Better than Disneyland! Had one of the best days of my life today at this amazing adventure park. So much more than a trampoline park - it has SO MUCH to do and everything is clean and the staff is awesome. HUGE THANKS TO JAKE, an employee who made our day extra awesome. He made sure that we had everything we needed to celebrate my daughter's 8th birthday, and went above and beyond to make my 4 year old son with special needs happy. Jake was phenomenal and I haven't received such good customer service in I don't know how long!! Maybe ever. Our family visit today included age 40 something parents, and kids ages 13, 11, 8, and 4. We ALL had a wonderful time - it's one of the few places that truly the whole family can enjoy! Wow!!! What a tremendous place - I would leave a million stars if I could!

The kids had fun and there was plenty of comfortable seating while the parents waited! It was very busy and took a while to get checked in, and we weren't able to"spend" our arcade "earnings" because there was a line out the door of new arrivals.

Good experience. 8 & 10 year old kids played hard for 90 minutes. All smiles. They loved the zip line and trampolines. No lines at 4pm on a Tuesday during holiday break. BOGO helped with admission price. Comfortable seating for adults all around the faculty was great. Cons: Not all sections were open. Bathrooms weren’t clean. Dip & dots machine broke. Staff was too busy playing football catch with each other to help some younger kids.

Just awesome. Brought kids here and got the family pack, which is an exceptional deal. Staff is friendly and helpful. 2 trampoline areas, little kids jungle gym, ninja warrior course, climbing wall, zip line, basketball court, plus another area that looked like advanced ropes course. This place is huge. The arcade is quite impressive, the machines are quite overwhelmingly dazzling 😂. Facilities are very clean and all appear to be kept in good working shape. Nothing was out of order or coned off. I can't imagine a better indoor place for a group event or party. Only disappointment is that Google limits me to 5 stars.

I like this place better than nearby urban air. It's less chaotic and I don't miss the loud "nightclub" feel. Some of the staff are really great - 9/9/22 8:30pm female with braids pulled back was notable 👍

Good place to hang out and spend an afternoon with the kiddos. Lots of different activities that I think parents can enjoy with their kids as well. We liked the wall climbing, obstacle course and wipe out game the most. There is basketball, a place to play dodgeball and jousting station too. There is a lot more that I'm sure I'm missing but the best thing is when the kids come home their exhausted 🤣

Amazing time! We came here for a bachelor party and it was a total blast. All the staff - Sierra up front, Kayley on karts, Steve on axes and slinging drinks - each went out of their way to make sure we had a great time. Highly recommend this place!

This place is like defy or skyzone on steroids! It’s clean, there’s plenty of seating for adults and they have the massage chairs too. Affordable prices at the snack bar. The staff was friendly, showed care and concern. We can’t wait to go back! Check them out, my kids said mom how do you keep finding these places! Lol

This was our first time visiting Adrenaline. There was no wait when we got here. We had 4 people in our group. As we were looking around while our teen kids played, Jake came and talked to us. He was very informative about the new activities coming to this center. He was very nice and made us feel very welcoming, as we aren't from this city. He also let us know that it's an all day pass so we could leave to eat and come back as well. We definitely recommend Adrenaline for kids of any ages. Jake also informed us of the membership they offer. We will look into that probably more during the fall, winter time as there's not much to do that time of the year. We will return again and tell others of this place as well. Thank you Jake for making our first visit welcoming and we look forward to more fun times at Adrenaline.

Great place! Kids loved everything! They didn’t want to leave. Staff was great and helped the little one when needed. I even played a little! Kids loved the pizza.they also loved the arcade! Didn’t know which to play. Concession food was great. Kids ate 3 times between through out the day and wanted some to take home! The park was clean and everyone was having a great time!

Expensive to get in. Teenage employees and not many “supervising”. Not a single adult supervising, which was shocking. Teenagers who come to play are rough with the younger kids (watch your kids if you come), and no one says anything when older kids are rough. Management is terrible at this place. Signs that say: “play at your own risk.” It’s like they’re encouraging bad behavior. Instead, should say, “please play fairly.” I have seen older kids (teenagers) playing aggressively towards the young kids and their adults don’t say anything to stop their rough behavior. They come in when young kids are around and bully them. Please watch your babies! This was our second time visit. First time we came here, an employee intentionally hit a young girl in the head and made her cry. Contacted management and never heard back from management.

I was very disappointed with Chris the manager, we paid full price for 6 kids and politely asked if our 11 month old was eligible for a discount since he wasn't going to use all parts of the place and not even the todler section. He eagerly refused to accommodate us. What bothered me was his attitude and little smirk on his face, there was no need for it at all. The rest of the staff were very nice.

Jake K. and the rest of the staff did an amazing job welcoming our families to adrenaline family adventure Park. The kids had tons of fun, and the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. We came to the toddler time Friday session, 9:30 AM to 11 AM, would highly recommend.

$400 for a birthday party (don’t forget tax and tip so approx $550 for 10 kids) is salty. But my rating isn’t based on that. I agreed to it. I can’t give it a good rating based on the party experience. I have had numerous parties here, back to when they were sky zone. I won’t be having any more. You only get the party room for 1 1/2 hours, the first 45 minutes of which there is no food to serve as the pizzas are not ready. That leaves only 45 min to serve, eat, do cake, open presents, and literally to the minute they pack all your things up and set them on a table in the common area outside the room. The whole thing is rushed and then they promptly kick you out of the room and ask to run your payment. The included pizzas were cheap, low on toppings and overcooked (at one point delivery pizzas were provided. Now they are frozen or homemade and they are TERRIBLE). 2 pitchers of soda were included which were set out when we first arrived so they were watered down by the time the pizza was served. I literally facilitated the party myself and the host assisted me to avoid us running out of time since she kept disappearing from the room. Trust me, parties here have gone way up in price and are no longer worth it.

