The wings here are usually good but the last time we ordered I got the Lime Pepper dry rub and the wings were SO salty they were inedible. I was appalled buy how nasty they were. You can actually see how coated with salt they were. 🤮Wings Etc hasn't replied to my concerns for over a week now or offeree to correct the issue. I was out 40 bucks on these wings!! Bad business. Won't go here again.

Service here is always friendly! We ordered bone-in and boneless wings, and also shared some loaded curly fries. Bone-in wings were tasty. The boneless wings were pretty good, I'm just used to them being tossed in sauce at other places; seems like here they may just kinda pour over the top. Some parts were coated well, while other spots were just kinda dry. Loaded fries were 10/10 - so good! Great selection of draft beers, as well as bottles and cans for a wide variety of tastes. I was here for dinner, but it looks like they've got some excellent specials for the lunch crowd!

My love and I drove up from Cincinnati Ohio, We found this wonderful place to sit in and eat. When I say the food was DELICIOUS 😋 ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Our server was fantastic. Before ordering she suggested their chicken wings 😋🥰. Our food was brought out in less than 15 minutes, fresh, hot. Wings were cooked perfect 🥰😋. Their chicken wings better than bw3's wings or Wingstop.

Love this place but the Door Dash menu doesn't have any of the daily specials so probably won't use that much tried it won't let me choose anything but pick up

It's entirely to HOT in this place to sit down and enjoy your food. I feel so bad for the employees. The owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Love the food and the staff at the Emerson location! Allyson is always so friendly and takes care of her customers. Biggest complaint is the air. Fix the hvac!

Always a great experience. My "go to" for wings. Tweener, Mahalo-Q, and the Peach Chipotle BBQ are my favorite flavors. My wife loves the loaded tots and their Boneless wings. In 5 years we have only had a single issue, which was promptly taken care of.

I've been into this location many times and the food is always great, service is good, beer is cold, and the bartender is hot. But it's pretty hard to get past the 100° heat wave when you walk in the door. Y'all really gotta do something about that A/C. It's unbearable to sit in and have a drink let alone even think about ordering food. I work outside in the sun everyday and I feel more sorry for the staff that has to work in that. Next time I feel like being sweaty and miserable I'll be sure to stop back in.

Craft beer selection was slim and drink service seemed slow for as many employees were working, buffalo chicken sandwich was pretty plain (meat and bread, that's it) Curly fries and ranch were good

Once they got order right. It was delicious!!! One of the best flavor in a philly I've tasted. Definitely will be back!

I went into today on May 10th at around 8:30pm. I’ve been there three times in the last couple weeks meeting friends and they refused me my second beer. I just got off work at 6:30pm and play Pickleball for 2 hours or so the manager or whoever he was had I couldn’t get another beer. Because he had been watching me and thought I’ve been drinking before I got there. I haven’t been. Never will go back there. I’m a barber. And will tell my clients and friends to NEVER go there.

We finally got the bartender to come take out drink order, thrn five-7min later had to ask for our drinks- soda! A guy delivered our wings and she immediately took them away! Then brings them back and says "ya, these are your wing." You think? We knew that when the young man brought them AND told us what they were. Heres the final straw- You're name is Wings and yet you can't cook them right? We ate two wings, looked ok, the rest were not cooked all the way- still raw inside. Puke! I swear, we better not get sick! And last, the bartender wanted to only take off one wing on our bill. No, honey, I'm not paying a dime. You get your tip money and lose our business. Second try to eat here, second bust.

Everything was great! My waitress was awesome and the management is great! Lauren brought out our food and was so nice and helpful. Even got us some refills!

We go up there and have lunch a lot and the service has always been good and the food has been on point every time!

The owner of this business is very lucky to have the staff of friendly and courteous employees that were working 12/20/22 at 5pm. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I usually love Wings Ect, but I have been very disappointed the last few times going there. This last time I ordered the ultimate nachos with no tomatoes and extra jalapeños. I got my nachos with the smallest amount of cheese and hardly any chili. They put extra tomatoes and no jalapeños. They also didn’t put onions or lettuce on it. It was mainly just tortilla chips with very little toppings for almost $15. I was also not given the salsa that’s supposed to come with it. Also, when picking up my order I waited for 10 minutes at the bar for someone to help me even though the worker was just standing behind the bar. Someone else finally came to give me my order. On top of that I ordered a $3 drink. She at first refused to give me my drink even though I had ordered it. She finally said here you get a small drink since you didn’t pay for it. I paid for everything and it was clearly on the receipt. As much as I used to love this place I’m just unsure if I want to return.

I love this franchise. It is my favorite and only place I go to for wings these days. I have had a lot of things other then wings there and it has all been great

Regular sports bar chain restaurant, specializing in wings. There's a ton of TVs playing a wide variety of sports programs. This time of year, little league baseball, strong man competitions and regular baseball were all playing along with sports commentary. You get shown to a table so be sure to ask for seating near your preferred programming. The sound from the TVs isn't too loud to be able to carry on a conversation, fortunately. The unfortunate part is that, even though I was seated in a restaurant that was only about 1/5 occupied, it was difficult to get my server's attention. I don't know what she was busy doing because I mostly got helped by everyone else's server and the bar staff. This showed when the food order took forever to show up and I was told that it somehow had been mixed up as a to-go order. They do a ton of that these days (like every other restaurant) but it had sat long enough that the wings were only luke-warm by the time I got them. I should have sent them back to be reheated but let it go. The sauce was supposed to be the medium heat buffalo but was clearly the low heat one. The ranch dressing was thin and tasted like it was the cheapest they could buy. The wings themselves were good sized though. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value good service. They, like many restaurants, seem to be favoring takeout over in-house service. I'll try Ale Emporium next time I want wings I guess. The waitress got 15% for poor service. I normally tip much better than that these days given the economic times. I just hope that the bar staff got some of that money as well.

Usually pretty solid. Food is decent. Price is typical for this type of place. Went in on day where they were short staffed. Staff was nice and did their best.

Air conditioning didn't work, hot dining room. Beers were all flat, not drinkable. Felt so sorry for our nice server. I have no idea how food is, couldn't stay with those problems.

Shared Traditional wings with my husband for a late lunch, on a football Sunday afternoon. Not crowded but there were lots of happy, cheering fans inside. Had a good time and we were in/out within an hour or so.
