Literally was served RAW chicken after seeing our food sitting in the window for 45 MINUTES. plus there was a nasty man coughing disgustingly the entire time we were here. Our server was nice but pretty inattentive once her baby daddy came in. All of our food was cold and honestly nasty. not a good experience.

Wow, I used to enjoy eating here, the food quality has really went down, the waitresses are nice enough. On this visit not only was the chicken looking like it wasn’t done, there was no A/C. The cook only had half his shirt on. I must say I never mentioned the chicken, the waitress noticed it and took it off my check, no words needed. I tipped her well for noticing and for having to work in hot conditions without complaining

The last time I went to a Hooters was a decade ago. I thought, hey, have they changed? Yes, but not necessarily for the better. They have always been a breastaurant, and nothing has changed there. Indiana is not known for top tier eye candy, so it falls right in line with the statistics. The restaurant is in disrepair. It has not been well maintained and needs repairs. The food was slightly above average and the staff was friendly

Service was great, the manager is very accommodating. We had the shrimp appetizer cooked perfectly, along with wings and curly fries with cheese sauce. My bf ordered a burger and it was good. Everything was fresh and served in a timely manner.

Their peel-and-eat shrimp is always very good and a large serving size. Service is usually great, especially at the bar top. Quality/consistency of their wings is not the best anymore, unfortunately. Most times the wings are barely tossed in sauce, and the size varies drastically.

I was really looking forward to having some wings tonight but the whole experience was ridiculous. We waited at least 40 minutes on our food for our fries to come out cold and the manager to be super rude to us. And then when we said something about our bill, she asked us if we wanted some carry out bags. She tried to tell us we only waited 15 minutes when I KNOW we sat there for much longer. Our server went outside to do whatever it was she was doing instead of checking on our food. I won't be going back. Hooters used to be so much better than this.

Always good at this location!!! I just got right down to it this time ordered a water and for an appetizer I ordered 12 breaded shrimp half and half on the sauces and they were the mild and General T’So… and mannnnn was both yummy… then we ordered 15 breaded chicken wings (flats only fried hard) and got 7 in mild and 8 in spicy garlic and a plate full of seasoned fries and because of the man sitting at a table nearby had a double cheeseburger and it just look so appealing and appetizing I ordered one of those juicy cheeseburgers for my self and I was most definitely pleased I love it here!!!

We went to Hooters on an endless wings day. There were 2 servers, a cook, a bartender, and a manager working when we arrived. The tables were mostly empty but we had a 10 minute wait for seating. That's understandable with the level of staffing. Once we were seated, our server let us know up front that the kitchen was running slow because of having the one cook and manager trying to keep up with unlimited wings. Again, understandable. I ordered the unlimited wings. My orders didn't seem to take long, and the wings were cooked just right. My food came out with the right sauces and sides. The atmosphere wasn't great because some of the seating is worn to the point of needing replaced. It's a bit uncomfortable. Overall, I'd come back and eat again because the food and service were above average.

Last 3 times we have been here the service was horrible. Waited at the counter 20 minutes to be seated then when we went to the bar to ask if we were going to be helped we were told it would be a 30 min wait. Multiple servers and the manager walked by us and didn’t say a thing. It wasn’t busy at all with most of the tables empty and no one even acknowledged us.. other times we were told the manager fired all the cooks and left. Definitely needs new management.

Our waitress, Nasira, was extremely friendly and very helpful. There was 23 of us in a group and we were served our drinks and meals quickly considering how many there was of us. Plenty of room and handicapped accessible. The food was absolutely delicious. I've never been here before but I will definitely come back when I get a chance. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and onion rings. I couldn't even eat it all😋. I give this place 10 stars! 🤗

Came in tonight (Saturday) at 6:30pm- sat right away, medium busy, got our drinks (bar was slow) and appetizers relatively quick, but it took over an hour and a half for our entrees to arrive. When we talked with the manager all he could do is smile and say ‘is that it?’ and ‘we kind of just let our kitchen staff do their own thing’ we observed one of the female cooks fix her hair up into a ponytail and touch food without washing her hands. We returned one of our meals because it was greasy. But this was the worst food and staff service we’ve ever had. Didn’t offer to remake the greasy meal but did take it off the bill.

Will not return. Service was ok at best, at first. It was a Friday night at 6pm and maybe 12 tables were full. That should have been a red flag. Our waitress was Rose, who should have been a little more transparent about this restaurants policy on ordering drinks. At first we ordered each a mixed drink and an appetizer. We then ordered 1 Vegas bomb and two shots a piece. This was all over a period of over an hour. After the last order the waitress advised us she has to get management permission to place anymore drink orders, that’s fine. However after 25 min or so AFTER we had requested waters and placed an entree order, she returned to the table with the manager. We were then told we could not order anymore drinks due to their computer system. We asked AGAIN for waters, and the waitress asked if we still wanted our entrees. So our entree order was never put in? After that we just requested the check. This should have been handled differently. We were very displeased with the entire experience. If you want to have a couple of drinks and some good food to enjoy an evening, take your business elsewhere.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Food is not cooked and missing more than two items. AFTER WAITING MORE THEN AN HOUR almost two!!! Ooh why. They forgot to put my order in!!! After I got told to wait for it! This place should be placed under new management ASAP!! Corporate either shut it down or fit it!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I ordered online and was promised food at 6:47pm and sent my son to get it,at 7:23 they finally gave the food to him.When he arrived home, upon looking at all the food the funnels fries were the only warm food we received? Wings (cold), Shrimp (cold),Onion rings(cold), how if you serve food almost an hour late can all the food be cold ? Either you just didnt cook it or forgot about my son sitting in your lobby for almost an hour. I called to speak to the manager and it goes to a call center. They take your order there. So they lady on the phone said she couldn't connect me to the store??, I was really upset because she said she was not going to help me . She said if I wanted help with my order to go to the store and talk to the manager! Then she hung up on me. I just couldn't believe this . We spent $70.00 On cold food you can't call the store and she pretty much just said she didn't care. That is how I felt. I will never return . I will make sure I tell everyone I know NOT to go there.

