This
place
was
extremely
unprofessional
and
racist.
The
bartender
and
the
manager
failed
to
speak
to
us
with
the
common
curtsy
expected
as
paying
customers.
I
was
extremely
unsatisfied
with
the
service
provided.
In
addition,
management
failed
to
be
considerate
or
deescalate
the
situation
at
hand.
I
came
into
town
for
celebratory
reasons.
My
friend
suggested
we
go
to
Brother’s
Bar
and
Grill.
It
was
roughly
around
one
o’clock
am
and
we
had
just
entered
the
facility
for
the
first
time.
Quite
frankly,
if
I
knew
the
heartache
and
misery
we
would
later
experience
I
would’ve
decided
to
stay
home.
We
asked
for
one
shot.
The
shot
estimated
to
$6
a
piece.
With
there
being
no
considerable
service
and
the
first
drink
of
the
night
we
didn’t
consider
to
tip.
The
bartender
rudely
walks
over
to
us
and
aggressively
state
“
If
you
guys
are
not
going
to
tip
we
are
not
going
to
service
you
and
walked
away”.
We
were
truly
distraught
seeing
that
this
was
our
drink
of
the
night
and
unaware
of
any
policy
that
indicated
we
had
to
tip.
As
a
curious
person
I
kindly
asked
the
other
bartender
if
this
was
the
policy
here
for
future
references.
My
friend
and
I
were
rudely
ask
to
leave
this
facility
after
the
bartender
that
served
us
abruptly
interrupted
a
conversation
I
was
having
with
another
bartender.
The
bartender
asked
another
staff
member
to
remove
us
from
the
premises.
My
friend
wanted
to
know
what
the
“issue”
was
since
we
haven’t
done
anything
that
can
be
seen
as
or
interpreted
as
obstruction.
Once
asked,
he
failed
to
identify
what
the
issue
was.
We
kindly
asked
for
the
manager
to
come
over.
Instead
of
listen
to
paying
customers
he
asked
us
to
leave
the
premises
without
knowing
what
the
“issue”
was.
Once
we
tried
to
explain
the
issue
at
hand,
he
rudely
brushed
us
off
and
grabbed
an
officer.
As
a
black
woman
in
America
I
feared
for
my
life.
I
don’t
believe
asking
questions
should
warrant
being
kicked
out
or
grabbing
an
officer.
I
will
never
return
to
this
facility.
