Needed a place to stay with limited options. They don't change or clean the sheets. Stains everywhere. The air was stale. I went out and bought air/fabric freshener and blankets to sleep on. Still could hardly sleep because the smell of mildew and smoke was so strong. If I didn't need a toilet and sink I would've slept in my car in a parking lot somewhere. Edit for the owner: Perhaps you should stop copy and pasting the same response to everyone and actually take a look at what your rooms look like. Or better yet, demolish the entire building. Hands down the worst place I've ever stayed, and we were price gouged on top of that. This place should be condemned.

My truck broke down late night on freeway and had to get a tow for repair. Called Uber to get a room close by. This was my closest choice. Office smelled stale and like an old cellar: damp mildew. Room was 43 and took until 2am to get warm with on heat full blast and reached 75 at 445am. Cold night would have been nice to have another blanket. No phone to call desk. Floors all new carpet and tile. Bed memory foam and New. Bed clothes all new and crisp. Newly painted and furniture like new. Bathtub, shower and wash basin not easy on the eyes but functional. One TV station worked the rest really snowy like 1970's. They wanted cash deposit for room. I refused and was prepared to Uber another location. They hesitated and billed my company card. That sounded shady. I'm not sure I would have gotten to that cash back in the morning.... I wouldn't recommend this place but it was better than 18 degrees on freeway all night with no heat. Let your conscience be your guide.

I give it 1 star on the location. Cleanliness was not being overseen. I mentioned to Mgmt that bathroom was dirty when we arrive and the sink was stopped up. They mentioned it should not be that way but they were having trouble keeping cleaning staff and they would have someone over to unclog said sink and clean bathroom and room, bring towels.... office mgmt also mentioned that owners won't pay cleaners more then $8.00 an hour.... "Industry Standards". They never came the next day to clean up and fix sink or offer clean linen/towels. For a 2 start dig they lack, everything is dated; looks like carpet was laid over the previous carpet and tiles in the bathroom appeared same. Old tv, no table to set items on or bring back something to eat and eat at. Stayed 6 days total as that was our need so we dealt with the issues and moved on. Also watched the office mgmt running around looking for a clean room on afternoon, he checked the room next to mine where someone had checked out of earlier in the day. He also checked other rooms to find I guess a clean one. I know the room next to mine was not cleaned but I guess it was the cleanest and he put the guests there. Probably won't stay here again, wish they would take pride in the motel and at least hire someone to do a good job cleaning the rooms at minimum and pay them a reasonable salary to do a good job. Outside of location it is hard to even give it a 1 start, they should have offer a discount as when we checked out they asked if anyone ever came by to address the issues. We stated no, but did not ask for anything further as we are not looking for a free ride... just a clean room.

(Updated at bottom in response to owners comments) I did not stay there so I can't say anything about the place except that it doesn't look very impressive from the outside. HOWEVER... The man who owns and / or runs it is a scammer! Knights Inn shares a parking lot with the Waffle House next door. Waffle House does NOT charge for truck parking whether you eat there or not. He will not go outside, but he will send someone else to "collect the $20 parking fee". DON'T FALL FOR IT! You will have to pay him if you park on his side. You can see in the pic that nobody parked on his side last night! UPDATE... My "claim" is not unfounded. I am sharing a personal experience that I had with this location and specifically with you. You had a man walk to my truck, knock on my door, and tell me I needed to pay to park there while you watched. I could see you standing outside from my truck. I politely told him to convey to you that I had permission to park there from the Waffle House next door to you FOR FREE because they actually own that half of the parking lot. I will NOT remove my comments! Furthermore, STOP deceiving truck drivers into believing you own the entire parking lot just to make a few bucks off of us! If you want to make more money, do it honestly. Fix the place up and maybe you'll have more customers than just the few people that live there. By the way... I noticed you didn't have anything negative to say to "The Happy Truck Driver" 5 months ago when he posted that you made him pay to park.

This place is terrible I went and visited a friend about 4 days ago and I was probably there about 20 minutes max and left with 10 bedbug bites going up and down my leg and 4 on my arm. Soon as I noticed that I checked everything that I was wearing I didn't find nothing but hopefully I didn't take them with me wherever I went after that!!!

