Very small but nice bar. My first time there for a show. My friend and I had a great time. Bands were fantastic and the sound was great. I would love to see more shows here. They have a small menu of food items and a full bar. I can't wait to go back.

Epic dive bar. Staple of the Indy music scene. Friendly sound guy and bartender. Really a great spot to see a show. Don’t sleep on it. And if you like wineries with candles on the table where everyone’s clothes are ironed and stuff, this ain’t your joint.

We love Melody Inn! Owners Dave and Rob are awesome! It is a cash only bar with music maybe every night. They have a website with lots of event info. It is a 21+ with cover usually around $5 (at least on Friday nights when we like to attend for Hillbilly Happy Hour 7-9ish) Saturdays i believe are punk rock. They have an ATM variety of beers and full bar. It’s pretty dark and old inside. There is a smokers lounge out back. Definitely an interesting historic place! Everyone should check it out at least once!

Really fun dive bar with live music. Cheap drinks, friendly bartenders & music. Food is so/so but it works for late night bar food.

This is a wonderful place to play. Always an enthusiastic crowd, and great people all around. We love playing at the Mell, and we always look forward to coming back. 🤘

LOOKING FOR THIS PLACE MY/ REVOLS' WHOLE LIFE 🙏 It's a 2hr drive, so a quickie to San Diego, from where we're from. Point is, San Diego is conservative, like Indiana compared to Hollywierd and San Diego, Dayton/ Indiana. This Revol/ Dude Abides, especially for SUCH A MAGICAL VENUE. EVERYONE MUSIC/ BAR/ PATRONS/ VIBE/ PARKING WAS THE BEST. CANT WAIT TO BE BACK FOR PUNK ROCK NIGHT AND MORE EVENTUALLY 🌠🤙💯👍🫠🙏 Also, TIP BAR REALLLY WELL AND BUY GR8 MERCH, TIP BANDS T🫡🥰 **********SHOULD BE A LANDMARK*********

I don’t eat here. Went to watch some bands play. The history of Melody in is really cool. The set up w the stage up front is a little awkward but it works. Service was good and the employees were very nice.

Went out on a Saturday when they were having their punk night. There were a couple of good bands. I was really just happy to see that there was a punk scene and a fun bar to cater to it. By the way I forgot to mention that I drove two and a half hours just to go to it. Worth the trip. Will definitely do it again.

I've been coming here almost weekly for years. About time I leave a positive review lol. Great people, great live shows. Pool table is a plus. Affordable drunks. Shout out to Dave Rob and Lisa for always taking care of us.

The atmosphere is awesome at Melody Inn. No credit cards so bring cash. Not many food options but the prices aren’t bad. Decent selection of boos but nothing crazy. Went on comedy night. Performances were low quality but its good they are encouraging up and coming comedians.

If you want to go to punk rock heaven, this is the place. Been going here for more than 20 years and never had a bad time can't remember even seeing a bad band and if I did? I just went out back until that one was done and the next great one came on. Here's to nights I'll never remember, with friends I'll never forget. ❤️

Gotta give a shout out to Melody Inn... Dave and his team worked hard to keep live music and social scene moving during the restrictions etc of COVID. It's an awesome old-school bar with frequent live music with local artists. Definitely check it out!
