My
daughter
called
to
make
an
appointment
for
me
because
I
just
had
a
surgery
in
my
ear
and
I
am
unable
to
be
on
the
phone.
She
made
an
appointment
for
me
to
do
a
haircut
and
highlights.
No
one
would
answer
her
calls
at
first
so
when
she
left
voicemails
she
stated
that
I
want
highlights
and
a
haircut.
When
I
came
in
for
the
appointment,
Lavana,
I
believe
her
name
was,
asked
me
what
color
I
was
wanting
to
do.
I
showed
her
the
base
color
I
wanted
and
highlight
color.
She
started
examining
my
hair.
I
don’t
have
white
people
hair,
it
is
not
soft
and
silky.
She
said
that
the
blonde
highlights
I
want
will
damage
my
hair.
I
told
her
that
I
don’t
care
for
that
and
I
just
want
the
highlights
done.
She
said
that
she
cares
and
doesn’t
have
time.
I
told
her
if
you
don’t
have
the
time
then
you
can
just
color
and
do
the
highlights
and
I
won’t
do
the
haircut.
She
stated
again
that
she
doesn’t
have
time
and
that
there
was
miscommunication.
Only
reason
why
she
said
there
was
miscommunication
is
because
of
my
accent
and
she
should
have
the
time
if
there
was
an
appointment
made.
I
told
her
there
was
no
miscommunication
and
that
I
made
the
appointment
for
a
haircut
and
highlights.
She
said
that
the
appointment
was
only
made
for
a
color,
no
highlights...
which
was
completely
false.
The
voicemails
made
can
prove
that.
I
left
her
and
asked
someone
else
in
the
salon
if
they
can
be
able
to
help
me
,
she
said
she’ll
ask.
Came
back
and
told
me
to
go
do
my
hair
somewhere
else.
I
encourage
this
salon
to
write
on
their
website
that
they
only
do
white
people
hair
because
that’s
what
it
seems
like.
Very
unprofessional
and
rude.
