Disgusting. Vile. Atrocious. If you have any human decently you would not stay here but those that do clearly aren't going in the right direction in life. The place is run down, gross, filthy, and smelly. Several people literally live here... Several doors are boarded up, the hallways/stair cases are filled with tons of trash. Tons of caution tape littered all of the place definitely makes it feel welcoming and fun to stay at. Several of the walk ways as well have dumpster worthy amounts of trash and creek as if they are about to break. Ewwww. Smelly...

This is worst hotel ever. It has bedbugs and roaches. The staff doesn't speak English. The sink and shower have no hot water. People are constantly walking around day and night being loud. I'll never be back. It also has mold.

Needs to not be in business. People live there and pay for that. Floor fixed with duck tape and bugs everywhere.

The rooms where falling apart they where dirty and nasty holes in the walls things hanging on and off the walls. Would not recommend to anyone.

This place is great as long as you aren't causing a problem then you will not have any problems here. My room is nice clean and I have a nice flat screen with cable,a refrigerator, and a microwave. The staff have been nothing but helpful anytime I have needed to bother them. They are always ready to help with a smile. They are very affordable and my first choice out of all the places to stay on the east side when I need one.

what a horrible place the rooms are nasty. the only thing that would be ok to mention is they are cheaper than the other dumps down the street.

Omg this place is trash.. visited a friend that stayed here. Most of the rooms in the back are boarded up , people outside working on their cars at 2 and 3 am.. scratchy place not somewhere I would recommed anyone to stay

The only thing clean in the room was the sheets!! I wouldn't even think about taking a shower because of the filth in the tub! Carpet and linoleum were sticky and really needed to be scrubbed!!

This is a scam hotel. Full of women who work for money and boyfriends who will stab you for money. Stay away from rooms 261 and 265. These girls are scammers. You will get hurt here.

This place is unreal. Nothing but fighting all night outside. I called the front desk last night the guy said "there's nothing I can do, " and it's going on as we speak. Bugs, black mold that has been very badly covered up in the bathroom. We stay here a few yrs ago. And it has gone downhill BBAADDLLYY since then. My Fiance had to get rid of her SERVICE DOG THAT HAS PAPERS we was told the dog goes or we go.. I'M DEFINITELY CONTACTING THE BBB..They don't wanna do anything but they want that Rent.

Horrible rooms and we changed from our first room that had a sour milk smell and stains on the walls.. Second room wasn't much better it had less spots on the wall. If I could I would give it zero stars.

The clerk said he was giving us his best room and I would hate to see the other room because this one is so dirty, spider webs everywhere and two huge spiders running around!! Black mold all over the bathroom, and a big crack in the floor of the bathroom that would probably fall through if stepped on! First and last time ever coming here

I have never stayed here, however I do know management and they are fully invested in making this a safe and friendly environment for all.

Air conditioner falling off and it had bed bugs, but the air conditioner still ran old though. But no frigerater or microwave for atleast the price I paid to stay in

I went into this hotel recently within the past two weeks trying to get a room for me and my fiancé and my Four-year-old twins purchased the room walked in the room not even two minutes after being in this room we seen 20 roaches all on the walls on the dressers and even on the beds this place is disgusting people walk around all day drunk high definitely not no place anybody would want to bring their children around and they have children living in this hotel as well honestly somebody needs to call the business better bureau as well as the health department so they can shut down this hotel I don’t see why they haven’t shut it down now and that is why this hotel gets zero stars!!

I have never stayed here but just from reading The reviews I would ever want to your better off sleeping outside or in your car its honestly so surprising they have been 9 years and its honestly not clean at all from the reviews. Please staff just do your job and management you need to hire beter people or just shut down. Please dont stay here

The walls were filthy, which whatever I can move past that. Then I get to the bathroom once I'm settled and see that the bathtub is covered in grime. Holes all over the walls in there so I decided to call and see if I could move rooms. From the time that he started to check me in to the time that I called was 40 minutes. The front desk guy comes to see what's up and tells me he sees nothing wrong and that it is just fine for "me". He was basically insinuating that I was a call girl. He then said that I waited too long to complain and ask for a different room. I stayed because I didn't see him willingly giving me a refund and wasn't going to drop another 80+ to go somewhere else. Very disappointed in how I was treated by this gentleman.

Dirty, there was a hole in the wall in our room. The shower didnt work and had to take a cold one. The one bed was broken and the other was alright. The walls looked like they were coated in smoke. one of the pillow had brownish red stains on it. Would not recommend.

Always have rooms for rent. Let's you check out the room before you pay for the night!

It was ok except the roaches beds are comfortable but I killed ten roaches I couldn't eat my food because I didn't know if a roach crawled in it

Not bad. A cheap place in the ghetto, but everybody is friendly. Depending on the room and the length of stay, you will get a great room in a poor area or an average room secluded away from the long term guests.
