Back for our second visit today at dinner around 6pm on 9/20. Classy is your first impression, lots of beautiful woodworking. Tastefully decorated with lots to look at, very folksy. Plenty of seating choices inside and out. Cozy booths and tables await you inside and an elegant bar. Outside plenty of seating with overhead fans when necessary. We sat outside this time around the weather was good and we enjoyed ourselves street side dining. The food here is very good and pleasantly priced. There was a very steady stream of people coming and going. Very busy here, parking could be your challenge, they have a small parking lot some street parking is available you’ll have to be quick. Today we got the - Super Nachos for $14 - STACKED CORN TORTILLAS, CHEESE SAUCE, PICO DE GALLO, CILANTRO AND MEXICAN QUESO FRESCO CHEESE. CHOOSE: AVOCADO, BLACK BEAN, OR CHICKEN this could easily be a four person appetizer. (It’s huge) And both of us choose the - The Hoosier Tenderloin $16 A CENTER CUT FRESH PORK LOIN, SEASONED BREADING, AND FRIED OR GRILLED we both got the breaded tenderloin I got fries and she got broccoli for sides. The Tenderloin’s huge pounded thin breaded and crispy fried. Absolutely delicious the French fries were snappy and perfect. The broccoli was smothered in butter and very tender and tasty. This is a great place to stop by for a bite. They have a large interesting menu, that deserves an eat through. 😊 We look forward to a return trip. We had a great time, good service and wonderful food.

First time here, I’d maybe give it a 4.5 just because the manager (?) was a little freaking out on everyone that walked in to get seated saying ‘we’re on a 30 minute wait!’ Basically scared everyone away. We said ‘can we sit at the bar?’ & he said yes of course. Soooo we sat at the bar & had lunch. The bartender was great! Efficient & friendly. Took our order right away, we ordered the fish & chips to share. Came within a reasonable amount of time & was delicious! More than enough to share. Bartender never came to check on us & we wanted ketchup & mayo but we just helped ourselves from the wait station. The noise behind us the whole time was this manager saying to everyone they were on (now a 45 minute) wait, very short staffed. Then he came by & bussed us & was friendly & funny. We’ll be back, hope hope hope to be able to sit on the patio because it’s adorable!

I had high hopes for Aristocrat being a great place to eat at due to the good looking food and reviews it gets. Unfortunately I hate to say it but our experience was a major letdown. We walked in at around 6 PM on Friday and they were relatively busy but we got a table instantly. Our waiter got our drink orders and he was SUPER friendly. He was apparently a new guy and was just getting started, but he was super polite and kind to us! However, here is where it starts going downhill. It took at least 10 minutes to get MY beverage. My partner ordered a beer and in the end, it took roughly 20 minutes to get that. Apparently the bar was slammed, so that may explain. Our appetizer, we ordered the pretzel with beer cheese (picture attached below). It was okay, the pretzel was rather chewy and hard to bite into. The beer cheese however, was pretty good! Then we got our entree order placed. I got the Tenderloin with kettle chips, and my partner got the Crab cake burger with fries. Our food surprisingly came out quite fast. The tenderloin was okay. Although it was huge, It was really lacking in seasoning. But it was fried perfectly golden brown, and was hot and fresh. And again, not enough seasoning in the breading. The kettle chips were decent. My partner however claimed the Crab cake burger was just average. So in the end, I will say, our experience was sort of a letdown. The food honestly didn’t live up to the hype I hoped it gets. However, I MUST give props to our waiter. He was so kind to us, apologetic about the slow service, and was very attentive to all the tables he had to do. Overall, he was a great waiter to have! So overall… Wait staff: A+ Wait time: B+ Food: B+ Vibe: A+ Will we return?: Maybe (I’ll probably try the Fish and Chips or the fish sandwich next time!)

Overall: Come to Aristocrat's for a great pork tenderloin sandwich! The good: One of the better pork tenderloin sandwiches you can get in Indy. Thin, crispy, huge, and delicious. I probably could have saved half for leftovers, but it was so good I couldn't stop eating it. Portions for all the meals are hefty, which is a good thing for a comfort food place. Atmosphere is charming and they have plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. The not-so-good: I wasn't the biggest fan of the chips - they were too oily and salty for my liking. The service was iffy at times, where we would go long gaps without seeing them and a general unfriendliness from them. Prices have climbed the past few years. Food/drink: 8/10 Atmosphere: 8/10 Service: 8/10

FABULOUS. I’ve had French onion soup, spicy Brussels sprouts (pictured), the guacamole burger, and the chicken salad, and everything has been so good. Never one complaint from me! There’s always so many different beers on tap and the atmosphere is amazing. A classic Indy spot. GO HERE! And I hope you get Alex and Logan as your bartenders!

