I worked for this place for four yearse. It's always understaffed with no help and they expect for you to do it all by your self. As of today I quit after finding out this place have roaches that I found inside of the food today and my manager charleen gone tell me to take a spoon and get it out and don't throw the rest of the rice away cause it's food cost. Unless you want to be sick I wouldn't eat from here I have also seen a few mice early on the morning hours. Just be careful you will most def get sick and sometimes the white rice has moce dropping in it cause they prep the food the enoght before instead of same day

I ordered through uber eats. The burrito was okay. The salsa was stale. I was not able to take more than two bites. They also ran out of steak according to the uber driver and they took a long time to get the order ready. I would not recommend this restaurant. Update: After my initial review, the customer service team was courteous and gave a me a free entree to give QDOBA another shot. I went today for lunch and as I opened the door, I was welcomed nicely but with a I AM CLOSED! The door was open, people were waiting and not posted signage that it was closed. Obviously, something is wrong with this place. It is either the food quality or their customer service. I gave them a second chance and not even with a free enteee voucher I'll come back.

I walked in at 11am on a Monday, expecting that everything would be fresh. The guacamole had that color like it was from yesterday. The chicken didn’t seem like it was cooked that morning either as it was on the dry side. Also, the chicken was overly salted. Cleanliness was an issue too as both garbage containers were overflowing. I certainly won’t come back to this location.

A little run down and the staff works hard but are clearly stressed. Food was good, just what you would expect from a Qdoba. Nothing special but good for a quick lunch downtown.

Best customer service experience of my life. I called the restaurant an hour before closing to see if I could place an order to feed 20 nurses, RT's, and doctors. Nicole and her team were fantastic and worked extra hard, despite being understaffed, to get our order done before closing. I cannot recommend this location enough. We really appreciate them here on my unit.

Today was the last straw. This is the closest store to my job, so I like to order here with the app from my desk. Take a 15 minute powerwalk to the pick up my food, and 15 minutes back and eat at my desk while working. The food is NEVER done when promised, even if i show up a few minutes late, I still have to wait; and just to add aggravation on top, my order is almost always wrong. It's fine if I ask for a wheat tortilla and get the white, but extra meat is $3.50 and they just skip over that almost EVERY time. They've gotten me twice that I'm consciously aware of. So, I'm on guard and will usually dismantle their packaging and check my food before I leave the store. Maybe it's a good thing they cannot meet the time THEY choose/promised, that way customers have the opportunity see their food prepared and can speak up when they're being cheated. The other downtown Qdoba restaurant is a little further away, maybe I'll give them a shot next time I want a quesadilla, but Chipotle is closer than both locations; I never tried their food, but there's a first time for everything.

Staff is great. Food solid and in stock. Very busy during expected lunch hours. Location is great. Eating outside is scenic but lots of panhandlers/traffic. Parking is absolutely terrible. Walk, scooter, or expect to do at least two laps around the block.

A much better alternative to their competitor, Chipotle, but only just. Arguably busier than Chipotle during the lunch rush but cheaper, with less staff who hustle a lot more to make up for it, great portions, but lackluster when it comes to certain very small details. Used to come here regularly until I had the misfortune of catching the crew on a very short-staffed day. In a hurry, one of the crew members took a gentleman's cash to pay, checked him out, and went back to touching the food on the line without changing gloves. If the location could keep it's crew staffed at an acceptable level, pay them enough to care when prepping the food I'm shoving into my mouth, and eke out just a little more decency to put some respect on Downtown Qdoba's name, there would be no second thoughts when it comes to eating here.

Really bad place and terrible experience. The service was sluggish and the person at the front was indistinguishable from the homeless outside. The atmosphere was dull and dreary and dirty. They had none of the popular iced teas. The food was bland, typically Qdoba burritos are tastier than Chipotle, but this one is terrible. Don't waste your money here.

Charlene is the absolute best! We placed a mobile oder for 18 meals and there was an issue with some part of it. We called her and she helped walk us through the issue and was incredibly helpful and kind. She was down a chef so she then handmade all 18 of our meals to perfection, organizing and numbering them all to help make it easier for us. We are so thankful for her help and top tier customer service!!!!! Thanks for making our day better!

Went to this downtown location early with my sister and niece , their food was clearly dry, not stocked and the workers had the worst attitudes!Moving s slow and didn’t get even get our orders correct ! I know begin a single parent is a hard job but I’m pretty sure if that newborn baby wasn’t in the back crying u guys attitudes might have been better and u could have hear the correct orders ! sad to say I’m also an young black woman and I never never come back to this location how I was treated today

Talk about multitasking against impossible odds with an amazingly positive attitude. Tatiana is the name of a young lady who I take my hat off to today. She was training, serving, restocking, cooking, and multitasking to go orders with a line of hungry and impatient customers backed up all the way to the door. What an example of service with a smile! She deserves a raise and a round of applause!

Order DoorDash. Food was cold and missing chips and queso. To top it, there was no cheese on one of the bowls and had no utensils to eat it with. Poorest quality Qdoba I've ever had the experience of doing business with.

They got my order entirely wrong and its not the first time this happened. I don’t eat meat and they put meat in my food. I ordered a bowl, they sent me a burrito.!! Do you not read what the order is before preparing it! You completely ruined my lunch and my appetite 😡

INDY hospitality at its finest. I feel at home when I'm here. Safe environment and good vibes from the staff. Manager should be applauded for his reactions to customers! 10/10 customer service for this location. Safe and local vibes from this establishment

I usually like Qdoba better than the competition, but this visit was not as good as other Qdobas. The lady that prepared our meals was nice. It was expensive for mediocre food.

Poor customer service via the online website delivery. They don’t tell you that it’s actually door dash that picks up order. I had a issue with order that an item wasn’t delivered. When I called the store Dillion “manager in training” informed that I had to call customer service to resolve issue. When I asked for a a replacement delivery I was then told I had to call DoorDash but i didn’t order via DoorDash. He proceeded to hang up on me when I explained to him that I ordered thru their site and they needed to resolve the issue. When I called back again Brendan who is apparently the manager decided to try and give me the run around about oh I spoke with you, but when I asked a spicific question about my order he proceeds to speak to Dillion. Whether it’s a small issue or a big issue be transparent regardless if I as the customer is upset. Also, be upfront on your order site where the order is actually being delivered by

The people working tonight (10/01/22) were phenomenal. They were super busy with to-go orders, but ours was made right on time and everything was exactly right, hot, and delicious. (Qdoba queso is perfect!)

As a former Qdoba employee, this visit was disappointing. They gave me steak that was obviously on the line for way too long - meaning it was overcooked and practically liquefied, so the small spoonful I received was half nasty liquid. They were prepping tomatoes up front for some reason, so there was a constant and very loud banging as she slammed the tomatoes through the dicer. This didn't help since the line worker was rushing me ahead, barely giving me any time to ask for anything. I try to come at these reviews from a place of understanding, and everything else was fine, but this location needs to do better, lunch rush or not.
