We visited the restaurant on February 21st, 2022 and even though we had reservations, the section we were seated in was quite busy. Now we are understanding of the employee shortage and have shown nothing but support for all servers. We were welcomed by a lovely woman named Crystal who promptly delivered our drinks and said our server would attend to us soon. Unfortunately, our server seemed not interested in serving us, we did not receive our appetizer and after 45 minutes of waiting for our food, he told us they could not make my dish I had ordered. I was furious but that beautiful woman Crystal appeared and made this terrible experience a wonderful moment we won't soon forget. We not only received our appetizer and all the delicious food, our bill was null and void. Crystal is an amazing woman with a heart of gold and the restaurant was just so kind to fix this wrong. We will be back to enjoy more delicious food. And we will look for our "Pretty Girl" Crystal. Thank you for all your kindness.

The GF chicken lettuce wrap was superb and the waiter was prompt, friendly and attentive! The restaurant is beautiful, the only reason for the 4 Star is because the menu advertises GF for $11 and I was charged $13 because of GF order (didn't make sense to charge more than advertised). Also, the kitchen staff was not wearing masks, during a super busy football crowd of patrons while covid is hospitalizing soooo many people at the moment.

Loved the Kung pao chicken. The orange chicken was okayish. The flatbreads were nice. The chicken Ramen was also good. Overall a nice experience.

It's ok but it's nothing that makes your mouth water. It is your typical Asian/ Chinese food. I ordered the beef and broccoli bowl with white rice, which you have a choice on yellow fried rice or the white. It was very bland and didn't have seasoning. My sister ordered the orange chicken bowl with white rice there was very little sauce, so she asked for extra sauce and they brought out a big soup bowl filled with the orange sauce. She stated that it was ok and it took care of her being hungry, nothing impressive and would not order again. For both of us we agreed that P. F Chang's isn't a place we would visit again

10/10! Service was incredible and the food was fantastic. My family and I eat there often and it never disappoints! We have met the operator Cody several times and he takes such good care of his customers. The space is very open and welcoming! I would recommend the chocolate cake, it is probably the best cake I have ever had! I can’t wait for the next time I go back!

9/19 Be prepared to be welcomed by about 5 people smoking RIGHT at the entrance of the restaurant. I do not believe these to be staff for PF Chang's. Host was a very welcoming young lady from Texas. The waitress was kind and prompt. She did her job very well. You could see her moving as quickly as possible and multi-tasking. 5 stars on the staff! The food is why I rated 1 star. Appetizer- egg roles I'd give it a solid 3 stars. The main course was lukewarm to say the best. Precooked shrimp. You know the look of shrimp after its been sitting for about 30 mins. Well that was dinner last night. I noticed a good amount of dirty table with stated dishes. Side note: all staff was working. I think its just poorly staffed.

