Smoothies are always good here but make sure never to ask for water because the manager states they aren’t allowed to sell water. Which was really odd however Caribbean Way smoothie is my favorite one and you should try !

The young lady who literally just took my order is a blessing! Walked me through the whole ordering process, gave me options, found me the perfect smoothie, all while getting through the 10 car deep rush hour DT line. 10/10 would Recommend!!

Absolutely ridiculous they have a sign up saying they can't process walk up orders when you had three people standing there just looking at me like they had nothing better to do. It's nothing but a sorry excuse to provide poor customer service. I do not recommend this location at all.

My smoothies are always great. But this review is regarding my money bc someone there is getting an extra tip. A good one at that! I have 4 transactions ranging from $36.26 to $79.85. My smoothies range from $6.89 to $10.24. I was told the walk-in or district Manger would contact me. It's been over a week and no contact. USAA has been contacted regarding fraudulent charges.

This is a drive-thru and walk-up only Smoothie King. The employees are usually very nice and accommodating and they make everything to the Smoothie King standard. Definitely join the rewards program!

Sometimes, I want to stop going, they are forcing a tip down your throat and the drinks are inconsistent. I can't tip you before I try it. They give you a mean look if you don't tip makes me feel they doing something to my drink before I get it. I used to do it on the app first but they can see you prepay before you buy it. Honestly I will tip if the location was consistent in how they make my drinks. Team members need to hold others accountable if everyone wants a tip.

I am truly impressed. The Smoothies are absolutely amazing thank you all . My family's been coming here for years I thought I did a review however I want to say you always exceed are expectation. Bless you guys continue growing we are very proud. If the sardis rd location is open till 9:00 why is it always closed at 8:40 when i go by. Also the smoothies are not always correct. Last time they didnt even give me the right size. Listening is not a thing i guess. People just dont want to work these days

Female manager with burgundy hair color is very unprofessional. Instead of providing me with the free 20 oz smoothie coupon that I earned because they did not follow proper protocol to increase sales (marketing tools), she argued with me while I waited on my smoothie. She then finally decided to provide me with the coupon but not until she constantly argued back & forth with me, while providing the coupon. As someone who has been in management & leadership, she needs to take more professional development classes to help her improve her management skills. This location has took a tremendous nose dive ever since 2019-2020 when the old management left.

It was terrible. At first it seemed like everyone was busy or didn’t seem to notice me. So I rang the doorbell. When the young lady finished with the customer in drive thru she walked towards the pick- up window (where I was waiting), then turned around to walk back to the drive thru window. Of course she forgot to close it! So, she finally arrived to me. She didn’t greet me, even though I was waiting in 80 degree weather for a smoothie. She asked, am I placing a order. I replied, “that’s what I’m doing. She responds, “we’ll be with you in a moment, okay?” I politely declined. I despise experiences like these. Guest should be treated as guest. Some people can’t handle the uniform. :(

First off, this place has the most charming building for drive-thru. Definitely, that's it apart. My daughter, hip me to this place and I was not disappointed when I tried it. Excellent value for the high quality and amount of smoothie sizes you get. Customers service is quite friendly.

Excellent staff excellent smoothies! Quan offered to take my empty cup so I could make room in my car for my smoothie. This young man needs to be recognized. Impressed is just the beginning how I felt after this kind of service from Quan.

This smoothie king is the best around. I’ll drive further to get to this one than go to the other local ones
