Pretty cool place but the food is def mediocre. I ordered the French dip it had no flavor and even looked bland. I subbed the french fries for mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy those were good. I wanted cheese on my French dip so they brought me sliced cheese and beer cheese? My boyfriend ordered the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. The coleslaw was absolutely tasteless after our server told us how much he liked it so we no longer trusted his judgment but he was very polite and attentive. The chicken was very bland as well. My cocktail was pretty good, I had a vodka and cranberry. They also carried Stella and served it cold. Our water base was really dirty(pictured). I wouldnt recommend this place unfortunately. I feel like the kitchen staff should revise the menu and make sure to season the food and take some pride in what they are doing. It's really a waste of beautiful scenery.

I was super impressed with this restaurant! Way more than a hotel restaurant and bar. I found that several parties that were not staying here were eating here. I had the shrimp and grits, and it was fabulous! I loved the flavor, just the right amount of spice, great portion size, and loved the grilled tomatoes, just a great dish. I tried a different drink for me since it had gin, but the lemonade and blackberry made it great! And my waiter, Charles, was very attentive! The maitred' checked on me both times I was there. Later, my husband and I went back for dessert. Our waitress Kathy answered all our dessert questions. She recommended the gooey butter cake and it was fantastic! My husband got the half serving ice cream sundae that comes with all the toppings! I would highly recommend this restaurant weather you are at the Marriott hotel, at another location downtown or just a local! Just a Great place!! Every employee was so friendly and helpful. We dined here for drinks and appetizers after Thanksgiving. The staff was highly accommodating despite larger than expected groups. I had the Fire In The Hole craft cocktail which was nice and smoky. We shared the hummus (pita was extra salty in a good way), the pork (nice and tender) and chicken wings (savory with great sauce). It was a bonus for staying in the hotel. Great night.

As I read the other reviews, I was blown away by the criticism. With that said, this week has been my first experience here. So perhaps it's cleaned up its issues? All I can say is that I went on a Monday evening, and couldn't order everything I wanted to try, so I went back on Tuesday. I have zero negative things to say. From the ice cold water, to the mixed drinks, apps and dinners, Everything was amazing. Both servers I had, Annette and Jesse, were very informative and excited about the food. They had great recommendations and I could tell they wanted me to have the best experience I could. I tried the Lump Crab Hush Puppies and they were amazing. I'm from Maryland...I know crab! Sweet corn bread, generous pieces of lump crab and just a hint of jalapeño pepper. 🤌👄 I tried the chips and dip and they were great too. For my entree I had the Chicken Enchiladas. I've never had enchiladas this good. The first bite I had creamy cheese and chicken with the crispy edge of the corn tortilla. Perfect. 👄👄🤌 The next day I went back because I HAD to try the homemade garlicy hummus, sweet and salty roasted Brussels the cornbread with honey butter and the wings. All apps. I know, but I had to have them. Jesse suggested I get the dry rub and all of the sauces on the side. He did not steer me wrong. Mmmmmm. You can't go wrong here honestly.

Absolutely fantastic food. I ordered the Salmon Toast from the Brunch time frame of the day. Unbelievable. The toast was thick cut and yet so soft and chewy. The smoked salmon was spot on. Add in the Arugula and Capers whipped cream cheese. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back for this. And...add in a very well made Old Fashioned. I'm in awe. Loved this place and would Absolutely recommend a visit. *Edit. Came back for Brunch again the next day, got the Smoked Brisket Hash, another amazing dish. This place is a gem.

I did not have high hopes for this place being in a hotel, but it was actually pretty good. First off they make old fashions right with a whisky cube and luxardo cherry so if you’re here for a cocktail, you’re in good hands. Not a lot of beers on tap for the area. Nachos are solid, quality chips, good portion. Would order again. Crab hush puppies were mostly breading, but they were very tasty. Southwest salad was very good. Large portion and tasty chicken. Would order again. We also ordered a burger and the Cubano which I seem to have lost the pictures for. Not mind blowing, but worth ordering. Service was slow and its prices are a little high, both which are consistent with convenient hotel restaurants. But if that doesn’t bother you, the food is solid. Id eat here again.

Food was good. Service seemed irritated with our large group. Wouldn't break up checks. Made 1 person pay for each table. Had 3 week notice (reservation) but still couldn't sit us anywhere near eachother.

A casual atmosphere with some unique food. As a vegetarian I always look for ingenuity and here there was a vegetarian chili with quinoa. Could have used a bit more spice but was very flavorful. Service was friendly and fast. Didn't have a reservation but they made it work without hassle.

Visited 10/30/22 for Breakfast This place is inside the Marriott downtown Indy! My wife wanted to try this place and today was the day. It was clean, and the staff was eager to help. The waiter was on point and very knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered a variety of food; to start. The lemon pancakes (4 stack) have blueberries in the middle. A good welcomed surprise. The pancakes were light and fluffy! The maple syrup is made from maple bourbon. But does come from a bottle. It’s good. The lemon syrup is a bit overpowering so take it an easy on applying it. My wife likes to make her pancakes and waffles swim in syrup. Don’t do this with either of these syrups, less is more with these syrups. We also ordered a waffle, it wasn’t anything special. We ordered bacon and egg meal. The food came out perfectly cooked. Bacon was well done but not burnt, perfect amount of crunch. Eggs, also perfect. Good job. The potatoes which comes with the eggs are not deep fried as the outer skin makes it appear. The waiter said their appearance comes from the double sided grill. We had both seasoned and unseasoned potatoes, the difference is salt and onions. They were delicious both ways, with or without ketchup. The seasonal preserves was strawberry, it was scrumptious on our English muffin. This place is pricy but well worth it! The coffee however tasted burnt.

