We took a girl's trip to Indy for my pre birthday and we ran across Sam's Silver Circle. We fell in love with this place. The atmosphere was amazing, it was like no one was a stranger. The pizza was so good. We are still talking about that pizza. ( Loved the bday shots! ) The owner was so sweet & cool. She has some shots brought out to my friends and I for my birthday. We sat & played Jenga and listened to the band play outside. We would have stayed much longer but we were all really tired. I, we will definitely stop back in the next time that we're in Indianapolis. If you live here already and haven't visited Sam's Silver Circle. You are missing out! And when you go don't forget to get some pizza. We all felt the same about this place. Loved it 💕

A good historical bar near the Fountain Square neighborhood. Although modest in size, the interior is brimming with character. The walls are covered with various decor, including many antique signs. I recall reading an old news article that was framed next to my table which gave some interesting info of the original owners. I don't know if it's the best in town, but the pizza here is very good. Breakfast apparently is served on weekends as well, which is interesting & unusual for a pub. A good basic bar for a hang out, and for an inexpensive meal.

Felt and looked like a small college town bar food was really good I got the stuffed bread sticks

The bar is very unique and the bartenders, waitresses and customers are very welcoming. They cook like real chefs and the food is GREAT! And the prices were decent I was surprised my first time last week...on weekends they have a live band outside in the huge big parking lot around the patio and tables. The place gets busy but service is still good or you go during off hours and it's not busy either way this place is great!!! the food the prices the staff..\m/..

Great people, service and vibe. I stopped by when I was in the area after hearing about Sam's Silver Circle for years. I was alone and stopped by after work. By the time I left I felt like I had been going there for a decade. I met super nice regulars, the bartender was very kind and friendly, and the beer was cold. A great bar!

Sam's Silver Circle is a great host for our Wine and Canvas Events! I am a Art instructor for Wine & Canvas and teach classes at Sam's. The owner Ray Anne is great to work with, the staff provides great service and the atmosphere is perfect! (and not to mention the pizza is great!) Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a event space or fun bar atmosphere.

Love the neighborhood bar feel. Reminds me of Cheers, where you walk in and feel like you know everyone. Pizza is awesome! Staff is friendly. Great place

I love this place. I don't go to clubs or bars. People are so messed up. I came here and fell in love. The atmosphere was genuine. No need to worry about anything everyone was sooo nice. I didn't have enough to cover the bill. It was a problem with my direct deposit, I let the bartender know and she was so nice. I am definitely going to cover my bill but I have found a new place to meet real people. Oh I loved this place sooo much. Just had a break up and I am so alone. But this place, the food is excellent... I had noticed that the woman whom made my pizza took time out to add the extra ingredients needed for a personal pizza. Red pepper and cheese. I am definitely going to be a regular. Only problem is I live across town. Hey there is always Uber 😄

The breadsticks were awesome! The pizza was very forgettable! No spices very bland! Maybe I had to specify Italian sausage because it tasted like just plain pork sausage with no spices. I think they used plain tomato sauce and not pizza sauce!

I love pizza with lots of toppings. Unfortunately, that means I'm usually eating it with a fork. The pizza at Sam's had plenty of toppings, but the crust was still crispy enough to pick it right up and shove into my mouth one piece after another. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere was great. The crowd was even cool. It was just an all around cool vibe. We left drunk, full and happy.

This is a dive bar; you come here for cheap drinks and the best pizza in town, not for service, but you should still give them a *****. Make sure to download or use your TouchTones app to play your own jams. No "Swifties" are allowed.

Sam's is the best place in Indy. The only negative thing is the HORRIBLE tables/chairs on the patio.

Four Day Ray Blueberry Blonde and an Against the Grain The Brown Note. ( Known for quirky art on the can) Excellent pizza and atmosphere! It's a Fountain Square original!

This is a very friendly neighborhood hangout spot on the tip of the Fountain Square Neighborhood. It has a covered outside seating area that is pet friendly. This is a no-frills tavern type experience. It is very non-pretentious. The staff is friendly and welcoming and appreciative of its customers. I tried the pizza and I have to say the pizza is really good, with great melty cheese and bright sauce complementing a cracker type crust. It would go well with beer. Prices are reasonable. A great place to just hang with friends that is within walking distance of most homes in Fountain Square.

Sam’s is the best spot for a beer in fountain square! Great drink deals and great pizza. Staff is killer and trivia Thursday is a blast.

Epitomizes the term "dive bar" in the best way possible. Their beer selection isn't always the most creative, but they've always got one or two brews on tap that even the most demanding craft beer lover will find acceptable. The real winner here is the pizza, though, and when I lived across the street I made one or two visits here every week just to get one of their pies. There's a literal heap of toppings piled high on every piece, and even though I'm a big guy, I can say with zero shame that I was never able to get through even half of a large on my own in one sitting.

Great hole in the wall full bar with killer pizza!! Nice covered patio out back as well to relax winter or summer!

So I heard the pizza was the best around! Unfortunately it was the worst around. I'm just saying no flavor very bland! A frozen pizza is better, and for you people that say this pizza is good you have never traveled and tasted good pizza.

Awesome little dive bar with a nice covered patio! The stuffed breadsticks are great and the pizza is even better! Everything was reasonably priced as well! Check it out for sure!
