Vyfy wellness club is 10/10 amazing. I can’t recommend them enough. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Vyfy was such a huge part of my success and my recovery during my training season to compete at the USA Weightlifting Nationals. I was able to fully recover from my 15+ hours of weekly training and I ended up winning a silver medal and having the best nationals ever. I wish I could bring Vyfy with me to my next adventure as I move to Nevada, but I hope everyone in Louisville can continue to enjoy everything they offer ❤️

If you're looking for a place to get healthy and feel better about yourself, this is the place. Every person here is friendly and goes above and beyond to help you be your best self. I started coming because i wanted to get back in shape but i was limited by shoulder and hip issues. Since I've been coming here I've seen huge improvements in my shoulder and hip mobility and strength all thanks to Abby. And as an added bonus I've lost fat and gained muscle.

I’ve been going to Vyfy for almost two years now for chronic pain and they’re the best! They have numerous helpful services under one roof not to mention they’re always adding more! Vyfy has become such an important part of my life. The modalities they offer have helped my body heal in ways I wouldn’t have expected. It started as post workout recovery then especially after a car accident I was in earlier this year. Vyfy was my only form of pain relief until I was able to get in with PT. Cryotherapy and PEMF are my go to combo. The staff here is Amazing, kind and friendly. Make you feel right at home! Mornings with Allison and Reese are the BEST! I love Vyfy so much. I wish I could go there everyday. All the different specialties improve my sore body so much and I can see a huge difference. My favorite is definitely the PEMF I can always feel a difference after. The cold plunge is very difficult because of how cold it is but sooooo worth it afterwards. I highly recommend this place. My new favorite place!! My husband and I popped in to tour the facility and were immediately greeted and welcomed. We were able to try out the PEMF and the full body cryotherapy while learning about all the other services offered. We left with less pain and more energy. Went back two days later and did PEMF and red light therapy. Feeling more refreshed after each visit!! Love this place!
