Wow.
I’m
at
a
loss
for
words
for
the
lack
of
professionalism
at
this
establishment.
In
November
I
had
an
appointment
for
a
hair
treatment
that
I
unfortunately
had
to
cancel
because
I
had
a
car
incident.
During
said
time
I
had
two
appointments
booked.
One
was
the
hair
treatment
I
had
to
cancel
and
the
other
one
was
for
hair
highlights
that
was
scheduled
for
December.
Well
the
day
of
my
appointment
came
and
they
usually
send
you
a
text
to
confirm
within
two
days
of
your
appointment.
This
was
not
the
case
for
this
particular
appointment
so
I
called
before
my
appointment
time
to
see
what
was
going
on.
Well
to
my
complete
shock,
they
had
canceled
this
appointment
as
well
back
in
November!!!
Never
did
I
say
I
wanted
to
cancel
this
appointment.
The
owner
apparently
took
it
upon
her
hands
to
make
that
decision
for
me.
Without
any
type
of
notice
whatsoever.
Back
in
November,
thinking
about
my
hairdresser’s
time
and
not
wanting
her
to
lose
money,
I
messaged
her
directly
to
tell
her
about
what
had
happened
to
my
car
that
way
she
could
fill
her
spot.
She
didn’t
have
the
least
courtesy
to
notify
me
that
there
would
be
a
cancellation
fee.
So
when
I
tried
to
say
I’d
get
a
ride
my
spot
had
of
course
already
been
filled.
That
is
when
the
owner
I
assume
(Mindy)
cancelled
both
of
the
appointments.
She
did
waive
the
cancellation
fee
“for
this
once”
but
to
my
surprise
cancelled
my
future
appointment
as
well.
Not
to
mention
that
Haylee
(the
hairdresser
that
was
working
on
my
hair)
always
left
yellow
and
orange
tones
on
my
roots
and
tried
to
say
that
it
was
because
of
the
purple
shampoo
and
makeup
I
use.
I
NEVER
had
this
problem
in
the
past
with
anyone
else.
Needless
to
say
I
wasn’t
even
offered
a
chance
to
speak
to
the
owner
or
any
type
of
solution
to
the
(December
appointment
being
cancelled)
problem.
My
point
being,
STAY
AS
FAR
AWAY
FROM
THIS
PLACE
AS
POSSIBLE!!!!
You’ve