Brought my grandson here. Pizza was great. Jake K. did a good job serving us. Enjoyed our time here. Use to come here when it was Urban Air. Several people working here, but the supervision for kids here was not helpful. Some people are ok with little supervision. Did like being here and the cost was very reasonable. Many thanks.

Awesome for the price. Staff was really nice. I have had memberships at urban air before and recently moved to Chicago. This is the most reasonable pricing anywhere for all they offer. Value is way better than most places.

Adrenaline is even better than anticipated. Had our son's birthday party as our first visit, and boy was I surprised! Tons to do for all ages and abilities, room rental and the accommodations by party hosts and staff were excelent and extremely helpful. I would rent the experience again for the next 10 birthdays!

I love taking my kids to Adrenaline after school. They never get bored with all the different bouncing activities! This last visit we had a great experience with Jake, one of the staff. He was so helpful, kind, and inspired my son to challenge himself! Thanks, Jake, for adding to our great experience at the Adventure Park!

The grandkids loved this place! They bounced, climbed, flipped, and played until they were totally exhausted! You have to buy their nonslip socks and sign a waiver. We loved that we could come and go as we pleased all day with the wristbands. The snacks aren't cheap, so we left to eat and then back again for more fun. Great activity, especially for a rainy day.

We frequent this place nearly every Friday or Saturday for toddler time. This place is missing MULTIPLE attractions listed on its website. Some of the attractions that they do still have are absolutely run down. All four of the bosu balance balls are popped or flat, the toddler playground is being held together by tape with a sign saying to be careful. However, the entry fee for toddler time is low enough that I guess properly functioning attractions aren’t as important. If my kids were old enough to enjoy a day there I wouldn’t pay the day pass rate unless they had properly functioning attractions and a complete listing of what is actually available on their website.

Our small therapy center took a day trip to Adrenaline and had an AMAZING!l time!! Our kiddos required extra accommodations and help and the staff was so understanding, helpful and patient. Jake, Abby, and Josh were the best EVER! They were ALL so patient and communicative with our kids which is not always the case when we are on an outing. Abby’s overall attitude and energy set the tone the moment we walked in, the kids got so hype and excited! She helped so much figuring out what all we needed and informing us about getting a membership to bring them all back very soon! Jake spent so much time encouraging them, explaining the obstacles and how safe they were. He even climbed up to assist with the overhead safety course with our nervous but, brave kiddos and was always nearby in case we needed help! Josh was great interacting, helping them stay safe and showing them the safety harnesses. Jake and Josh so kindly climbed to the top of the “ninja warrior” wall and helped our kiddos make it to the top. We had such an amazing time and cannot wait to return for tons of fun! 🤩 Update; STILL AMAZING! so excited to visit again, Abby and Jake welcomed us back, helped us get ready and chat a little. We even met some new friends, Our nervous kiddos were so thankful to have Deja and Zachary reassuring them of safety and hyping them up for being brave 😊 such a great experience for our whole team when we go! 10/10

What a fun place! Owners Troy and Michelle are awesome and their staff is super friendly. They were attentive yet let you and your children run around and create enjoyment from their space on your own terms. My family and I got to play a little football game on their padded floor with a football we brought in. We got to include other patrons and everyone had a blast. I can guarantee you that would not have been allowed at many other jumping places I’ve been too. We plan to return every time the family gets together for the holidays! God bless you guys!

Loved the place when I first came during a birthday party this past summer. They removed the foam pit and basketball trampoline for an arcade area. Kind of defeats the purpose of an "active playground" where a kid can get away from screens. The staff is friendly, but they're hard to find if you're not in the front desk or rear rock climbing area. We have a membership and it'll come in handy during the winter. I'll see about keeping it during Summer of next year.

Awesome time! Great place for kids of any age. New arcade makes it great for parties and just hanging out. We've had a family pass in the past that is a must have during Indiana winters!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone entirely downhill since it switched from Skyzone to Adrenaline. If you’re over the age of four, do not go here. The management is incredibly rude. All they place is slow children Christian music. The last thing you want to listen to while jumping on a trampoline. When asked about it the management got so rude and told me it’s their choice what to play (which it totally is) but then proceeded to preach to me. I am a Christian but I don’t want a church service when I’m at a trampoline park. Little kids run rampant and no staff cares. It’s turned into a daycare where no one cares what the kids are doing. So sad something so great turned into this. On top of everything, nearly half of the place is closed down and incredibly dirty. Do not waste your time here

Overall night was great. The only problem I had was the new arcade system. The clerk at the front told me that any tickets you get will be on your card. So points had to be added to a card due to the type of game it was. When I asked how many points were on the card they told me that only the 600 that was being added. I asked how can that be when the machines are saying that there are more tickets on there. I was told because I got a car to play for an hour I was paying for the time. I’m sorry but the clerk who first waited on me didn’t tell me this it I wouldn’t have got the card the way I did. Then when I was asking one of the managers he proceeded to get an attitude because I said I wasn’t told that in the beginning. Will go back to play in the jumping part but definitely not wasting my money on the games!!!!!

First time here, we came on my son birthday! My son had a blast. But I believe this is for older kids, as my son just turned 4. Great customer service! Friendly staff!
