Not happy with my service today at all. We placed a catering order as we've done many times before. We discovered there was some problems. We called the store and they refused to own up to the mistake. We were charged $25for a pan of queso that we didn't even order! I was told someone will listen to my call and get back with me at a later date. This is completely unacceptable. How would they feel if I told them I'd pay them at a later date 😡

A lot of people probably think of this location as a good place to sober up after a long night but it's great in the daytime, too. Even though they were short handed when I came in for a late afternoon meal (only one person on staff) he was attentive and helpful. When I took the last of the fajita veggies I told him not to worry about grabbing more (pretty sure there weren't any ready), but he comped my drink since I wasn't able to have a full serving. This is a good location no matter the time of day.

It is what it is, and what it is is fast casual Mexican food. It can get hectic late night, but the staff is amazing and takes great care of their customers. The food is always hot, ready quickly, and made to order. No complaints here! I had an issue with an online order today and they didn't hesitate to fix it immediately.

I should be getting the bad review because I keep coming back expecting different results.. I work nights in the area and unfortunately need something fast to eat so I find myself forcing myself to come here every other week. It is rare I am greeted by staff if even acknowledged. I have just been stared at a few times and just told them my order and then looked at the screen to see how much I need to pay. The food usually isn"t the greatest. Tonight it was exceptionally bad. A few bites in and the white rice just didn't taste remotely right. The staff was however somewhat friendly tonight. I was unable to return for a refund so good bye $10. My food went in the trash. I am absolutely done with this location. No one cares about the food prep or customer service.

This location has gone down hill. The peiple that worked last night on December 10th at night obviously didn't care at all about their job. The lights were turned off outside. The order we placed wasnt received and we had to wait long. We thought it was faster on the app. Guess you need people not to be on their phone while theyre on the job. They never once said sorry for the inconvenience. The place was dirty. Just clean! And stay off the phones!! We got sick from the food we had. Dont think we will be back now. Until it changes something.

Typically when I visit I don’t have any issues with my food or order however every time I visit it’s ALWAYS only ONE employee working. The line moves extremely slow as the other employees never come to lend a helping hand. This is prime location and can get busy at times you would think they would make a better effort to have more people working at once! Please do better Qdoba!

Second time I’ve been to this location around 10:45am, they open at 10:30am, and they haven’t been ready to serve people. I just walked in and all the lights are off. The man said “We’re open but we aren’t ready yet.” I’m off to a different place who is ready to serve customers when they’re open.

How is it possible they are out of fajita veggies every single time I go on?! Then when I say I’ll wait for them to make them, oh, our cook just left. What?! You’re a restaurant! ( not a good one) but still! How is your cook just gone at 6pm?! This place needs to get it together and even though it seems that they are under new management, I have not seen an improvement. Go to Chipotle down the street or literally any of the 2,000 restaurants on the broad ripple strip. The horrible service is just so not worth it.

The employees were pretty rude and you could tell they all hated their jobs. The first lady kept mumbling and I couldn't hear or understand her. When I said "I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you" she rolled her eyes and proceeded to mumble on about something under her breath. The girl who rang us up informed us that the coke machine had some flavors that weren't working. When we asked her which ones, she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Not at all helpful. And to top it off, the food was not very good either. Basically a bad experience all around. We will likely not eat here again.

It was clean enough, but I had a bad experience beginning to end. Then a manager texted when I filled out the survey but never actually talked to me. Said he would then never did. This location is right by my work so they will miss my money for meals. Unfortunate.

I usually love Qdoba but this particular location was terrible. I ordered a mango chicken salad and was told if they didn't have the shell to put it in. They offered me chips instead, then after making the salad they said they had no more mango chicken salsa. I asked for limes they didn't have any. And the amount that was put in my bowl was Ridiculously small. I love Qdoba
