I could not be more disgusted with a hotel stay. I stay ~80 nights/year on business in hotels, so I have a fairly good handle on price/quality. Here's the short story. One of the parties made two room reservations for a single weekday: a Tuesday night. They ended up with a lower cost heritage Room at $269, and I ended up with an expensive Legacy Room at $469/night. I called the hotel to downgrade my room to the $269 Heritage Room, but none were available. They took my name on a waitlist for the room. At cheek in, the Heritage Room was available...GREAT. I received my bill today and called the hotel. My $269 Tuesday night Heritage Room discussed with the hotel staff a week ago turned into $409!! No discussion of the increased charge at check in...NOTHING. They have nice rooms, but you will find way better cost and quality at any of the chains, for 1/3 the price. Stay away from this one...NEVER AGAIN for IRONWORKS.

I've stayed here twice now, and both times the rooms were immaculate. Even when busy, it's still a very quiet hotel. We didn't bring our pup, but it is a dog friendly hotel, with water and treats in the lobby. Staff is very friendly & helpful, all throughout the night. The first time we stayed here was on our anniversary, and staff upgraded our room for free when they found out. Management is wonderful - my partner had responded to their reviews the first time we stayed, and because there were services we didn't try (thus didn't review), the next time we stayed they gave us complimentary champagne & chocolates! And let me tell ya, those chocolates are absolutely delicious. Their beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean, and the shower is very romantic - you can choose whether or not to pull the curtain down on the outside of the shower, depending on if you'd like your partner to watch or if you'd prefer privacy. The back of the shower isn't entirely see through, shows more of an outline than details. I didn't do a good job of including it in photos but it's one of my favorite designs of this hotel. Great hotel to get away from life and just relax, and/or to spend time with a partner. (Photos are from the first stay only)

This is a FUN hotel! We stopped here for one night on our way from Cincinnati to Lake Michigan for vacation. It's a great complex/campus with the hotel, apartments and retail. We ate at two of the restaurants there as we were only there for one night. They gave us an upgrade when we got there, so that was a pleasant surprise. The room was so cool and well-appointed. Beds were super comfortable. It was all very clean. Lots of fun photo opportunities for sure - I wish we had taken more photos and had more time there. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough about this Hotel. Staff were super friendly, even gave our normally aloof dog a cookie. We ordered a late room service dinner....delicious! Ordered breakfast from Rise....again delicious! We rearranged our return trip just so we could stop here again! Love this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is a very nice place to have a nice sleeping experience. The view is towards the street but the higher you are the more you see a nice grouping of trees 🌲. The restaurants around the area are in abundance. Very relaxing atmosphere

Wow, loved the decor! The beds were really comfortable! It was a Sister's Christmas party get together and we also liked how roomy the sitting area was in the room. This hotel was right where we wanted to be! Lastly, the breakfast was awesome, great food!

Our family rates this one of our all time favorite places we’ve stayed. The vibe is cool and the deco unique. It smells so great everywhere I bought the “signature smell” (not kidding!). The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the staff was so friendly, and I couldn’t believe how affordable it was. I know this sounds too good to be true but we really liked it.

This is our second stay there and we enjoyed it again. This time we opted for room service breakfast from Rize and it did not disappoint! The room and accommodations are very nice, great design and vibe! We enjoyed dinner at Provision, too. Very nice to have great restaurants within walking distance or in the same building!

Room is awesome, cool anesthetic. Concierge desk was extremely polite and helpful. I wish I remembered the name of the guy at the valet desk but we talked for a while and he was cool, friendly and had good info about the area

Don't forget to use HotelTully.á´„á´Źm when booking any resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the best in the area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed. Beautiful hotel, kind guest services. Everyone is professional and if they hate their job, you would never know. They always seem genuinely happy to help and provide what they can.

We love the Ironworks! We go every year and every time it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, even upgrading us for our anniversary. It's also a great location to get to food, entertainment, and experiences. Rooms are clean and provide all the amenities. Love it here!