Came on a Monday night around 7pm. Not that very busy. We were first greeted by a server that immediately came to our table to take our order. After asking for oolong tea (something they do offer) the server didn’t know if they had that and left to check. A minute or two went by and another server with a trainee in tow stopped by and told us they were there to take our order. We asked for the tea again and this server knew what it was. The previous server returned and had figured out the tea order. However the second server then mentioned they were doing sections and between the two they had a little tif over who would serve our table. It happened to be the second server with the trainee. (Keep in mind the restaurant is not busy and has enough servers for your very own server at each table. The restaurant was dead and probably for what I am about to explain) We carried on from there and placed a very large order to see how fast and well the food could be brought out. The server (Bryce or something along those lines) originally thought he would be able to remember it all. I did warn him that it was a large order and he told me to proceed. Through the middle of the order he said asked me to wait while he ran to get a notepad to write it all down. After returning I had to start from the top again. Once I finished placing the order we waited for the kitchen to start our order. Drinks showed up quickly but were then forgotten about throughout the whole meal/experience, water, tea and some coconut drink. They ran empty and were never offered to be refilled or even asked about. Food came out slowly for the setting of the restaurant. By the time the server got back to us after all the appetizers were delivered we were asking for them to be cleared so we could make room for the main courses. Overall the appetizers (crab wontons, dynamite shrimp, chile green beans, pork egg rolls and dumplings) were ok. For all the fried items the cooking oil that they were fried in left a bitter after taste and not up to the flavor of what I expected and received from other PF changs I have visited. This held true for the main dishes as well. The best thing was the egg drop soup but the main entrees of Korean glass noodles, chow lo mein, Mongolian beef and changs spicy chicken all had the same bitter after taste. During our meal the server disappeared and we had to flag down the original server to ask where he went but she did not know and started to ask others. He has been absent through most of the meal. By the time he returned he realized the glasses were empty (water) and disappeared to get a refill. While not the main reason I was asking for him as I don’t feel water should be something one needs to ask for a refill on and that it should just be done before it gets empty we were wanting refills for the other drinks ordered as well as dessert. He returned a 3 minutes later (yes at the point i was timing given the lack of patrons at the restaurant) to place the finally part of the order. The second thing that didn’t disappoint referencing the egg drop soup, was the Great Wall of chocolate. We consumed most of that and then waited again another 12 minutes before our server returned to ask for the check. Meanwhile I figured was already going to write a review here so I decided to check out the bathroom for cleanliness and was disappointed again. There was toilet paper coming out of the stall and the bathroom didn’t smell nor look clean. (Go figure). Returned to the table to find that the server still had not shown. Finally he returned to our table so we could ask for the check. The check at least came out quickly (surprise surprise) but then he disappeared so I paid through the QR code and sadly as much as I want to provide a decent tip an opportunity here was missed on so many levels that it wouldn’t even justify it. The sad thing too is the app automatically defaults to a higher tip setting and it is not justified by any means. 20% for mediocre service 25 for good and 30 for great? Try again. Very disappointed overall

I wish I wasn't having to give PF Chang's such a bad review as times before were better; definitely not like it used to be. To start, the portion sizes were very small. The food was lukewarm as soon as it arrived. The fried rice was dry, low in flavor, and there was also chunks of fried rice that they didn't evenly fry. My boyfriend had a rotting pea in his fried rice (pictured below). The Mongolian beef was very tough to eat, although the flavor was good. The only good thing was the crispy honey chicken and the Chang's spicy chicken. On top of all of this, all the plates we touched had black residue all over them which got on our hands and napkins which left stains on our clothes. Overall, it was extremely subpar and disappointing. We are ordering food later tonight to make up for the lack of food we got. Never going again and I hope you learn from our mistake.

I was attending the Eagles concert and needed a place to grab a quick bite before the show. What a great choice. I had called a head and was seated immediately upon my arrival. My waiter was quick, considerate, friendly, and very accommodating. I made it out with plenty of time to walk to witness the Long Goodbye Tour. A memorable evening to say the least.

Late lunch for 2 adults one child. Ordered 2 appetizers calamari & dynamite shrimp . They were both ok. Entrées were ok . Bathrooms needed cleaning and so did main dining area floor. Staff was “ok”. Total bill roughly $75.

I haven't had such a terrible customer service experience in years, if not ever! The staff could have been more organized; we had multiple servers that did not communicate with one another. After our second waiter served us, numerous individuals attempted to take our orders and received a few incorrect items. I usually give grace to servers, but this was unexpected and highly disruptive to the dining experience. With all that said, the food was good. I'll be trying the dynamite roll the next time. The sauce's spiciness hit the spot! It had the right amount of heat. I was a fan of the gyoza/pot stickers, too. If I ever dine in Downtown Indianapolis again, this FP Chang's location will not be on the list!

You can't go to America and not have P.F. Chang's!! I've had it in 4 different cities and it tasted great every time!

