Poor service. Told us waiting time was 35 min. They didn’t let us wait on any table on the patio. Outside and inside was fully empty. They also said their kitchen was a full capacity. I wasn’t begging for food or beverage; I wish they change soon. I have attached the pictures so you could see it was empty.

Somewhat tucked away by the canal, this is a nice little place for decent burgers in Indy. Ingredients seem fresh and the service isn’t bad either. I wish they listed a guesstimate on the calories but after finishing my meal I’m glad I didn’t know, it was pretty heavy.

Before we left town we decided to get a quick bite to eat. The location by the canal and outdoor seating was great for our family of 6. The staff was super friendly and treated our kids great! The food was spectacular and it made for a great ending to our time in Indy.

Great food and service. Make a reservation if they are busy, just take a stroll on the canal. Kids had fun and excellent location. Food was excellent. Hummus app was great and the fry options are great. You can't go wrong. Excellent beer selection. I enjoyed the ginger beer.

Went is basically for a dring, end up with a Yokohama salad, what to say, OUTSTANDING fresh cross salad, tasty sauce and a great IPA did all for my happyness. My GF doesn‘t like Avocados, good for me, so soft so tasty! Long time ago i had that type of Quality food specially salad. Service was super fine, restrooms all clean, good mirror for the quality of food. I think I lost my ❤️ in Indianapolis

Went at 8pm on Saturday night. Wasnt roo crowded at all. Service was pretty good but took awhile to get artichoke dip appetizer. Dip qasnt as creamy as typical and we liked that as it wasnt as heavy. All the burgers were very good and cooked as ordered. They are a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. The fries were crisp outside and fluffy on inside. The southwest slaw wlhad a bit of a kick but very doable.

I was told this was the best burger in town. Somebody lied. It's average, but I am just a visitor. The southwest coleslaw was tasty. I had that and the Haus burger with bacon. The artichoke dip was edible but semi watery with huge chunks of artichokes. Service was good but slowed up when it got busy.

05.19 Update: Went back another time and had a great experience! We sat at the bar and enjoyed some apps and drinks. The bartender was great. The taps weren't working right, so he gave me a free beer. I also tried their Bloody Mary, and it was great. See the pic. As others have noted, the trick with Burgerhaus is figuring out the parking. The restaurant shares a building with an apartment complex. You should go down where it says public parking and drive down to the very bottom level. Right there will be the entrance to the restaurant, and they validate your parking. Just ask the host. It's a cool spot though. The other side of the restaurant opens up onto the canal, and they have outdoor seating. They have a wide beer selection and a lot of really creative and good burgers. Would recommend!

Mmmmmhmm this is a tasty burger that serious gourmet stuff. Great service on top of a nice patio and top notch food I left very impressed with the quality meal I just ingested! I'd go as far as to say the best burger I've had this week
