouldn’t be put in front of the customer. I did not respond negatively back because I brought my younger sister with me and hoped she didn’t have to notice the disrespect. Be kind and respectful to people especially that this location caters to a lot of much older population. I still love this Starbucks location I just hope I wouldn’t have to deal with the rude cashier.

Great coffee but no internet service in the dining room which was disappointing. My husband requested manager and employees were accommodating yet manager was somewhat defensive- said she had internet working in her office. Some employees said storm caused internet issues. It was quite warm inside too. We left and ate at Chick Fil a right next door and had no wifi issues.

It's quiet here for 10 am. Have a meeting with a partner/vendor and it's a good spot to talk.

I love Starbucks. It’s consistent. Although, for $6 you would think they could do a better job at filling the cup; a third of the cup is empty before I even start drinking.

This was the second location I went to. First Starbucks was on Park in Publix shopping center. That location only had 2 sandwiches in cooler and I just wasn't feeling the vibe of the barista so I left. The Seminole location was fully stocked and though super busy I felt welcomed as soon as I came in. The barista was patient as I had a giftcard and was trying to use it all up on that visit. The food was of course fresh and yummo. If you are a vegetarian like myself I recommend the tomato & mozzarella sandwich! I took everything to go. My taste buds were very happy when I got home!

The drive thru was clean and fast, we got our order taken by the manager Jodi who was kind and efficient. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! We will definitely be returning

In a congested traffic area. Difficult to access. long wait in drive thru. Service was poor, and quality of product is only "fair." Staff did not securely fasten down coffee top. Grilled cheese was dry as the "Sahara desert."

Staff seems to not care about customers. No eye contact, long wait to be waited on...worst Starbucks I have been in and won't be going back. It was not busy, staff just not interested.

Manager is rude and unhelpful. Right from the start has a bad attitude not how you should be speaking to customers. Workers are always sweet and cheerful in the drive through.

Jodi and the team over at Store 26677 deserve sone recognition. Especially these days, it’s easy to just say you’re out of something “extra” like oat milk. These guys have no problem instacarting it to the store and making sure we stay energized to keep keeping on. Thanks for the fuel (and Andrew for hooking it up) and for keeping up standards high. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Oh and the coffee is delicious
