It was okay, checking in was ok. But, the rooms are low key nasty. It smells musty and the bathrooms are really small. The curtains and part of the sheets were torn

Property is under renovations. Came back to our room to find our door missing and the owner replacing it with a newer used door with a different keyed entry. A bit of a pain but they are trying to improving the property. It is in the ghetto all the stores have bullet proof glass protecting employees. Fair amount of homeless wandering around. Borderline sketchy

Room was filthy. Urine was on toilet seat. Roaches in fridge. Went to check out and no one was around. Walls were paper thin. Lady next door knocked on my door at 3am asking if I had a cigarette!!

I have stayed in about 6 different budget hotels around the Indianapolis area over the years, and this one is on the higher end of the spectrum. The lady at the check in counter was very nice and courteous when I checked in at 0200. Everything was very straightforward, except the $20 deposit. Whatever. I get to my room, which is small, but it is well appointed. Fridge. Microwave. 40" flat screen TV. Dresser and desk. Nice. The bathroom is the size of a telephone booth, which is fine, because I'm on a solo mission. Bed was better than sleeping in my car. The linens and towels were clean enough to use. The housekeeping staff did a great job. During my short stay, they replaced the bath mat, used towels, sheets, pillowcases, and blanket. Also replenished the motel provided soap and shampoo. The neighborhood may be sketchy, the motel may look sketchy as well, but for a man on a weekend getaway, this place is like a dorm room. Not terrible, not great.

Lots of traffic in and out, it's pretty annoying when your trying to sleep. 💤 The check in desk woman was nice and helpful, so that's good.

Not the greatest location but that can't be helped..room was very cozy, remodeled room, mini fridge, comfy bed, air conditioner worked well, great water pressure, overall very clean, very nice, somewhat low price. Someone on here complained about not getting their security deposit back for 3 days...clearly doesn't know how a security deposit works..but I digress..Not what I expected looking at the building from outside.

Stayed one night just to get some alone time. The guy in the front was very nice at check in. I asked for a king size bed but none were available, no problem I got a twin bed room for the same price. The remote control took a minute to understand but the channel selection was good. I got a good nights sleep for the first time in months. I’ll be coming back for a weekend of peace. The check out lady was very nice as well.

The Arabs are crazy. They want your Cash & your bank card number. I just don't trust them. Because they don't give you back your money. You have to call your Bank & it takes 3 days to get money back.

This motel exceeded my expectations with its affordability and comfortable accommodations. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any concerns promptly. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. While the motel may not have the luxurious ambiance of higher-end establishments, it provided excellent value for the price. Overall, I was impressed by the motel's cleanliness, friendly service, and convenient location, making it a reliable choice for a budget-friendly stay.

To be honest I didn't even want to leave a star because I was so unsatisfied with my visit. I was discriminated for being a female. On top of having a nasty filthy room I also had very poor customer service from the gentleman that works the front desk. The female that works the front desk is very sweet and kind and professional unlike the mail. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I would tell you too go just a few blocks up to the Norwood which is a cleaner and more respectful to their guests without a deposit.

Cheap, dingy, and rundown. Our room smelled like a fish market, but it was quiet. Housekeeping tried to enter the room without knocking at 9:30a. You definitely get what you're paying for, so buyer beware.

Overpriced, terrible room quality, mold in the bathroom, many parts of the room were just broken, and could hear everything that other guests were doing all night. Spend a little extra and go to a nicer hotel

The linens and chairs all had stains on them. The shower, sink and toilet were cracked. The carpet was really filthy. I frequent Super 8’s, Motel 6’s (lots of cost effective hotels) and this was honestly the worst one I have ever stayed in. I could not even sleep because every time I laid down I felt my skin crawling. I put multiple layers of clothes on and finally tried to rest at around 8 am, and the cleaning crew came banging on my door at 9 am asking about check out. Check out was 11.

Room was filthy, the shower water smelled rusty, the bathroom door and floor had been recently sawed/cut and there was gravel and wood shavings all over. There was no breakfast supplied, not even coffee. The ice machine was on the other side of the building, in a locked room that was not accessible. Very unfriendly staff, I heard a baby crying when I called in to reserve a room. Horrible place all around.

I was staying here while having work done on my home. This place is horrible and the desk agent was so rude. I will NEVER stay here again and recommend that no one else does either.

These Rooms isn't worth over $100 but for some reason they want more than that lol 😂. It's like they buy the hotel and does nothing to it & want you to pay a arm and leg. Bathroom Nasty, Carpet nasty, the mattress nasty. But you have to pay over $120.00 for a $40 room

Won't stay here again. Paint peeling off the walls, no base boards in the room I was in. Carpet peeling up off floor, looks like they were trying to fix water damage in the bath and just fill it with drywall mud. Screws missing in the shower faucet, tape still on the trim where they painted the room at somepoint, stains and some crusty stuff on the mattress. The whole place just felt dirty.

May be what you call straddling the fence with this. As noted in other reviews the entire building and at least the room I stayed one night in was in far less than a good state of repair. Staff wasn't particularly inviting but they weren't rude. The place is being renovated but it appears to be just the main lobby and exterior..not the guest rooms. On the side for defense of the hotel, I asked to see the room before reserving it and they complied, and they did allow the dog travelling with me to stay for 15 bucks. So in conclusion it is a run down hotel in need to serious revamping but they didn't hide anything or misrepresent it. I could have walked away and kept looking....travelling with a pet, 1130 pm, very long day driving I rolled the dice and stayed. Chances of finding anything else close were slim to none and I had already tried that so....yeah. Would I stay there again? Not a chance.

Wow. I’ve been in some shady hotels. Gotta stay where there’s room when you’re on the go, and sometimes it’s rough but this place takes the CAKE. The cigarette filled, bug infested cake that is. We walked into the (non smoking) room and were immediately overwhelmed by the smell of cigarettes. It was awful. Went to the desk and asked for refund and left. On the way out, passed some sketchy folks hacking up their lungs and arguing outside. The exterior is nasty, and the lights are all on so there were big junebugs all over, along with smaller bugs. Just not a good place to be. I can’t imagine how it’s still open.

I called and was told a king size bed was available when we arrived only 2 queen beds. In the room was 2 double beds instead. It was raining and late so we stayed. Poor service and horrible room, though it beat sleeping in the car. I do not recommend this place at all.

Where to begin….it wasn’t so much the bugs in the bathroom as much as it was the ICE COLD shower water. Could’ve been the stained pillows or maybe it was the towels that I’m not sure have EVER seen the inside of a washing machine. The receptionist was nice atleast. When I told her they didn’t have any warm water she offered to let me use another rooms shower. That would’ve been ok except I was there for work and had to leave. When I asked for a discount for the no hot water and the dirty room she simply smiled and shook her head “no”. I would highly recommend the homeless camp around back if you need a place to stay…I’m sure it would’ve been a better stay that this so called “hotel”. This place needs to be bulldozed and have the remains burned.

I loved that they didn't have a ridiculous dog policy and reasonable cleaning fee. The room itself left a lot to be desired. The smell of smoke lingered with stale air, the beds were absolutely ridiculous, and the outlets didn't work in most places. I expected more given the amount I spent per night.
