We went mid afternoon, around 2, hardly any customers. Waited at door nearly 5 min, was seated, waitress came, took drink orders, waited another 10- 15 minutes, came to take order, no drinks. Finally got drinks 5 min. later. Wish I would've had a timer for food. Took nearly another half an hour to get food. Zucchini fries were almost cold, so I ate them first. So much breading and hardly any zucchini. Since it is " bottomless" sides, and have to pay EXTRA for certain sides, we asked for a refill. Finished everything. Took plates ( grabbing cheese sauce for the fries refill), still waiting for refills. Never came. Had to ask for check, sitting for 20 minutes again. Then asked for drink refills, mentioning we never got our fries refilled. " Oh, yeah, sometimes the kitchen doesn't see the refill orders". No tip. Nearly $40 for 2 people. 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches. Was there nearly 2 hours. Ridiculous. Will NEVER be back. Do NOT recommend!

Jacob was a wonderful and attentive server. The food is always amazing. I loved my crispy chicken sandwich with a fried egg on top. The garlic fries topped with their seasoning at the table tastes amazing. The Mountain High Mudd Pie was a sweet perfect ending.

was hungry with the family so we stopped in for dinner tonight.. i knew they were short staffed so waitin wasnt a big deal but after almost an hour our food came out.. first bite into my burger and i feel a snap.. there was a piece of a rubber glove in the cheese.. i was disgusted didnt eat my gf was grossed out and couldnt eat.the waitress even was disgusted. still made us pay for half her food and the kids. never been so disgusted trying to eat something ever..although apologetic i work in the industry and its unacceptable and to even charge us at all.. you lost a customer for life.

Food is good as always and the service was spot on. I showed up at 1130 and was the only person there. My only complaint would be the music is a little on the loud side.

Delightfully surprised! Great service, we got specialty burgers which were excellent. We got a house salad with our meals, again, very good. Red Robin will be our new go to place. Refills always available and even got teas to go. Sean, our server, was excellent.

It wasn't what I was expecting, the burgers seemed a little dry and not much taste definitely not as described. The dining area was clean and we were seated quickly. The burgers come with an endless side, which I got the chips but I was not impressed with them. The chips tasted like half was previously made and half was made fresh. For 45.00 I was not impressed, we came and tried it but probably wouldn't come back again.

Went for dinner. 13 total people in reataraunt (some tables with multiple people). 3 parties (of the 13) had to wait to even get seated. Was going to sit at bar but no staff was working the bar (a sign of things to come). Finally was sat. Had order taken rather quickly. Ordered a beer and a burger. Was told my beer would have to be bottle and not from tap- that's fine. Never saw waiter again. Finally received my burger and no napkins other than the 1 one that was wrapped around my silverware. Finished my burger. Finally got my beer as I finished my last bite of fries and burger. Counted a total of 3 wait staff for the 13 people the entire time at restaurant but couldn't get my drink until my meal finished? Yeah, the team deserves $4 an hour and nothing more.....

This is my second time at this particular Red Robin and I will not be back. The first time I was ignored by my server, waited 45 minutes for food, and it arrived cold. This time I was also ignored; both for the 10 minutes I stood waiting for a host to notice me and at the table. My table was bussed when I went to the bathroom and I lost my drink, napkin, and silverware. I did not receive them again until halfway through the meal. The batter on the fish was unsalted and tasted like pancake, and raw to the point of being liquid in some places. I pointed this out to the server who responded with, "Oh. Well. This is the slot for your chip card." At which point she walked away never to return. I didn't actually want anything but an acknowledgment that raw batter is not great, but there was a complete lack of interest from the overworked server in a terminally understaffed restaurant.

Great burger joint. The Southern Charm BBQ burger was delicious. The fries were equally awesome dipped in the island heat sauce as well as the sweet and spicy ketchup too. The kids meals were great too. Lots of offerings with many drink options too. My little one was all about the orange cream drink. Couldn't get enough of it. Lol We will absolutely be going back!

I worked in a hotel close by. We got to the point of telling guests to avoid this place. You never know when they’ll actually close and the service was always poor for our guests. But of course one night my manager ordered food for us after a busy weekend. I refused to eat mine after finding a spot of mold on the bun. If they can’t check dates on buns I can only imagine the neglect they have for other food safety concerns.

We walked in at about 8pm with 10 people. We understood that it might take longer since we were a large party. We were sat very fast and service was great at the beginning. However, after receiving our drinks, our server completely disappeared. She would only reappear once every 45 minutes and we were never offered a refill. To get a refill or any fries, we had to find a worker and request anything. The table next to us was also having the same experience. By this point it's about 9:30 and we still hadn't received our food, additionally, 3 of the ordered meals were salads and we didn't even receive those in a timely manner. The table next to us even resorted to getting up from the table, going to the server booth and getting their own utensils because no one had seen a server in about an hour. When we actually got our food, it was very good (except for the cold fries many members of the group received) but for everyone in our party to get their food, it took 2 and a half hours. We were attending the National FFA Convention and were looking for something quick near our hotel so we could go to sleep early that night, we didnt get back to our hotel which is next door till 10:45pm. Overall, the food was good but I'd never go back to the location because of the horrible customer service.

