Wasn’t sure what to get for lunch was standing outside looking at the specials a nice gentleman came outside and asked if I wanted a menu and to come inside . I sat at the bar the bartender came over immediately and was so kind I had to go to work so I got my food to go . But I got the buffalo sandwich it was good . I will definitely come back and grab a drink and more food .

Nice spot downtown, been wanting to come in here for a while as I work at The Marriott and walk by it all the time. Glad I did! So good! Featured here is the Loughmiller Burger and Fries with an ice cold Heineken 0.0. Great burger, quick and friendly service! Will be back!

This place was PACKED! The staff handled it like a pro! Good drinks, even better food. It was a game night. We were in and out in under an hour. That's impressive since their was an extra 70k people in the neighborhood!

Excellent service and good food! They were able to accommodate a group of approximately 30 of us, though at different tables. I had the bacon jam burger. It was excellent, though I did not taste the bacon jam. It would have been better to have more fries as well. I would definitely return.

Loughmiller's (pronounced lock millers) was fantastic. Great staff, reasonable drink prices and very healthy portions for food. The Loughmiller Burger and French Dip were both solid choices. Also had a mozzarella stick appetizer which was great. They also have Yuengling on tap, which was great because we don't have it in Nebraska. 10/10

We were visiting Indiana, stopped in first for lunch and it was amazing. Service was great. The lady that helped us was fantastic. The vibe was really chill, you wouldn't have guessed it from the outside. We ended up going back the next day for drinks & yet again was not disappointed. The lady was great and we got a nice buzz going before we toured the downtown area. I highly recommend this place, food and atmosphere was phenomenal.

    1. The menu online is a myth. The real menu is more limited. 2. The chili is 75% beans. That's whatever, but not ok for a Taco salad. 3. Their beer list shows a lack of understanding of beer in general and how it pairs with food. 4. The beers are half pours. 5. My sandwich was bland. I don't suggest the English beef. 6. They asked how we wanted our burgers and then made them all well done anyway. 7. The burgers were smaller than the buns. 8. Their pickles are gross. Neither dill, nor bread and butter, but some middle ground that makes you want them as far from your food as possible. 9. The bathroom was gross. 10. Our appetizer was brought out with our entrées. 11. The fries were cold and soggy 12. The kettle chips were good. 13. The service was friendly.

If I could give 0 stars for service I would. My server was not friendly. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. To top that off, I gave money to pay and didn’t receive my change. They decided they could just keep it. We had to tell someone else what happened for the money to be given back. It was returned but all we got was a monotoned “sorry about that” and walked away. I’m a server and I’m very aware that what happened at our visit was very unprofessional. I understand having a bad day and having to work with the public but the manner in which the server acted was just completely out of the realm of even mediocre service. Other staff seemed polite though. That aside the food was alright along with the atmosphere. The grilled chicken and chili were decent. I will say their menu needs to be updated since they don’t serve bread with their entrees anymore. Due to my horrible first experience there, I won’t be returning or suggesting anyone dine there. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but I was dumbfounded by my visit. Good luck to all involved.

My group was traveling for work and wanted to venture out away from the "fancy" restaurants. This place nailed it! The waitress was awesome from start to finish. It was a great atmosphere to just chill and have a burger. The menu was also unique enough to have something you may have never had before. I had some sort of Sante fe chicken salad and it was filling! My friends all loved their meals too. I highly recommend if you're looking for a "burger and beer".

Great atmosphere!! Loved the chicken but the chili was watery and greasy. Waitress was the best!! I would return anytime. Also bonus it's Valentines and my cheese made a heart ❤️.

Everything you could ask for in a Pub, Loughmillers is that. I have visited this establishment 6 times and have not been disappointed. The food is awesome, hot, and fresh. The Guinness is poured with class and perfection and even has a clover design on the head. Very comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. I have been in when it was slow and while they had very heavy traffic. The staff in this pub crushes the service. On time food and drinks. Thanks for allowing me the opportunity to put memories in the book. Till next! I highly recommend Loughmillers Pub & Eatery and GO COLTS!

Great server, Jay, & food recommendations. The Hawaiian Chicken sandwich was packed. Potato soup is very good! We sat on the patio. Close enough to the river walk to divert over to eat. The bathroom was clean.

I had read that I had to eat a pork tenderloin sandwich before leaving Indianapolis and found my way to Lough Miller's (pronounced lock Miller's for us tourists). The food was excellent and servers were very friendly and helpful. I also had a local amber beer which was very tasty 😋 It was a late dinner on a weeknight after a long day at a conference and it was a great way to end the day My buddy had the bacon jam burger, which He said was good but wish there was more bacon jam. Our other friend had fish and chips but they do fish and chips different out here. Apparently. It just looked like a giant breaded and fried fillet of fish. He cleaned his plate so it must have been pretty good.

Locks is a great time! Do you want to walk into a pub as a stranger and immediately feel like family? This place is for you. Food is excellent, beer is cold, drinks are stout. Carry and Kerry(who knows the spelling, they just rock) are non stop entertainment. Go, get some drinks, and enjoy!

The food was bland, no taste at all. We ordered the skillet burger with chili...the chili tasted like the burger. The fries that came with it was from a frozen bag and barely baked...not crispy at all. We sat outside, the bar inside looked really comfortable and friendly. Next time I will only experience the bar...no food.

The staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous. Drinks were terrific and reasonably priced. Anna was my server twice....love her! French Dip sandwich and cole slaw to die for! Can't wait to return!

Great experience. My mother was known at least to family to be extremely prejudiced about French fries, & these were piping hot & too good to take a picture first, good serving size too. The burger special was exactly what I wanted & got when I walked in. Look forward to seeing the pub foundation grow.

This place was delicious! Right behind the Westin hotel I was staying at. Our company was here for the WWETT trade show. This place did not disappoint. The food was great and the atmosphere was too. I would recommend this place to others. Must eat place right in the heart of of downtown Indianapolis.

Had the Indy signature "pork tenderloin sandwich" Nice portion served with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion on an unexceptional bun (toasting would help). Points off for slaw lacking celery seed. Good service. I give it a 7.

Food was delicious and the environment was awesome. Bartenders were funny and not afraid to talk you and have a good time. Awesome little hole in the wall style bar. Definitely a place I will visit again!

Had the cheeseburger on texas toast and fries with seasoned salt. Fries were mediocre and had hardly any seasoning on them but that burger! Lawd have mercy!! That burger had a fantastic flavor and was cooked perfectly. I'll return for another and try a different side.

We randomly stopped by for a beer around 6pm on a Friday night and this placed was packed. We sat at the bar, had a few beers and a great experience. Super casual place. They had Hoegaarden on draft! Awesome summer beer!

Very popular place at lunch given it's location across the statehouse. Definitely not the best place for pescatarian or vegetarian options. Didn't find my dish particularly flavorful. Three stars because those with me really enjoyed their meat-based lunch options and the serving sizes were generous.