We went for brunch and were seated immediately. We went right after they first opened. I got the crab cake Benedict with their potato casserole and one Blueberry pancake. My husband got their French toast. Overall the food was pretty good. Not my favorite crab cake Benedict but it does the job. What I really enjoyed was the pancake. It was perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Husband said the French toast had a similar crunch on the outside too.

Our first visit this past Saturday and it won't be our last! Ordered the tenderloin, and it was really good. It's pounded thin, so it can be folded on the sandwich and still have enough to share. My husband ordered a burger and really enjoyed that as well. Parking can be limited, so consider an early lunch/dinner.

What a fun night!! First time visit and had a fantastic experience. Courtney, our server, was amazing. Baked spinach ravioli was incredible. Fish & chips A+.. not greasy and super delicious. Live Celtic music was an unexpected bonus.

Old world charm with a crusine that any chef would be proud of. Fish and chips excellent, cottage pie out of this world. Care and details abound. Highly recommend.

The classic club sandwich that I ordered was perfect. The atmosphere was great. Celtic rain was playing live and made for a great evening when they engaged with the crowd. I had ordered the bourbon peach blast, while they were out of peach they substituted mango after let me know it was out and it was fantastic. Shout out to brandlyn who made our night spectacular.

Had a delicious Hoosier Tenderloin did not disappoint! Huge over the plate serving, tender and good flavor, the fries were also very good. Wife just had Cobb salad, nothing special there. Highly recommend coming here if your in the mood for a good Tenderloin sandwich!

So far I've had the spinach dip, fish and chips, tenderloin and mushroom brie soup. All were very good, with the fish and chips being the best. However service is... Not ideal. Both times I've been you have to ask for things you obviously need (empty glasses) or wait long times. I've been when they are busy and when they are slow. All that being said, I will go back cause the food is pretty good.

We went here to celebrate the life of my dear brother in law. This was one of his regular haunts with friends. The food was really good. Igot the Parmacesan chicken on Fettuccine Alfredo, my husband got the fish and chips. Our waiter was so nice, they were so kind to my sister who was mourning.

Stopped in this afternoon for a very late lunch. Seated quickly on the patio by a gracious hostess. Great atmosphere, very clean with pleasant staff. I ordered the Cobb Salad and it was very good. My late lunch date ordered the Schintzle with red cabbage and potatoes dressed with caramelized onions. We expected the Schintzle would be accompanied by gravy, but it did not. It was a little dry. The potatoes and cabbage were very good. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

First time out of state foodie. Was sat outside on the patio on a warm fall Saturday around five in the afternoon. Had to wait a bit before a server came to me due to another guest from what they told me. Had lots of time not being checked on once the main course as well. I believe I was the only table that server had that was outside, which makes things harder for them. They were still very kind. Ordered a beer from one of their local breweries, the Brussels sprouts app, and the salmon burger with chips. Brussels were on point! Crispy and fully cooked! The chili sause is a good tang with a small punch! Star of the meal. The salmon burger left a lot of wanting. The patty itself was great! A bit too crisped on the outside, but the inside was wonderful! My biggest disappointment was it was just the patty and bread with a chipotle mayo sause and lemon slice on the side. I feel like if it was dressed a bit it would help with the presentation and taste. Very dry - I only ate a few bites with the bread before I 86 the bun. With the patty, I had the house chips. They are simple, but good. Lightly salted and not greasy. I was surprised it did not pick up while I was there for a Saturday night. It seems like an older crowd that comes here with their grand children, few couples, lots of over 50s. A bit surprising for a place with pub in the name. Also, I overheard that you can get a free app coupons by their website!

Last Sunday was my first time eating at Aristocrats! I really liked it! The servers were nice, service adequate, the food was delicious! You get plenty of food and the prices are good too. I like the decor, a little bit of everything. I will be back. This time to sit on the patio, it was a little chilly inside for me.

It was good food though and the prices are definitely appropriate, considering the large amount that you get. I'd say it's a good value.