What you expect from Red Robin. Only complaint is once your server delivers the food, it seems you never see them again. Didn't get to ask for more sides or get refills of our drinks before we needed to pay and go.

I have had a lot of great hamburgers in my time. But I am at a loss for words to describe how good that burger was there. And they're onion rings. They tasted like something out of the state fair. Perfect in every way. And if you're looking for work the one down there by community hospital in Indy off of 82nd Street I'm sure they can keep you busy.

Delicious! Definitely worth stopping in if you are in the area! The burgers are pretty wonderful with lots of choices! Bottomless sides are pretty awesome too! The kids always love the balloona they give out as well! Enjoy and thanks for the great dinner!

Me and my husband love Red Robin. Our favorite items are the mixed drinks, milkshakes, and garlic fries. But this time, when I ordered the Tycoon Burger, half of the ingredients were missing! It had no pickles, no mushrooms, and no onions. Just cheese, lettuce, and a dash of sauce. I was very upset paying $16 for a basic cheese and lettuce burger.

Stopped in to have dinner and we stood in the front entry for more than ten minutes with zero recognition of our presence. There were 4 or 5 cars in the parking lot and not very many tables being used at the time. One person went to the to-go area to pick up an order. We ultimately ended up leaving to go somewhere else because no workers even said hello or that they'd help us as soon as possible. We had our baby in her car seat with us and couldn't continue waiting, especially with not knowing how long it would take to place an order or actually get our food.

Red Robin has the unlimited sides which is really nice. However this red Robin brings out very small portions of the sides so you have to request more then wait 8-10 min for them to come out. Also our waitress kept disappearing so it was hard to get refills on drinks and the sides. I had a burger and it was good but a little light on toppings. I have ate at other red Robin's and they were not this way.

Came in to grab a Togo order. You would think by the parking lot it was busy, but that was not the case as it was more related to the hotel next door. The staff was very welcoming. Was able to order our Togo. While I waited for the order I got a beer from the bar. The beer tap is very limited and no local beer on a rotating tab which is a bit sad. The establishment was clean. The food was tasty. We would come back again!

My first visit to a Red Robin. It was a recommendation and thought I'd try it. I'm glad I did. I got a normal burger and fries. Loved them both. My kids got chicken bites (I think they were called) which was chicken breast strips and they loved them too. They were grilled and not chicken tenders which is what they expected but it worked out. I will go back. Bottomless fries was an added plus even though no one wanted more than what came on the plate.

Had to wait for awhile for someone to come up front to greet us..... they apologized and said they were shorthanded. Good was good Place could have been cleaner. Cups need to be replaced

Came in for dinner this evening and everything was delicious! My mom, boyfriend and I each had a tavern burger which we all agreed was fresh, juicy & hot. We sat at the bar, our server, Jacob was fantastic! He was kind, courteous and ensured we had drinks as well as our food in a prompt manner. Great time all around, we look forward to coming back!

my ffa chapter came here for dinner. we finally got our drink after 45 minutes. afterward, a manager came up to us offering coupons for free desserts along with the purchase of an entree. fast forward to now, we’ve been here for an hour and a half and my friends are just now getting barely warm burgers. i do not recommend this location to anyone. the service is not worth the price of the food

We arrived around 8pm with 10 people. We sat down right away and service was great. Then it took about 20 minutes to get drinks and fries. Then she disappeared and we had another server refill our drinks. We ordered and thats when it started to get bad we knew that having a large amount of people it would take longer but our food started coming out one by one after about an hour an a half. The last person in our party got their food about 2 and a half hours from when we sat down. (Making it after closing time) The table next to us was having the same experience. We watched one of their party members go and get silverware for their table. We had to constantly ask for more fries and drinks but hardly ever received what we had requested. When we got our food it was pretty good. We were then told that we would get a 10% discount but had to ask multiple times for them to make the changes on the bills. The food was good but I would neber go back due to the lack of customer service.

We always have good service when we come. Sean is a great waiter and when I told him “we will need a lot of ranch” he understood the assignment and delivered. Thanks guys!

Best red robin I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying I get a big sandwich everytime and the staff here are the bees knees they always make me enjoy every second I'm here as I shortly wait on my order they always are courteous and patient and not a rehearsed routine they all seem genuine and it seems the cooks at this location actually care about what they prepare for you I drive all the way from anderson for this location zero regrets

The three of us were able to be seated quickly. We ordered and received our food quickly as well. Everything tasted amazing. If you're in the mood for an awesome burger and bottomless fries, you should definitely try this! I highly recommend it.

Phone order. Cashier very nice and attentive to detail. What surprised me was carrots were offered as a side, among many. They were fresh and sliced to resemble a French fry. I enjoyed them. I also had a choice in how I wanted my burger cooked and it was a fat one. The toppings were plentiful and the cheese of my choice was hot and melting. Placed neatly in a container and delivered to me at curbside on time as promised. The associate that delivered my food to me was very hospitable. Thank you, sir. Next time I decide to est there, it will be on the inside, close and person. Job well done. I got everything I asked for. First time customer!

We eat in, carry out and DoorDash this location. Love the onion ring tower. Steak fries are great food here is always good. Try anything. If you eat in and don’t like the noise of children, I suggest eating in the bar area. It’s a little better.