Even on a Slow Sunday everyone was busy and yet happy. Food was delicious. Great parking area for big trucks as well.

Hadn’t been to Hooters in a few years. I was needing a wing fix and they delivered. I got a mix of Daytona, original and smoked wings. Hats off to the cooks! Great job, they were delicious…cooked perfectly. My server Lena, was friendly and prompt. To the management, recognize her…she was fantastic. I won’t wait so long for my next visit. 😊👍🏼

Terrible service, basically no service! So, we ordered drinks and margaritas. The drinks took 15 mins and the margaritas took 25 minutes! The margaritas were not right, so when we got them we told her to make the right one. Then, when we got them again they weren’t made write! We sat there for 1 hour and did not get any food! So, we just gave up and left. Take the extra time and go Downtown! I am absolutely done with this place!

10/10 the food was great perfectly cooked the server were really friendly we had Casey as our server she was so polite hard working honestly wished i tipped her more

Manager in the kitchen cooking with a tank top on. Absolutely unsanitary, if i handnt of already gotten my food which everyone's meals were cold, we would have left.... will not be going back to this location in which we normally would visit often....

Went to try something different today. They were completely understaffed. I saw more people come and go then anything. I have two orders of wings in an order of onion rings and an order of fries and took over 45 minutes. They need to rethink such a small staff when it's going to busy. Also the fries were bland (no salt or seasoning at all). The onion rings were not cooked all the way. Not sure if I'll return to this location or not. Definitely not the service you'd expect from Hooters.

Waited for my food for an hour and half.. when I finally received it, it was cold. Worst experience I have had at a restaurant in years. Would not recommend to anyone. Of course I still left a tip, but they certainly didn’t deserve it. Wings were garbage. Waste of money. Horrible restaurant!!

The waitress was great but the menu doesn't have the prices and the waitress didn't know the prices. The best food theor was their fried pickles in my opinion. The rest we ordered was wings and fries which came up to almost $100. I could get more food and better food somewhere else.

Absolutely wonderful service, unbelievably tasty food, reasonably priced and centered around the hustle and bustle of the hooters experience. Would recommend to everyone who needs a good spot to relax after a long day or snag a lunch

In the past I have had decent experiences here. But really that wasnt the case today. They were KINDA busy but not slammed. It took over an hour from the time we placed our order until our food finally arrived at the table. Everything was fresh, dont get me wrong. But the sauces on our wings didnt seem to taste as good as usual. We always order the Spicy Garlic and it seems like they toned down the Spicy level. It just seemed....mediocre. The shrimp was fairly good, but nothing extra special. Honestly the BEST food we received was the waffle fries. 100% would order again. They're incredible! Our server did well and I can't complain. We did not intend to spend over an hour and a half there today, so it was mildly frustrating. We will probably try wings somewhere else next time.

Mom and I had a wing craving that needed to be satisfied. Wasn’t busy when we went in. We were greeted by three employees — all super friendly. Service was great! Hot food, perfectly seasoned and sauced. It wasn’t too noisy. We were able to enjoy a nice lunch. Thanks for a good meal :)

Fabulous service - Nicole is wonderful! Friendly and efficient. Lovely evening - will most definitely return anytime we are in town! The WeeMac Sunking was delicious as well!

Our waiter was cool, she was kind of new!! They took forever with the food, we spoke with manager and also ordered to go for a family member and that took forever. Wings came out wrongs twice!!! Cool, we still paid and left waitress a cash tip. The bartender is rude!!! I asked a question to the kitchen staff and she butt in, which had nothing to do with her and made it a skin color battle when it had nothing to do with that! Yall need to do better and have equipped and professional individuals working your establishment! I will NEVER come back here and I’ll make sure anyone I know or encounter steer clear of this location. It’s sad and ridiculous!

We placed a carry out order Saturday evening and was informed it would be ready for pick up at 11:30 Sunday morning??? After 25 plus minutes on the phone, the manger said “he was busy” and would not refund the purchase. I then drove up the and was completely disrespected, never offered a refund or an apology. We have eaten here for years. By far the worst experience. So we are just out the $80

This place has gone down hill. The seats are completely ripped up, the spaces are dirty, our food was cold and the the service was mediocre at best. Honestly, if the place wasn’t so worn down and there wasn’t dirty dishes all over the place, the food might have tasted better.
