I
came
in
with
long,
layered
hair
that
had
been
dyed
dark
brown.
My
natural
blonde
roots
were
coming
in
and
I
wanted
my
hairdresser,
Kali,
to
match
the
rest
of
my
hair
to
the
roots.
She
said
we
would
be
able
to
get
it
all
done
in
that
visit.
She
did
two
rounds
of
color
correction,
a
clarifying
bleach
bath
and
a
hair
mask
in
over
3
hours.
No
color,
no
toner.
She
made
comments
about
wanting
to
leave
by
a
certain
time
so
I
believe
she
tried
to
rush
on
my
hair.
I
also
told
her
I
wanted
to
have
my
dead
ends
trimmed,
and
for
her
to
cut
off
as
little
hair
as
possible.
She
then
proceeded
to
cut
4
inches
off
my
hair.
I
now
have
slightly
lighter,
brown-orange
hair
that
is
four
inches
shorter.
I
tried
to
explain
to
her
that
I
didn't
like
it
and
she
said
"well,
next
time
you
come
in
we'll
put
a
dye
on
it!"
I
called
back
and
told
the
lead
hair
stylist
the
situation
and
she
told
me
I
cannot
be
refunded
and
kept
making
excuses
for
why
it
happened
the
way
it
did.
I
am
very
upset
that
I
lost
all
that
length
and
paid
$170
for
my
hair
to
be
an
orangey
color
and
much
shorter.
I
want
to
write
off
salons
at
this
point.
