I chose The Melting Pot spur of the moment as a ‘treat’ for my mother-in-law‘s last day of vacation with us. It was the perfect decision. Everything about our visit was outstanding, from the fun half-moon booth to the excellent & friendly service we received from Anthony to the quality of food. It was one of the most relaxed and enjoyable dinner outings I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to go back and have the Caesar salad again, probably the best I’ve ever had. And once again, kudos to Anthony for excellent service & recommendations ~ we will definitely request him next time!

My soon to be daughter in law surprised my son with a date, including close friends & myself. We had a secluded room for our party that included roses & rose petals across the table. The food & service were amazing! Plan on being there a while. The experience is well worth it!

I planned this dinner for an experience for our 5 year anniversary. It was such a blessing to have the view of cataract falls! 💕 I’ve been a server for before for years, and was highly impressed with our server. Our experience was exceptional with food and experience but it would not have been as memorable without the phenomenal service by Jordan! She was personable and really cared to go the extra step to make our anniversary memorable! My husband said we will be back!

Went here with friends on a Wednesday. Our server, Bri I think, was great. She was awesome. The salads and entree and dessert were great. We got the Wisconsin cheese appetizer, and we didn't care for it that much. Maybe if it was cooking longer? But they dump in all the ingredients in front of you and you just wait for the cheese to melt...I dunno it just didn't taste right to us. But really everything ends was great. The variety of items to dip for the dessert was excellent.

The meal was absolutely delicious! Got the 4-course dinner for 2, and loved every course! Our server Courtney went above and beyond customer service to make sure our experience was fantastic!

Six women who can eat and Anthony our server was so patient with our demands at Endless Fondue Night. It was delicious and fun. We ordered a combination of broth and griddle and definitely recommend going in a small group so that you can order different broths. I definitely recommend one griddle on the table. This is my first experience at The Melting Pot and the service made all the difference. I cannot praise our server Anthony enough for making it a fantastic experience!

Recently I took my wife to the Melting Pot for her birthday. It was both of our first times to visiting the Melting Pot and we loved it!! Larry, our server, was very personable, professional & attentive. He was only on his second day and he was wonderful. We lived his enthusiasm and how he explained what everything was so we didn't feel out of place. We will definitely back and a big reason for that is how our first experience was. First impressions are everything.

We had such a great first time experience at The Melting Pot. Our server, Karen, was very kind and helpful in teaching us how it all worked and helped us with our order. We were celebrating my sons birthday and they even treated him to a dessert birthday plate! Look how cute! We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to dine again in the future.

My Daughter had her 18th birthday party here with her friends. The service was absolutely perfect. Everyone was nice and helpful and it was an amazingly successful evening. Thanks to the entire staff. Nothing but good things to say.

Came here for a much needed girls night. Our server was Nikki and she was very attentive and sweet. The food was amazing (did the steak plate) and the dipping sauces were phenomenal (I'm dreaming about the curry yogurt). Highly recommend!!!

Our waitress didn't bring any silverware/skewers at all. We were using our fingers to dip into the fondue. We had never been there before so we didn't know we were supposed to get skewers until we were practically done eating! An overall poor dining experience.

Anthony was AMAZING ! This was our first time here and we have zero idea what we were doing, he explained ALL of our options and everything we could do or combine things with! Every piece of this 4 course meal was AMAZING! The different flavors and styles of thing was great!! Over all our experience was fantastic! The waiter was so understanding and quick to be of assistance! 10/10 highly recommended!!!

The Melting Pot is a restaurant like no other and it is one that you cannot go to if you are in a rush. My wife and I have been here multiple times and it always takes longer than planned. That is because we enjoy the atmosphere so much and being able to take your time and cook your own food as you are ready! The seasonings and sauces provided are always delicious and being able to cook your own food allows you to cook things as rare or as well as you prefer. The Knob Creek Old Fashioned's are on point as well and highly recommended! We were also able to make our entire meal Gluten Free which is a new development for my wife. We will return again!

Had a phenomenal experience at lunch today, thanks to our server Sarah! She met all of our crazy requests and she seemed to really enjoy her job, which made the experience even better for us. After having not so good experiences the past few times with the old management, our expectations are back to the usual high. Excellent food and service!

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday & we loved it! We got the bigger dinner with all 4 courses + some & both had a drink from the bar. Everything was so good & it was such a fun experience! It is a little pricey though (ours was almost $200 after tip) but if you plan for it it's fine. Will definitely be back!

Sara was so amazing she made our first experience here so wonderful. Definitely will ask for her when we come back. She was so energetic! I absolutely love her! She made this whole experience so fun!