Online impression: Looks awesome, elegant, let’s check it out. Walk-in impression: Beautiful atmosphere, great vibe, no greeting by any staff members upon arrival until we approached them. Server impression: Pretty basic, fast-food level service by our server. He was an order taker, nothing more. Drinks: Overpriced, especially the beer. $9 for a pint. Appetizer: BBQ Nachos, 9/10, these were the highlight of the visit. They were fantastic. Entrees: Notorious PIG and Mac n Cheese. Notorious PIG a tad too greasy for my taste, but good taste overall. Fries were really disappointing, I’d rather pay less and not even bother having the fries. Mac n cheese was good, not amazing, but good! Overall it didn’t even meet my expectations, let alone exceed them. I don’t think I’d come again, but it was cool to check out. Place has a ton of potential if executed better.

Went for Thanksgiving, it was great. We had a nice time, not crowded, great service, didn't want traditional meal or buffet. Great atmosphere.

We were staying at the JW Marriott but we weren't impressed with the food or resturaunt service. We saw Connor's was close and decided to try it for dinner. To be honest, we were disappointed to arrive to find out it was another restaurant inside a hotel. However, much to our surprise, the food and service was amazing! The fish tacos, brisket tacos, and crab hush puppies were delicious and Kathy took such good care of us! We actually ended up coming back the next morning for brunch because we loved it so much. The French toast was totally worth it!

Loved this place. It's definitely now a favorite on my list. The service was great, and the food was amazing. Can't wait to go back to try more of the menu, including the drinks.

This was such an amazing experience! Food was absolutely excellent and service was top notch!! We will be coming back for donuts and desserts later tonight:). It’s rare to find a restaurant connected to a hotel with this high of quality. Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had….who knew? Make sure to visit! We only have a picture of our empty plates :)

We went here for my spouse’s birthday, and it was the perfect spot. The atmosphere is cozy yet elevated. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We had the Prime Bistro Steak Frites and the Delmonico. Both were perfectly cooked – medium rare for me and well done for my spouse. The green beans with the flank steak were the surprise star of the show. The peach cobbler and empress cocktails were balanced and flavorful. We only wish we were able to stay for the donuts but had to hurry off to get to a ticketed event. We will be back!

Very delicious dishes and large portions. I am not a big fan of brunches, but the egg Benedict and salmon toast were soo good. I will come back.

This was a nice place to eat. Prices are a little bit more, but still good food. The drink recommended by Tyler (Peach Cobbler) was right on point. VERY YUMMY!! Tyler was great at making sure we got everything we needed & even with his recommendations. If we are in the area again, we will go back. We had the lump crab hushpuppies, fish tacos, & the mother clucker sandwich.

We went here 3 times over our weekend. The Saturday brunch bartender was fantastic and knowledgeable. We only ordered drinks this time. They had a mimosa special that was reasonable. The Saturday night bartender was not very good. The drinks were very very sweet. There was a lot of sugar in the drinks. The Sunday brunch was fantastic. We opted for the BLT deviled eggs and the chicken and waffles. Both were very good. The chicken was very well seasoned and most restaurants fail to master this when it comes to chicken. The service was a bit slow but, overall a good experience.

Great ambiance and even better food! The shrimp and grits were the best I’ve ever had! Waited quite awhile for a margarita, server stopped by the table 3 different times to say it was still on its way. Still had a very enjoyable meal!

This place is fantastic! My husband and I came to town for the Trixie & Katya Show and were looking for something close to the hotel, but something good. After about 6 hours of driving, we were ready to eat. Conner’s definitely exceeded our expectations. The food was terrific (I had the brisket tacos, my husband had the enchiladas). And the service was top notch, Sara was very attentive and great with her recommendations. Great food, great cocktails, great atmosphere, and all around fantastic service!

1st timer & 10 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD! Where shall I begin. I found this place for a girls night out and the pictures of this place does it no Justice. The Vibe- Grown n Sexy! The restaurant offers free parking under 2hrs which is a nice and hassle free perk, being located downtown. Staff was on point! Very hospitable, friendly and accommodating. Charles was our server and he is a keeper, I mean top notch server. I appreciate a restaurant for the ambiance and food options but a person that knows their job and does it well will always have me as a customer! Thank you Charles for making our experience at Conner’s a pleasant experience. The food 10/10!!! Oh my lord, how freshly prepared, well cooked and perfectly presented! 👏🏽 We ordered the Veggie & Hummus with the Lump crab hush puppies as an appetizer to share(chef’s kiss). For my entree I tried the Quinoa King Salmon Med-Well- Wow!! Words truly will not do justice to a WELL LOVED DISH like this! Thank you Conners for an Amazing first time experience!! Highly highly recommend and will be back soon.