I recently moved from Indiana to Georgia. I had to stop for rest with the wife and kids. When we go to the room I put the kids to bed and was gonna shower but decided against it the shower had some meldew on the ceiling. My wife found burn holes in blanket and found other things stuck on blanket due to not being cleaned right. At this point it was 2 am. I went to get another blanket at the front desk. They said nothing they could do. I mentioned just getting another blanket. They stated they would change us room. With my kids asleep I would prefer to just get a new blanket. They insisted I would have to change rooms due to policy. I frustratingly told the gentlemen if I had to change rooms I was going to leave and find another place to stay. After some time I suggested to give me a blanket from another room so I didn't have to wake the kids and they other room would be out of service if we moved. So end of story I will avoid this place in my travels back and forth from Indiana.

Shelly the clerk is nice. The rooms are the most disgusting hotel rooms I've ever encountered. The rooms are pungent, broken down, and filthy beyond imagination. Some of the permanent room dwellers in other areas of the compound were vulger and uncouth. Ill never stay there again.. By the way, the room photos are fake. The rooms resemble what I've seen for years in Crack houses as a cop for 22 years.

We used Knights Inn Indianapolis, when we traveled, to reserve parking for one week. We made the reservation online without seeing the property. The reviews we read on a different site (not on Google) sounded okay, and we did not think to check out Google reviews. When we arrived, we started having doubts about the place but decided not to judge a book by its cover. While the area and the motel (which is old, has a smell, and doesn't appear to be clean) made us feel uneasy about leaving our new car there, the person who checked us in seemed down-to-earth and nice. So we parked our car at the spot, to which we were directed by the front desk attendant, and took a car ride to the airport. When we returned from our vacation, we found two deep scratches on our new car. When I say that I wanted to cry, I am not exaggerating. We spoke to the front desk attendant, whose name was Tom, and told him about the scratches we discovered on our new vehicle. He walked over to the car with us, saw the scratches, and reassured us that they "would make it right" (I am quoting Tom's words here). He took down our information and told us they would call us within the next couple of days. Hoping that human decency was still a thing, we drove home. Several days passed, we received no phone calls. A week had passed, then two weeks, we received no phone calls. We started calling their motel and explaining our situation, and every time they would take our number and tell us they would call us back. In the end, it cost us $1,200 dollars to have both doors repainted in order to fix the damage caused by their negligence. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The area doesn't appear safe, the motel is run down, and the management / owners are not reliable people.

This review was sent to the correct site I have the Receipts to prove it. Report them to the Better Business Bureau. There are better hotels within walking distance. This Motel is owned by Indians the Patel Family it was also previously owned by Indians. The maintenance man does not follow up on request for maintenance repairs like hot water in the shower. The hotel is infested with roaches, rats and bed bugs. The pest control companies have been out here several times and still cannot get control of the insects. The older Caucasian Maintenance man & wife informed me of the issues. The customer service is poor and they always have a nasty attitude. Housekeeping will not come to your room every day; if you need Essentials like towels, soap, & toilet paper. High turnover of house keeping staff.

BED BUGS, and apparently from reading other reviews I should have read before we checked in, this is a long standing problem. Ended up leaving in the middle of the night and the staff could've cared less. Smelly, burn holes in bed cover, not kept up by any means. Save yourself some money and grief. DON'T STAY!

Absolutely horrible. If you have any sense of cleanliness stay away from here. Disgusting showers, toilets, sink. The beds don’t even have sheets just a mattress cover and greasy comforter. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Park and fly was also a nightmare getting to and from the airport.

Visiting a friend who stayed there. For the price, it was decent enough but the lady at the desk was rude and made me very uncomfortable.

I do not recommend this place at all. The 1st room was filthy the bathroom floor had muddy foot prints all over it the bed had stains all over it so they gave me a different room and it was filthy and said they just cleaned it and the door wouldn't even latch closed or lock. If i could give it negative stars I'd give it a -10 😑😑😑. There was also urine all over the toilet and the shower i wouldn't even step in.🀬🀬🀬🀬🀬

Housekeeping is only by request when you stay but a majority of the staff is nice. You do get left alone and it's generally a private/peaceful stay. Good for a single night or two.

If I could rate this a negative 10 I would. We own a Semi so we only wanted to park but the girl at the counter said we would have to rent a room to park. We were tired and just wanted to park for the night. We went to 3 rooms and settled on the 3rd as it was the "better" of the 3. The room was so dirty and disgusting. It smelled of a life of cigarette smokers that have filtered in and out over the last 25 or more years. If you need somewhere to stay do yourself a favor and sleep in your car or in the parking lot on the asphalt. Either would be far superior to any room this place has.

Workers all very nice and helpful. Old hotel definitely in need of work. Cheap and ok if you're just needing a place to crash without frills

Has truck parking if you rent a room. Is a old hotel. Bed wasn't bad if not for the bed bugs. Rooms are damaged.
