This Macy’s store is my favorite. Not only for the deals but for the help I always receive. I’m always relieved when I go in and see that Monica is there. I know she’ll be there to help me find what I’m looking for and if not she always orders for me and ships to my house. Woman’s department has new 34th brand which is very stylish and got the newest stylish dresses for my girls for school and Jordan for my boys! Great deals great prices great customer service!

Not impressed at all with this Macy’s location. The lack of customer service is one thing but to be rude and walk around with a chip on your shoulder is totally unacceptable. That’s what we received from Cameron and Viktoria. Cameron is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I asked him about the price on the shirt he was ringing up because there was a sale sign above where I got it from. He first made accusations that I must have read it wrong, I offered to show him. He didn’t want to walk over to see the sign that was there. My husband went and took a picture of it and he (Cameron) accused my husband of taking a picture of a different sign. Are you serious? 🧐 Finally, a “supervisor “ comes over. Viktoria, as rude as Cameron! Telling us oh it was probably on the wrong rack. Well let’s go look my husband said because there are plenty others! Tried to get an actual manager in the phone today being that it’s an actual work day and I guess all their managers aren’t around on weekends. My call was disconnected twice.

This store has gone downhill fast it’s so disappointing. Used to love shopping here. Hannah and Crystal are very rude, neither one was helpful. They both reeked of marajuana and Crystal (not even positive this is her real name since she could barely speak and mumbled) actually bumped right into me as I was walking into the store. At first I thought she was just an ignorant customer but after I was walking around looking for kids shoes (which by the way they don’t sell) she almost bumped into me again! I found a so called manager (Ian) but he had no time to stop and hear my concerns as he was going on break! Unbelievable! No customer service skill whatsoever, not helpful at all, very disappointing. I love Macys but not this location. I’ll have to drive further from home to find a Macy’s that still believes in customer service. Where did all the good people go??

Excellent customer service in that I must have looked like I needed help finding something, and an associate greeted me and pointed me to where the shoes were. She was super sweet and was proactive about reaching out to me (that's not typical anymore). Really appreciated her! Shoe selection was not as great as I had hoped, but the store was clean and looked nice.

Brought my mother-in-law to find her foundation shade match, Riley demonstrated a great degree of competence as far as knowledge in the skincare field is concerned. Helpful and understanding as well. Definitely going back there for further purchases

Not as great of an experience as shopping online, but as good as it gets when considering that its a physical store. The fitting rooms are a bit dingy, but tolerable. The staff are helpful and the clearance/sale section is always fun to browse. Macy's at this location now carries Vera Bradley products too! Overall, shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Didn't find any dress shoes that fit me quote right but interacted with two employees and they were both very kind, pleasant and helpful.
