I went here the other day with my boyfriend for the first time. I ordered the Bad Decision cocktail, which ended up being the right decision lol. We ordered the cheesy breadsticks for the appetizer. They were HUGE! They were tasty and had the perfect little crunch every time you bit into it. They practically filled us up. I then ordered a Pearl Street calzone with pineapple and bacon. He ordered a supreme pizza. Everything was delicious! I would also like to mention that they weren't all that busy when we visited. However, to me, that confirms that this place is just another hidden gem that no a lot of people know about. That also makes it a good place for group hangouts, because of all the extra seating. Also, shout out to Curtis our bartender/waiter. He was cool.

I was a little annoyed and skeptical when we walked in. We had a hard time finding the place and circled the block before we found it. The place wasn't trendy or fancy. It's a place where you are greeted by "seat yourself" sign. The pizza is amazing and quickly pushed away any reservations I had. The great selection of drinks on tap, including hard cider which was great. My husband agreed that this was in the top 5 of all of our pizzas.

It's probably the best pizza in Indy! They have a nice combo deal during the week with a slice of the pizza of the day and your choice of soup or salad. Excellent selection of beers on tap. The must order is the spicy chicken and gorgonzola soup. It is absolutely delicious.

Best pizza I have ever eaten. Crust is not too thick and very tasty. We ordered mushroom, green pepper, and red onion. Salad is amazing as well. Friendly, attentive, but not intrusive server. Very clean and inviting. Cannot wait to come back to Indy so I can eat here again!

Great pizza. The BBQ chicken pizza 🍕 has just the right amount of sauce. Not too sweet, not too spicy. The meat lovers pizza 🍕 is made with quality meat. The sauce is very good. The crust on the hand tossed was crisp throughout. Good draft beer selection too.

This bar/pizzeria is down an alley, but still easy to find. I have to give this place a 5 star as they were able to accommodate 40 of us who came for the conference. Place was understaffed, but food and drinks didn’t take long at all. Some of the pizzas were delicious, gluten free option available, no vegan options available.

I left a 3-star review for Pearl Street Pizzeria not too long ago. I felt service was inattentive and lacking timeliness exceeded boundaries of a lunch hour. As a local guide, I felt obligated to try again in fairness to a business that’s been around for years. We had the same server; this visit, I noticed no lag in table work such as drink refill struggles, mistakes, or delayed food delivery. The server was pleasant last time, but more energized on this visit. That energy translated a less than 40-minute in/out. The server also wrote our order instead of attempting memorization - a noted change that ensured transactions. Compliments to the team for rectifying our experience. Good Flavor remained consistent as with all my previous meals. I now feel better moving forward with another lunch here. I added a photo of my order: Hand tossed 8” Meat Lovers with additional fresh Basil, Asiago, portobello, and cost receipt.

Stopped in for dinner. The caprese appetizer was really good. It has the right balance of garlic, vinegar, cheese and basil. Also had the Quattro formaggio pizza. The crust was good, but the cheese was too heavy on the less flavoral cheeses. Next time I will try one of the other specialty pizzas. The service was OK. They seemed under staffed.

Saturday dinner downtown Indianapolis, great location, parking in front of the street for 10 USD day on weekends. Good beer selection, the Mexican pizza is really good if you like spicy. Pretzel’s as appetizers. 60 USD for party of 3 with 3 alcoholic drinks.

Entry on alley, think the speak easy entrance :) Quick service, kid tested and approved, fresh toppings, buttery garlic crust, good crunch to crusts. Hand tossed or deep dish! We had pepperoni basil, bbq, cheese pizza.

Not happy with the BS charge. Picked up my 10 inch pepperoni pizza and was handed the Receipt. I noticed a charge for 0.66 cents that said, "Saving Mother Earth" When I asked what the charge was for the employee replied, "our owners are big into biodegradable boxes so we charge more for that". I said, well it's a cardboard box just like every other pizza place, cardboard is already biodegradable. She replied, "we charge it anyway" So basically we're being charged for something that does not apply. Won't be back. $18.65 for a 10 inch single topping is ridiculous. I will be making a tictok about this.

Had the hand tossed supreme pizza. The pizza was delicious. Tried the pretzels and beer cheese. Really good. The strawberry blonde is worth a try.

Good place, I had the spicy chicken soup which was excellent. My friends had the pizza which looked good but they said if could be a little cheesier.

Had the gluten free cauliflower crust supreme and it was amazing! Definitely a great option for those who want something away from bread.

My family was trucking through the city looking for something local and tasty. We stumbled across this hidden gem but wondered if it was a kid’s friendly place. It was! The atmosphere was chill and the staff welcoming. The food was even better! We felt the prices were more than fair, the menu had an excellent variety, and the food was just as tasty as it looked. You’d be crazy not to seek this place out. My toddlers slammed the pretzels and appreciated the extra cheesy pizza 😎

So we're in town for my stepdaughter's marching band champion called the bands of America. So, when me and my love have the time. We try to be the most touristy we can be, and this pizza place just happens to be real close to our hotel, and we just happen to love pizza 🍕. I mean, simply delicious, I ordered the pear and gorgonzola pizza. I love to order food where I'm not gonna get anywhere else, and that really hit the spot. Wash it down with beer and mixed drinks. Whatever the reason, and where back in town. We have to come back and enjoy more pizza!! Highly Recommended!!

Went in around 9pm on a Friday and got a few specialty pizzas. Flavor, quality of ingredients and variety of styles were all so so good. It was a fairly low key bar feel with dark wood and lots of TVs but the pizza tasted like the highest end place you’d be. Very very good.

The pizza is great and they have a lot of unique toppings. My friends got their pan pizza which is pretty thick/hearty. I got the Mexican cauliflower crust pizza. The chorizo was so good and the crust was crisp.

Came in from out of town before a basketball game. The reviews were good. The pizza was good. The service was fine. It wasn’t busy yet and the pizza didn’t take long and tasted great. My wife (not from the states) said it’s her favorite pizza she’s had. If we’re back in Indianapolis I’m sure we’ll be back here.

The last time I ate here I ordered the lasagna and it was the greatest and yummiest lasagna I have ever had. I'm sure everything else is also delicious, but please try the lasagna if you eat here!!! Large portion, beef was so flavorful, the sauce was AMAZING. I would eat it weekly if I lived in Indy!

12/26/22 before Monday night Colts game was our first time at pearl street pizza we wanted to see what the hype was about! The restaurant is very cool almost like a really nice dive bar if that makes sense! The pizza and appetizers were amazing definitely worth checking out! What was even better was our server Kate she was amazing you can tell she takes pride in her job and the product pearl street puts out! Our first time but definitely not the last gonna become one of our go to spots for Colts games! Thanks Pearl street and Kate!

Wow! I forgot how good this pizza was (Covid 🙃) and will be adding it back to the downtown rotation. Crust is the perfect mix of garlic/butter/crunch/softness. Sauce to toppings ratio is perfection. Highly recommend the spicy Hawaiian. Forgot to take pic of the food but here is the alley it’s in…

Had the pear & gorgonzola pizza and it was absolutely amazing! Super delicious with the perfect balance of flavors on a tasty crust that didn’t overwhelm the toppings.