Went here yesterday with two of my kids. We live over 2 hours away and came in from out of town for my daughter's gymnastics meet. Whenever we travel we try to find a PF Chang's nearby since we do not have one close to us and don't get it often. It's like a special treat for us. We saw there was one 20 mins away from the meet location, however opposite direction of home. But my kids were excited for the idea of going to PF Chang's so off we went. I had no idea when we arrived that the Big 10 was going on or that it was popular area for shopping (during Christmas season no less). We had to pay for parking in a parking garage and walk a couple blocks to get to the restaurant. We walked in and the hostesses informed us that even though the restaurant was almost empty, that they weren't taking any walk-ins, only reservations. Obviously we were super disappointed since I feel like we went out of our way to get there. However, the manager was super kind, understanding, and told the hostesses to seat us anyways. After the long day we had of traveling/competing, I appreciated that more than he could possibly imagine. I didn't get his name but wish he knew how much it meant to this tired mama! Our server was super sweet, nice, and attentive. The food as always was amazing and definitely the perfect ending to our long day before we traveled back home. Definitely will return when we are back in the area. This PF Chang's was located right in downtown Indy. So hopefully we can come back soon and explore more of the area since it all looked super nice.

The service once seated was excellent as was each of the items that we ordered. If possible, make a reservation. This location is busy with take out and the kitchen gets backed up. There was ample open seating, but we were not seated due to the kitchen back up. Food was delicious, served promptly once seated.

This was not my choice for dinner, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had visited another P.F. Chang's in the past and was not impressed. We ordered the pad Thai, lettuce wraps, sushi, and fried rice. Everything came out extremely quickly and our server was amazing.

What we ordered was tasty but the fried rice was cold. After the third attempt it was warm but for us too late. The waiter really did his best.

Waitress was amazing! I think she was running the bar as well and was doing great. We were a larger group (all adults), and she was great at keeping up with drinks, joking with us, recommending items, etc. I, however, just wasn't too excited over the food. It was ok. I got the sweet and sour chicken, and it was relatively bland. :( California roll was good. Personally, for the price of the food and the overall taste, i won't go back. I did like how dark it was in there. It was nice :) Oh i do have to admit that paying for the food on the phone was very nice! However, their emailing of the receipt did not work. And i needed that for work.

My friends who is moving out of the city invited us here on a Sunday evening. I think there was only three group of people there including us, maybe because their closing time was approaching! I didn’t get the chance to photograph everything but we got: vegetable spring roll.. was great with nice presentation Shrimp dumplings..was good Sushi was great (dynamite roll and spicy tuna roll) Chicken lo mein ..my friend said it was good. Chicken pad thai..was great but small portion My friend’s mongolian beef mongolian beef was too dry for me.. Service and atmosphere were great. I would recommend their Sushi, appetizers and noodles.

The worst experience one could get after spending so much. They ruined the whole night. Just 1 server for about 10-12 tables, vegetarian food had chicken pieces, soups were cold as if they were fresh out of the fridge and overall the taste was so bad that I would neither recommend nor would visit again.

only one waitress but she was so great she needs a raise asap unfortunately I didn't get her name so I cannot shout her out but she was quick and funny which even me having social anxiety really enjoyed. food was good but our appetiser came after our entree so that was not great but then again there was only one server. the greeter was on his phone but it was not busy and we didn't have to wait he looked up immediately when we entered. and the chocolate cake had a strawberry sauce that I didn't realize was on it but hey I didn't order it so that's okay! overall 7/10 without our server would have been around a 5

The manager Chrystal was so inviting the moment we walked in, we were greeted so kindly and the atmosphere for dinner was amazing. Chrystal even stopped by our table and made sure our food was good and we were enjoying our experience. Our night started off with some drinks at the bar before we went to our table and our bartender Michelle made the most delicious cocktails and her customer service was spot on. She was quick to get us our drinks and made sure we we enjoyed our evening. We will be back again.

Always a good time coming here our server was one of the best I can’t remember how to pronounce his name but my was he good at his job… We started off with the crab wontons and a shrimp tempura sushi roll… then on to the good stuff… Mongolian beef a side of white rice and fried rice and sweet-and-sour chicken with the sauce on the side and the shrimp lo mein that came out with chicken instead of shrimp… the beef was a little “crispier” then normal but still good… we will be back again!