Simply outstanding. We arrived late during the "Bomb Cyclone" and was greeted by the poor valet having to manage the crazy weather. He was warm and friendly. The reception host was also super friendly and while the restaurants were already closed, understandably due to the crazy weather, offered and made calls on our behalf to find food as we had not eaten most of the day. The rooms are very roomy, beautifully appointed with a HUGE TV. Beds were very comfortable and we found the hotel very quiet....did not even hear the usual scrape scrape that comes with the early a.m. snow plow. The room was so comfortable, we leisured in the a.m. reading and hanging before our re-entry into the winter tundra. One of the best hotel rooms I've had and I've travelled a bunch. The pet policy is terrific. $20 is very reasonable for a charge and they provided a big bowl for water/food and a pet treat. Not necessary but a very nice touch! Maggie enjoyed her stay!

I have stayed at 4 & 5 star hotels around the world, and this is not that. I don't mind paying for luxury. This hotel is not worth what we paid for it in my opinion. The industrial decor went too far and ultimately looked cheap. I've stayed at Bottleworks in downtown Indy (owned by same company) which is much more unique and upscale. Let's also talk about how this hotel is only surrounded by parking lots and busy streets. We were there for a quick overnight and did not use amenities or restaurants inside the hotel. We did walk to Ruth's Chris across the street which was wonderful as always. The service from Jordan the bellman that helped us was very welcoming. If I were in the area again I would stay at a big name hotel that would be half the price.

This hotel is absolutely top notch! Love all the metal work and the art in the hallways. People were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. The windows were large and let in ambient light which was nice. The shower đźšż was absolutely amazing. The top down shower made me feel like my soul was cleansed! Awesomeness personified. Restaurant on the first floor was delicious. Had fresh food and healthy smoothies as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay here. Love the theme of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of nearby restaurant options including breakfast and dining/bar in the hotel. Everything was great.

I can't say enough great things about this space. We spent a bit more than we usually do per night for a weekend get away, but we booked the room as part of a wedding block, and we didn't regret it. The hotel is exquisite, the service excellent. The valet was so convenient. We borrowed the umbrella from the room, and were tempted by the "option to purchase" it since it was fancy. I loved that we could log into our own streaming services on the TV in the room. Also, I did a Peloton bike class in the fitness studio. The studio was small, yet accessible, and had everything I needed for a few good workouts. I highly recommend.

I recently took my daughter shopping and dining for her 22nd birthday. I chose the Ironworks Hotel in Keystone for its location to the Fashion Mall as well as food and drinks. This hotel is amazing! The brick facade in conjunction with the iron details was beautiful. Very nice restaurants within walking distance. The atmosphere was top notch and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend a stay here if you’re in the area for business or just a weekend away.

This is a charming hotel with everything you need within a 10-second walk. Multiple different restaurants, and the whole place just smells amazing. Also, probably the most shocking thing of all is the affordability of in room snacks and mini bar. The bottle of wine in the room was only $20. We will be back!

LOVE this hotel. And they are dog friendly!!! There is NOWHERE else to stay in Indianapolis, Ironworks totally made our time there. We are actually planning to visit again JUST to come stay at this hotel once more. Their team was so wonderful with our BIG dog (a Great Dane), and the hotel itself is so cool. Try to stay on the top floor so you get those amazing windows.

Absolutely wonderful hotel with a great modern spin using century old architecture. The service is great and staff are very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place if staying in the northern Indianapolis area.

You will not regret staying here!! Made a reservation to stay there the night I planned on proposing to my now fiancé as we would be in Indy. When I booked, I left a note letting them know I would be proposing just before getting to the hotel and was hoping they could do something special for us, but wasn’t expecting anything too major. To our surprise, upon checking in we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite(at no extra charge) and were given complementary wine and chocolates, as well as a hand-written note congratulating us! The experience here was fantastic as all of the staff were very friendly, the room was fantastic and clean, and the check-in/out experience was easy. We plan on staying here the night of our wedding prior to flying out for our honeymoon and can’t wait!

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are unique. Loved the decor and rainfall showerhead. Did not have any extra touches. No bathroom heated floors, no extra blankets. Service was wonderful. Amazing restaurants on site. However, hotel is located in a very boring area. Views are of traffic and parking lots.

Absolutely beautiful. The staff was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. Our room was comfortable and clean. Lots of amenities... lots of eateries on the property and nearby. There's a nice mall right down the street. Really great experience! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property to anyone that expects quality and attention to details 🍾🥂.