Cantrell was very nice and friendly to us. We got the cheddar and pure dark chocolate fondue and it was delicious. The meal was surprisingly filling and it was amazing. They also had many drink options. This was my first time eating fondue and it was great experience.

I was really excited to try Melting Pot, but it fell below my expectations. We placed a reservation on Open Table for a Wednesday night and was seated immediately. We went for the BFFF Wednesday special, which included 3 or 4 courses. The Quattro Formaggio cheese was incredible and paired nicely with the apples and bread. We didn't realize that even if you ordered a separate charcuterie board, there is no "cheese refill" so you have to eat your cheese very sparingly, which was unfortunate. There were lots of leftover dipping items because we ran out of cheese. The service was incredibly slow, even though the restaurant wasn't even that busy. We had 2 different servers throughout dinner. The servers didn't communicate with each other, so we had to say our order multiple times, which was a little frustrating. We were sat right next to the empty bar, and the employees were complaining about the tables and gossiping throughout our whole dinner. Total, we spent around $55 a person (without tip). We each got an alcoholic drink with the 3 course BFFF special. Personally, I dont think it was worth it. They did have vegetarian options including impossible meat, vegan cheese, and veggies for dipping.

We had a very nice anniversary celebration here. The waitress was great and kept up on drinks and "extras" for dipping. She made our celebration dinner very special.

Evelyn was our AMAZING server and she was wonderful. She really knew her stuff and was very courteous. Our entire meal was perfect! We will definitely be back to the Castleton location.

What a fabulous experience! My first time here and definitely will be returning! Food was SO good, and our server, Madison, was so informative and attentive!! Manager Rob was so personable too. Thanks for a great evening.

The server was outstanding. Made us very comfortable. I ordered roses for the table prior to arriving, and there was one missing, but the manager personally brought it over halfway through dinner without us mentioning it, making the number correct. We were celebrating a birthday, and there was a personalized card on the table, which was sweet. There was a hair in our dessert that clearly wasn't ours, but our server quickly set this right. We were also charged for an alcoholic drink that we didn't order that was $14, so I'm lucky I checked the bil prior to paying. When bringing it up to the server, we were told there was a drunk employee the establishment was dealing with, and they would remove the charge, which they did. That felt a little unnecessary. Overall, it was probably my least favorite Melting Pot experience, but I'll still be back seeing that this is my favorite restaurant. Update: emailed regional manager as suggested about one week ago and never received response. Yes, I checked my spam folder.

Food was good but really pricey for what we got, maybe you pay for the experience? Our waiter was super awesome though and made our first time here a blast I think his name is Jake and he’s from Wisconsin lol. I would definitely still come back just for the fun of the experience.

We had the best date night ever!!! Dominic (sp) in the bar was awesome. We will be back and we will definitely ask for him. He deserves a raise or bonus. So good to see a person that still knows what good customer service is all about. And our food was great as well. Can't wait to come back!!!

Took my wife here for her b-day. Set reservations so we walked right in. Added roses and chocolate covered strawberries to our order. Fantastic food. Atmosphere was great. Come SUPER hungry because you will eat. Stuffed and we haven't even hit desert yet.

My wife and I came for the first time today to celebrate our anniversary. The food, atmosphere, and everything was amazing. Our meal was made even better by Paige R who was our server. She was so friendly, made great recommendations, was on top of everything for the entire service. Thank you to Paige and all the staff for a fantastic date!

Perfect way to celebrate our Anniversary! Rob and Latasha were so wonderful! She kept the experience going through the meal! It was refreshing to see Rob as a GM making multiple rounds through the room and checking on everyone multiple times! Perfect experience will be back!

Tonight was our first time being at the melting pot and it was amazing. Really enjoyed it. Our waitress was seriosuly the best. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. She explained it all and didn't make us feel dumb. ( we are from a really small town ). Kaitlyn was our server and we will ask for her again if we can when we come back! She was on top of it, super nice and very very good at her job!

This was the PERFECT night out. Latasha was great. She kept up with our table like we were her only customers. The GM Rob also made several stops by. That is rare these days. They both went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. It was perfect!

We had a great time! They set our table up with flowers and candle lit, super romantic and a fun experience! We will definitely be back, our server was amazing, although I cannot remember her name 😞

Our first time dining here was one we will always remember. Christopher was our server and provided us with top notch service the entire night. The food was delicious and it’s hard to pick a favorite. We did the 4 course experience and it was well worth it. They even surprised us at the end with a nice personal gesture during dessert. Looking forward to our next visit!
