Really good juices/flavors and exceptional prices. The flavors and ease of ordering online has made getting off cigarettes very easy. I have not bought a pack of cigarettes in over 9 months and I don't miss them at all. Thank you for making quitting so easy and affordable.

Just received a text for 10% off entire order for today only. Went in to purchase a new vape pen and staff refused to give me 10% off. Saying the text was a mistake!! And that the sale doesn't include hardware! It says off ENTIRE order..NOWHERE did it say on liquid only. It would of been a couple dollars. But you just lost my business. False advertising!!.... After leaving this review I received a call from the manager and was given a full refund and a nice apology. Thank you.

I've tried giving this store a chance as they're local, but I'm less than happy with their hardware and service. We bought a vape 89 days ago, a tank 2 weeks ago. While the battery was charging Monday night it fired and caused the tank plastic to melt and completely distort the tank. It's the fault of the cheap battery they sold. Their warranty is 30 days. Go online so you can get a 3-6 month warranty. And buy quality hardware, not the stuff they carry so you don't get hurt or burn your house down.

I was a loyal customer from the day they opened. I had just gotten a new vapor setup that was quite expensive and something went wrong with it and because they said it was my fault which it was but they did not offer at all to help me try and fix it or do something. So I said screw these guys if they're not going to be loyal to me why should I be loyal to them, so I decided to go into vapor road which is closer to my house but I would still go to Lizard Juice out of loyalty but no more. Anyways, the employees at vapor road were awesome their prices are half of what Lizard Juice charges for the same exact products and one of the employees offered to look at my brand new vapor I had just bought in from Lizard Juice. He figured out what the problem was and replace the part for free and I hadn't even gotten anything yet. So I went from a loyal Lizard Juice custome to a Vapor Road endorser. I recommend anyone who goes to Lizard Juice go to vapor road just to check out the place which has more inventory by the way and compare prices and you will see vapor road is the way to go. That is my opinion and why I gave Lizard Juice a 1 star rating when they used to be a 5 star rating. Sorry for any typos or confusing sentences I I spoke this conversation through talk to text. Def good stuff. E-juice seems like it is grade A good stuff. I have been vaping for a little over a year now and Lizard Juices are my number one go to because they have such a variety so your not limited to only a few flavors. Lizard Juice is awesome, you won't be disappointed.

FANTASTIC! The best e-liquid I've tried. Clean flavors, no weird aftertaste, excellent customer service...just can't say enough! Lizard Juice is THE reason I haven't gone back to smoking again. With all the other liquids I always felt like something was missing but ever since I tried these, I have been going strong for almost 3 months and can say with confidence that I will never smoke again! Always a pleasant experience at this location! The employees are friendly, helpful, and are very knowledgeable about their products. They offer a wide variety of vaping products and tasty E-liquids for everyone’s preferences, and the Kratom teas are an excellent way to unwind and relax. Definitely has a chill vibe and welcoming atmosphere and I will surely return to make purchases in the near future!

I ordered 2 bottles of the same flavors but of different strengths of the e-juice. I opened one bottle to try it. It was the worse tasting juice I have ever tried. I contacted Lizard Juice and one person said that they would replace the e juice with another flavor. Then a couple of days later I got an email saying that they could not refund or replace the e juice that has been opened. I replied with telling this person that someone else from the company had already replied and said they would replace the juice with whatever flavor I wanted. And that only one bottle had been opened. So they could replace or refund I didn't care which one they did for the one bottle that had not been opened. Needless to say... I never heard back from the person or anyone else from the company. And its been 3 weeks.. So I will not use this store again ever.......Much better customer service out there..