This place is absolutely BREATHTAKING! So much to see, absolutely stunning rooms, and the policies are awesome. Check out isn't until noon. You get to choose your room based on photos of the ACTUAL rooms, so it was really easy to tailor your experience to your needs. Everything was so comfortable; the beds were SUPER comfy, the furniture is inviting and cozy, and the bathroom was large and well lit, with a bathrobe for guests to use during the stay. The TVs are quite large and the extra things you can purchase (snacks and candy, wine glasses, bathrobe, wood handled umbrella) were reasonably priced and would be great souvenirs. The staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate a few challenging requests that we had. It was honestly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in and I can't wait to go back when I can spend much more time there! I would have been perfectly happy skipping our event and hanging out in our magical suite the entire evening. Can't say enough nice things about it!!!!

The rooms are huge! There are a lot of nice restaurants near by and within walking distance, which is nice because it's not an overall very walk friendly area. Decor is like a restoration hardware. It's cool, but honestly, I think it makes the sound travel. Seems like you could hear more going on throughout the building than in other hotels.

Forgot to leave my review before! Stayed in this beautiful hotel during New Years! I had the best time. The hotel is so unique and beautifully crafted. To all the dining options that doesn’t make you feel like there isn’t anything to do near it. Perfect little getaway! Provisions fine dining is amazing. The perfect way to celebrate a celebratory day! I definitely recommend visiting! So much to do in Indianapolis. I’ve visited in all seasons and it’s a nice getaway.

My husband & I stayed for our 5th wedding anniversary & it was incredible. Customer service was outstanding. They were so kind & helpful. Left some wine & cheesecake in our room to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely be back.

Our room was large, clean, and comfortable with big windows and really cool decor. The shower has a big rain shower head with fantastic water pressure. There was a bowl of water and a bowl of dog treats by the front desk so they are very pet friendly. The food from the restaurant downstairs was great! The service was fantastic. The valet usually opened the front door for us and the owner of the valet service was there one day and he was very friendly. The front desk staff was great. Very accommodating. The only down side to the hotel is that it is about a 30 minute drive from downtown and our big windows looked out onto a giant parking lot.

Beautiful hotel, kind guest services. Everyone is professional and if they hate their job, you would never know. They always seem genuinely happy to help and provide what they can. The restaurants within the hotel are fantastic, and this area of Indy is ripe with things to do, places to go. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely come here again and we will be recommending this place to everyone we know. Thank you all for everything!!

The staff were very nice. The rooms are very eclectic. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. There are several restaurants that are within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay.

Absolutely amazing in every way. Clean, modern, unique, warm and caring staff, and they are one of the few luxury hotels still providing daily housekeeping automatically! Absolutely loved my stay from start to finish.

The atmosphere and music, lighting, just everything was so pretty. The rooms were pristine and had a bunch of snacks and alcohol in the fridges. But the shower wall, between the room (at least the one I was in ((basic double queen)) had a minimally see through wall and it was great for pictures.

My wife and I are staying here for our last 3 days in Indiana. Olivia is awesome she checked us in and had no problem showing us our room before we checked in. I wanted to see the room 1st. It is a little pricey but you have to take into account of where we are. Very clean and comfortable. The room is amazing and the shower is awesome. Worth the price

Not only is this hotel well located, but it is absolutely beautiful! The staff is amazing and eager to assist. Whitney and Mik were so helpful with some reservation confusion I ran into and I just can’t thank them enough! If you haven’t stayed here- you definitely should! Well worth it and you will not regret it!

Such a wonderful stay at Ironworks Hotel Indy. It’s an absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff were nice and professional. Great location and very convenient to have restaurants and a massage place downstairs! We went to get a couples massage down at massage ironworks without even having to leave the building. Such a pleasurable experience and I couldn’t recommend enough.

Great ambiance throughout the hotel. Stayed in the Heritage room and it was great. Good security throughout the hotel. Several restaurants on site, as well as within walking distance across tye street (we walked across the street to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse- also recommend!) Staff was super helpful, as well. We had an issue with our door lock's battery and it was fixed within 5 minutes...and then he brought us ice!
