Never stay here. I paid for a week and was embarrassed, put out on the street without notice for playing music on a Saturday. Isn't that was hotels are for, to have fun???! Apparently not, the manager, Melissa and assistant Allison had no explanation why she waited until Wednesday, when I was ready to renue my room to tell me I had a disturbance call from "Saturday". Mind you it was 4 days later.....no notice or warning about a "so called police call" by a neighbor. It just shows that they wanted my money. Not only did I have to find out on my own (no notice), given 30mins to vacate, not given my deposit back, but also threaten by maintenence staff. I will be calling corporate office, as I am a Department of Veteran Affairs employee. This is unacceptable, and they will not get away with this mistreatment. Wish I could give a zero rating. Awful experience, Most, not all, of the staff is rude. The place is dirty. When we checked in I asked if they've ever had a problem with bed bugs. They said no. My children and I woke up with bites all over is. I went to office and a different member of the staff said " That's not surprising! Half the rooms have them!" The management didn't seem to care. We had to move rooms. I had to get rid of blankets, clothes, pillows..etc. No refund, no apologies. I used to work in the hospitality business and that is not how a motel is supposed to operate. Even a cheap one. They did however call an exterminator out the day we moved. So at least they tried. But I would not recommend staying there at any cost.

Opened the door to mold and mildew smell. Dirt on floor in bathroom and in front of counter. Our shower only has extremely hot water and there are burn marks on tub. The carpet was wet and the flooring is flimsy. One of the beds has a big dip in it. Our room had roaches, dead and alive. The drawers weren't cleaned out and one drawer missing. It's cheap and weekly rate but don't recommend.

I would have gave 5 stars but the toilet seat was a little loose and a few minor things need fixed but all and all the rooms are nice with flat screen television and normal size refrigerators not the little ones you see in most hotels but the staff is very friendly and they don't allow sex offenders at all (thank you lord) they do weekly rentals at $250.00 per week and they don't bother you as long as you don't bother anyone trying to enjoy their stay. The people are friendly both black,white or any other ethnicity. Plus I haven't had any problems with my vehicle being messed with and best of all no (bed) bug or rodent problem!!!

The rooms are ok nice weekly rates. But the cable cut out like it was unplugged and the wifi don't work at all you'll connect and it'll drop. Over all tho it's pretty quiet sometimes

They have no customer service skills at all very rude and disrespectful staff the young black girl that wear the bonnet every day lives there and ran outside naked.. It was the worst site ever she scared everyone talking about she was on drugs that’s what she said the rooms are so bad especially for the price.. and they some haters real talk do not go there not unless it’s your last resort!!!! Horrible place !! Terrible Place!!

The floor in the bathroom was sinking in when you walked on it. Some rooms have mice. The lady in the office with the dog is really rude. She has absolutely no customer service skills. She has a serious attitude problem. The house keeping lady was caught going in and out of my room and going through my things while I was gone.

I often visited family member's who lived here for several months. The place is not well maintained. The floor was uneven, bathroom door was missing. There are several families with young children living here, but the one of the owners, an elderly lady (security?) drives very slowly through the parking lot and tells children that she does not want them to play outside in front of their rooms. She suggested a vacant lot adjacent to the hotel property, which has broken glass everywhere and cars speed and use this lot as a cut through to avoid traffic back up on Post Road. I would not suggest this place as your vacation rental.

Staying here really depends on the room. I had a room that had more roaches than a roach motel. I changed rooms the new room I have now I've been in for a week absolutely no roaches at all and the room is bigger and nicer than the previous one. Love the staff they are really sweet.

Just a step above living under a bridge. This place is a roach infested, drug dealers heaven. Located in a shady part of Indianapolis and not a safe place to be.

This is a do not these rooms are very disgusting and obvious to see if I saw it I know they did they do not give a care in the world take your money and put you out on the streets they need to be shut down bed bugs and roaches are definitely a problem

Stopped for a service call, outside plug caught fire last night

Stayed for a week and all because I wasn’t back in time to clear out my room so I paid 350 for a week 50 deposit and was asked for extra 20 to retrieve my belongings and roaches all over no fresh towels or linen if not asked for no one barely in office and very rude and lack of customer service….TO CHARGE THIS AND NOT BE PROFESSIONAL IS REALLY A RIP OFF….they are ripping people off with the way those rooms look

No it's not a 5 star hotel but if your looking for a cheap place it's cool. Everybody minds their own business and kicks people out that cause a seen. It is what it is but it works for me

I really enjoyed my stay.

Room is clean, little outdated, needs a chair & dresser... Good price weekly

Carpet was disgusting as was the whole room, but u get what u pay for I guess lol
