First thing is that Union Jack Pub is now situated directly across the street from the old location. There is convenient street parking available directly in front of the building. Upon entering you are greeted by a hostess who seated us immediately. Our attentive server arrived at our table and brought us drinks. She then took our orders. The three of us ordered the small fish and chips, a sicilian sandwich with onion rings an a kids chicken tenders. We waited for 15 minutes or so to get our food. I blamed it on me ordering the fish. We all found our food to be just average. The Sicilian sandwich was sent back. The bread was so hard it was inedible as if it had stayed under a heat lamp for a long long time. The server was quit apologetic and immediately comped the sandwich. My cole slaw was actually warm and the cabbage texture mushy as if it had been cooked or sat out all day. My fish was ok and the frozen fries were ok also. The chicken tenders were overcooked so much so the crust was almost chocolate colored. All in all not a good showing for the cook. I gave this restaurant a 3 because the server, hostess and decor deserved it. It would be a 2 if I only rated the food. My suggestion is to go to Union Jack Pub for after dinner drinks and eat at one of the many other great restaurants in Broadripple.

I gotta say, Union Jack is one of my new favorite spots in Broad Ripple! I had not been surprisingly. That is, until now! We came on Labor Day at around 5 PM and they weren’t busy and had plenty of tables. Our waitress was cool and attentive to us. We started out with the pretzel breadsticks as an appetizer, those were amazing! Hot, soft, and salty! The Queso on the side was good too! I got the Tenderloin Sandwich with fries as my entree. And overall, the sandwich was good! It was crispy, seasoned really well, although, it was a tiny bit over cooked and was very crunchy in some places. Wasn’t the biggest fan of that. Their fries though… Oh my gosh they had to be some of the best ones I’ve eaten in a long time. They were loaded with seasoning, fried to perfection. It did cost $2 extra but boy it was so worth it. Overall, Union Jack is a place I’ll be returning to! If you’re in Broad ripple looking for bar food, give this place a shot! They got a big menu!

Your food truck sucks. This is not $35 worth of food. The portions are small, they were served cold. My order was screwed up and you called out three wrong name for it. Worst food truck experience I've ever had.

I thought typical pub food, wasn’t super stoked when this was the place my friends insisted. My attitude changed once we were seated instantly around 7pm on a Friday and there was a 3 piece band picking away great tunes. Sat down to lots of excellent, local beer choices. Sandwich selection was amazing- highly recommend the hot sicilian. Onion rings went crazy. Our server was professional, helpful and felt like an old friend after awhile. The overall vibe of this place was welcoming, family friendly, but also cool enough to bring your friends. Would love to sit on the front patio when it’s not scorching. They do have a small bar area. Highly recommend & happy to say Union Jack Pub is a friend now.

We had a great time at Union Jack Pub! Aubrey was a wonderful server and we had a great time! The pizza was yummy and I was so glad they were still serving brunch. I got the breakfast wrap and their chips/fries were super soft and yummy. The Bloody Mary was great, too. Their pretzel appetizer is a must, too!! Can’t wait to go back and watch soccer and drink.

It's very rare I give a bad review. I'm not sure if it was that day but we had a really bad experience trying out this place. Went on a Saturday night, the place wasn't busy. No one was at the host stand. Waited for 10 minutes and asked someone in the back making boxes to help us. He apologized and sat us and got our drink orders. After a bit no server came. We asked another server, who I think his name was Julian, and he just completely gave us a rude answer saying he will get Andrew the guy who sat us. Andrew was amazing the rest of the night and completely made up for that other rude server. The food was okay, and it's cool to have an open air table. Overall I was really disappointed because I live so close and really wanted to like this place.

Food was really good. The service not so much. We had wings and salad. Salad was fresh and nice portion. Wings excellent. BUT make sure you review your credit card statement...the waiter gave himself a 25% tip in addition to our already generous tip. We called and the manager gave us a refund but this is pretty shady. The waiter obviously did not want to be bothered and couldn't even be bothered looking at us when he spoke. The restaurant also had a slightly unpleasant odor. Maybe they had a problem with the sewer line.

Got the vegan fishless filet and chips for takeout. It comes with slaw and tartar sauce. Picture is what I received. The filets are fine, but the same product you can just buy at the grocery store. I'm glad they have vegan options, but I can't believe someone let this go out the door. Especially for $13

Watched the Women’s World Cup Final there… Service was a bit slow and the food literally took 3 hours but it’s normally not like this. The service is usually excellent. I think they were just short handed and were not expecting 50 people to show up at 6 AM! For that reason, I’ll give them 4 stars; otherwise, it would be 2 stars…

Little bummed since they moved. New location lost a lot of it's original vibe. Lighting is very bright now and doesn't have the right feel. Seems like you're under a spot light in certain places under investigation.

the food was okay, and service was pretty good but theres no prices on the menu, the waitress gave us the impression that sides were included with the meal when they're not and their website doesn't have updated prices?? kind of annoying to feel in the dark about what you're spending when you go out and i also just think its shady as a business to do that.

Food was fantastic, everyone in our large group enjoyed their food. Service was fantastic as well. I would definitely return next time we are in town.

They have a dish called Bayou Pasta. I'm not saying it's the best bayou pasta in the world, but if there were a bayou pasta committee that met every saturday to discuss bayou pasta, then Union Jack's bayou pasta would definitely be on their top 3 list for best bayou pasta. So, now that you have bayou pasta on your mind, you should try Union Jack's this weekend they have other options as well. A little something for everyone and a bar with plenty of seating all around. It's a cozy place for good food and conversation. You won't be disappointed.

Loved it here! They have great pub food, which I always like. I had the fish and chips and it was definitely tasty, came with lemon, and coleslaw. I saw they have French Onion Soup, which I will try next time.

We went there for lunch. They were a bit busy but still very attentive. We had the spinach artichoke queso dip with the flatbread and tortilla chips as a starter. And I have had many Spinach dips from many restaurants and Union Jack's has the number 1. I had Mac and cheese and had bacon added and it was incredible. The server John was super nice and kept checking on us and I really appreciate the great service!! Will definitely be returning!!!

Great night out to sit on the patio and have dinner and a drink. Had the Reuben sammich which was pretty good and the vegetable chicken wings...those was really good(no chickens was harmed in the making of my belly tonight)😜 I would dine here again if I was a local...so you should if you are and you haven't.😁 Sanford was my waiter...he was new there but did a pretty good job hustling between the 3 tables he had outside.

Went for dinner in the dome tonight, in the rain, with two kids and a puppy. Our server was beyond amazing, fast, friendly, great recommendations for beer and food. It was so fun sitting in the dome during the rain. The server could have easily neglected us or taken her time but she was better than most servers in regular dining situations! Plus, the food was so delicious. Thank you for a great meal and dining experience!

Great food and service. We were there with a large group split over six tables and I was amazed at how fast the food came out! Lots of traditional pub food and vegan versions for the modern era.

The new location offers a great outdoor seating area facing Broad Ripple Ave while retaining everything we love about Union Jack.
