We
ate
here
twice
on
our
recent
visit
to
Indianapolis.
It
was
pricey,
but
conveniently
located
to
our
hotel.
I
loved
the
literary
cocktail
theme.
My
husband
had
the
Catcher
in
The
Rye
.
The
food
was
decent
both
times.
The
bread
was
much
better
our
first
visit.
The
first
visit,
my
pasta
was
late
in
coming
out.
The
cook
had
dropped
my
chicken
on
the
floor
and
they
had
to
remake
my
order.
They
were
very
honest
which
I
appreciated.
Things
happen
in
busy
kitchens.The
second
visit
we
were
seated
in
the
bar,
not
by
choice.
I
preferred
the
main
dining
area.
The
bar
area
is
nice,
but
the
TV
felt
distracting.
Not
the
dinner
vibe
I
was
hoping
for.
The
food
was,
again,
good
with
2
exceptions:
the
salad
greens
in
my
house
salad
were
pretty
wilted.
Also,
the
berry
and
whip
cream
dessert
was
awful.
It
was
cool
whip,
not
whipped
cream
and
barely
any
fruit.
I
was
expecting
it
to
be
petite,
but
it
was
just
not
the
light,
fresh
dessert
I
was
expecting.
My
husband
and
son
both
had
cheesecakes,
which
were
great
except
for
the
fake
whipped
topping.
Overall,
pretty
decent
food,
slightly
overpriced,
but
large
portions,
good
flavor.
Nice
waitstaff.
